Zionist  Aviation Officials: Foreign Airlines Won’t Return Until Yemeni Missile Threat Ends

News - Middle East: Hebrew media reported on Sunday that the aviation sector in the occupied territories is suffering major losses due to ongoing Yemeni military operations.

According to the Zionist outlet The Marker, the aviation industry has yet to recover, as many international airlines continue to avoid operating in the Zionist entity.

The report noted that major carriers such as EasyJet, Iberia, Ryanair, British Airways, and Air Canada remain absent from Israeli airspace. Italian airline ITA has also delayed its return. The site indicated that flight suspensions to Lod Airport (known by Israelis as Ben Gurion Airport) are likely to be extended by major airlines.

The Marker quoted aviation officials in the Zionist entity as saying that Ryanair will not resume flights before August, and that current seating capacity is still insufficient to meet high demand. “As long as Yemeni missiles continue, the situation remains unstable,” they stated.

Officials also pointed out that ticket prices remain very high due to limited supply and increased summer demand, emphasizing that the full return of foreign carriers hinges on Yemen’s decision, given that the country is effectively enforcing an air blockade on Lod Airport.

In support of Gaza amid the ongoing war of extermination, Yemen’s Armed Forces are waging what they call the “Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad,” carrying out attacks against Israeli targets using ballistic and hypersonic missiles as well as drones. Yemen has also imposed a naval blockade on Israeli shipping in the Red Sea, and in May, it expanded this blockade to include Lod Airport and Haifa Port in northern occupied Palestine.
