In a statement issued Wednesday, the Yemeni community in Germany denounced these massacres as full-fledged war crimes, adding to the long list of crimes committed by the US-British aggression against Yemen. The statement also condemned the deadly blockade imposed by the Saudi and Emirati regimes, describing them as tools of aggression alongside Yemeni mercenaries for the past ten years.
The statement criticized the US administration for violating Yemen’s stability and sovereignty while condemning the UN and Security Council for their silence in the face of these crimes. It argued that these acts, widely reported by local and international media, reveal the true face of US policies and its bloody agenda of starving and exterminating the Yemeni people. It further stated that such actions undermine the legitimacy of the Security Council and the UN, as they have failed to protect sovereign nations from hegemonic powers.
The Yemeni community in Germany also held US President Donald Trump and his administration responsible for the tragic crimes in Yemen. They called on people worldwide to condemn the ongoing American and Israeli crimes against the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples.
Additionally, the community urged Arabs, Muslims, and people of conscience everywhere to reject oppression, stand for freedom, send medical and food aid to Gaza, participate in mass protests, and organize open sit-ins until the wars on Yemen and Gaza come to an end.
The aggression came a few days after the Yemeni Armed Forces resumed their maritime operation against Israeli-linked ships in the southern Red Sea, the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea over the Tel Aviv regime’s blockade on Gaza.
In a social media post, Trump claimed that the attack was meant to “protect American shipping, air, and naval assets, and to restore Navigational Freedom.”
However, Mohammed Abdulsalam, the spokesperson for Ansarullah, reaffirmed again that the US president's “false” claim misled international public opinion as Yemen’s naval campaign is only limited to Israeli shipping until humanitarian aid is allowed into Gaza.
