In his first lecture for the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah– which comes as a continuation of his series on Quranic stories – the Leader said, "The Israeli enemy wanted to isolate the Palestinian people, without any reaction from any Muslim country, and the Israeli enemy remained in a weakened position after the American aggression halted due to its failure."
He clarified that "the Israeli enemy is trying to restore deterrence through its repeated aggression on civilian facilities in our country," stressing that "no matter how large or frequent the Israeli aggression is, it will not affect our people's stance in supporting our dear Palestinian brothers; because it is a religious duty."
He noted that "one of the goals of the Israeli aggression on Sana'a Airport may be to hinder the transport of pilgrims, but Allah willing, it will fail," explaining that "the repeated repairs of Sana'a Airport will continue to the extent necessary to maintain its operations."
He continued, "We are striving for a stronger stance alongside the Palestinian people in their unprecedented suffering," pointing out that "the more the Israeli enemy continues its crimes against the Palestinian people, the greater the responsibility on the Islamic Ummah becomes."
The Leader addressed the humanitarian suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza, confirming that "the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people obliges us – from a religious, moral, and human responsibility – to escalate our military operations against the Israeli enemy," noting that "the escalation in Gaza drives us to continue and pursue escalation against the Israeli enemy through Armed Forces operations and other activities."
He affirmed that "the suffering of the Palestinian people at this stage exceeds anything from the past, whether in terms of the severe blockade and starvation, or the accumulation of Israeli crimes."
On Wednesday, the Zionist enemy launched an airstrike targeting Sana’a International Airport, Yemen’s primary air travel hub and a critical piece of national infrastructure. According to Al-Masirah’s correspondent in Sana’a, enemy warplanes carried out four strikes, hitting the airport’s runway and a Yemenia Airlines aircraft.
This attack is part of a broader pattern of aggression that Yemen has faced in recent years, involving US, Saudi, British, and Israeli forces. The airport, which plays a vital role in serving both civilian passengers and humanitarian aid operations, has been repeatedly targeted, raising serious concerns over the impact on innocent civilians and the obstruction of essential services. The continued targeting of such facilities represents a dangerous escalation in an already volatile regional situation.
