News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces recently conducted a series of tactical military maneuvers along the western coast as part of the Battle of the Promised Conquest and the Holy Jihad, in solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese people and in commemoration of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation.

These exercises simulated various hostile attack scenarios on Yemeni territory. The drills included four coordinated sea and land assault waves as if launched by enemy forces.

The maneuvers involved amphibious landings, the infiltration of hostile forces along the coast, and combat operations across multiple environments, including coastal areas, urban settings, deserts, and mountains.

Units from the navy, army, and general mobilization forces took part in these drills. The general mobilization forces conducted defensive operations to protect Yemeni territory, repelled simulated hostile attacks, and successfully confronted enemy forces attempting to capture a village through an airdrop.

The maneuvers aim to boost the combat readiness of the Yemeni Armed Forces, training them to face diverse challenges and threats, and to strengthen their ability to protect the homeland and its sacred sites.

Yemenis have declared their open support for Palestine’s struggle against the Israeli occupation since the regime launched a devastating war on Gaza on October 7 last year, killing at least 42,924 Palestinians to date.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have said that they won’t stop their attacks until Israeli ground and aerial attacks in Gaza end.

Israel launched its brutal campaign of genocide in Gaza after Palestinian resistance groups conducted a surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm into the occupied territories.

The regime has had in place a near-total siege on the coastal territory, which has reduced to a trickle the flow of foodstuffs, medicine, electricity, and water into the Palestinian territory.
