News - Yemen: Yemen's President Mahdi Mohammed Al-Mashat has announced the imminent launch of a new phase of deterrence against the Zionist enemy, emphasizing the need to warn foreign governments in advance.

In remarks made Tuesday, President Mashat stated that Yemen’s strikes against the Zionist enemy will be calculated, effective, and strategically vital—ensuring that Yemeni forces maintain superiority and control over the battlefield.

He urged countries maintaining relations with Israel to pressure the enemy government to relocate their embassies away from areas that are considered legitimate military targets by Yemeni forces, particularly in the occupied city of Jaffa. If the Israeli government does not respond to such relocation requests, Al-Mashat advised those embassies to shut down and evacuate to avoid being endangered by the enemy's actions.

He added, “The foreign ministries of countries with embassies in the Zionist entity can coordinate with our Foreign Ministry in Sana’a to ensure their premises are not located near any legitimate military targets of our forces.”

Al-Mashat noted that he would instruct the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sana’a to communicate with any concerned country regarding the status of its diplomatic mission in the Zionist entity. He also stressed that the advanced capabilities of Yemen’s previously announced missile systems have not yet been deployed, highlighting the importance of coordination before their use.

Since the outbreak of Israel’s war on Gaza in October 2023, Yemen’s Armed Forces have intensified their regional operations in solidarity with the Palestinian cause. These actions—ranging from missile and drone attacks to maritime disruptions in the Red Sea—have directly targeted Israeli interests.
