65 Martyrs in Gaza Since Dawn Yesterday

News - Middle East: Since dawn yesterday, 65 people have been martyred in airstrikes and attacks by the Israeli occupation targeting various areas across the besieged Gaza Strip.

Al-Masirah correspondent in Gaza reported that most of the martyrs were aid seekers targeted by the occupation at distribution centers it had set up in Gaza. The occupation has been firing at Palestinians at these centers for three weeks.

This morning, the occupation also struck a humanitarian aid distribution point in the Netzarim corridor in central Gaza, resulting in multiple martyrs and injuries among those seeking aid.

Eight people were martyred in a separate Israeli strike near an American-run aid center west of Rafah in southern Gaza.

Meanwhile, the occupation continued its airstrikes and artillery shelling overnight and into the morning across various parts of Gaza, targeting displaced persons’ tents and shelters, and simultaneously demolishing neighborhoods and residential blocks.

Al-Masirah correspondent described the humanitarian situation in Gaza as extremely dire amid the ongoing blockade. The occupation controls the entry of aid, only allowing small amounts of flour, which it distributes under its own terms, overseen by American forces, who also kill aid seekers in the process.

She further reported a total collapse of the health system in Gaza, noting that the occupation has turned the European Hospital into a military base after damaging several of its departments. The remaining hospitals are barely operational.

In a related development, Palestinian media sources reported that Israeli enemy forces stationed east of Jabalia town continued heavy artillery shelling and machine-gun fire toward the town center this morning, especially around the Rafaei and Arbakan schools, in coordination with quadcopter drone attacks.

Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat reported receiving 11 injuries after Israeli quadcopter drones dropped bombs and fired live ammunition at civilians near an aid distribution point around the Netzarim checkpoint in central Gaza.

The occupation also launched multiple airstrikes in conjunction with intense artillery shelling on Jabalia town in northern Gaza and northern al-Bureij camp in central Gaza.

Israeli warplanes also bombed a house near the Hamza Mosque in Jabalia al-Nazla, north of Gaza.

Three Palestinians were martyred last night in an Israeli strike that targeted a group of civilians on Al-Twenty Street in Nuseirat camp in central Gaza.

The Israeli occupation forces, with US involvement, continue their genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, now in its 83rd consecutive day since resuming attacks—611 days after the start of the aggression—following Israel’s violation of the ceasefire agreement.
