News_ Yemen: Lebanese writer and political analyst Walid Muhammad Ali affirmed that Yemen’s recent military operations have proven the cohesiveness and resilience of the Resistance Axis, despite the difficult circumstances it faces, including the brutal Zionist aggression against Lebanon, Iraq, and, most recently, Lebanon once again.

He noted that the Zionist enemy fears a multi-front confrontation, as its vulnerability lies in the spread of battlefronts and the sustainability of a war of attrition. The enemy suffers from limited geographical depth, a small population, and the concentration of its residents in vital areas such as occupied Jaffa, Haifa, Al-Quds, and the Negev. These areas represent critical weaknesses that the Resistance Axis—especially the Yemeni Armed Forces—has strategically targeted. Yemen, he asserted, has played a crucial role in shifting the balance of deterrence in favor of the Resistance.

Ali emphasized that the Zionist enemy dreads a long, complex war that exhausts its resources and forces it to rely heavily on US military and political support. He stressed the importance of delivering a strong, firm response to the occupation and its supporters, noting that the Zionists are also concerned about their military bases in the Horn of Africa and the potential for an escalating regional conflict, which would derail their objectives and severely weaken them.

He further distinguished between the primary enemy—the Zionist entity—and the main adversary—the United States. He argued that the battle against the Zionist entity must remain active and ongoing, as it is a fundamental and existential struggle that can only be resolved through the enemy’s complete defeat and elimination. In contrast, confrontation with the United States should aim to deter, curb its aggression, and minimize its direct intervention.

In this regard, Ali referenced the US withdrawal from the Red Sea, attributing it to heavy losses inflicted by the Yemeni Armed Forces, including the downing of US aircraft and targeting of aircraft carriers, which significantly weakened the US naval presence. He noted this shift is part of a broader strategic reshuffling, which even led former US President Donald Trump to approve an indirect agreement with Yemen through Omani mediation—a move that infuriated the Zionist entity.

He added that the recent Zionist aggression against Iran is a desperate attempt to deflect from its internal crisis by provoking confrontation, but it is a failed gamble that has backfired. The retaliatory strikes by Iran, especially in coordination with Yemen, have weakened the Zionist regime and shifted the regional power dynamic.

Ali affirmed that the decisive response by the Islamic Republic of Iran, in partnership with Yemeni forces, has transformed the equation and shown that effective deterrence is possible. The continued resistance not only enhances its strategic position but also threatens the occupier's interests and undermines its ties with the United States.

The Sunday morning strikes coincided with Yemeni missile launches targeting Lod Airport in Jaffa.

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the Zionist entity was under joint missile and drone attack from Iran and Yemen. Drone sirens were heard across the occupied territories as swarms of armed UAVs flew toward the city.

According to Israeli enemy radio reports, the missile launches from Iran and Yemen were coordinated with the arrival of drone squadrons over Jaffa.

Yemen has carried out a series of military operations against the Israeli regime in response to the ongoing genocidal war against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
