News - Yemen: Al-Masirah's correspondent in Sa'adah confirmed the recovery of 35 bodies from the victims of African migrant detainees at the detention center. Civil defense and Red Crescent teams continue their efforts at the scene of the US airstrike massacre.

The correspondent added that more than 50 injured individuals were transferred to the Republican Hospital, with most injuries being critical.

The migrant detention center held 115 detainees, with many killed in the attack. Civil defense and Red Crescent teams are still working to rescue victims from the rubble.

The correspondent noted that rescue operations are complicated due to the massive destruction caused by the US airstrikes on the detention center.

Additionally, one of the US missiles fired at the facility did not detonate where the migrants were located, and the relevant authorities are handling the unexploded ordnance with extreme caution.

A medical source confirmed to Al-Masirah that some of the 55 injured individuals transferred to the Republican Hospital from the scene of the US crime at the migrant center have died.

The US aggression targeted one of the migrant detention centers inside the correctional facility in Sa'adah city with multiple airstrikes early Monday.

The United States has intensified its aerial assaults on Yemen, frequently striking civilian areas and residential neighborhoods. These repeated attacks have resulted in hundreds of casualties, with Washington justifying its actions as efforts to deter Yemeni operations against Israeli-linked vessels. 

However, Yemeni forces have firmly reiterated their commitment to ongoing military operations in the Red Sea and beyond until the Israeli war on Gaza is brought to an end.

In response to the genocide in Gaza and foreign intervention, Yemen has imposed a strategic blockade on critical maritime routes, aiming to disrupt arms shipments and apply international pressure to address the escalating humanitarian crisis.
