Today, we discuss the latest developments in the brutal and savage Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and the ongoing acts of genocide the Israeli enemy is daily committing against them.
We also address the extension of this aggression to our entire Islamic Ummah, especially following the flagrant, criminal, and shameless assault carried out by the Israeli enemy against the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is one battle, one cause, and one ummah.
The Israeli enemy is targeting our entire Ummah. Its aggression on Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and previously other Arab countries—along with its continued aggression on Yemen, is an assault on the entire Islamic Ummah. The Israeli enemy was created for one primary purpose—fully backed by the godless West, notably America, along with Britain, France, Germany, and other regimes—to target, subjugate, and dominate our Islamic Ummah. That is why this is the same cause and the same battle, and we are one ummah being targeted by the same enemy—an enemy supported by a hostile front that harbours nothing but animosity towards this Ummah and uses every means at its disposal in its assault.
We begin our speech by looking at the latest developments in the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip. This past week has witnessed a staggering number of horrific crimes, making it one of the most brutal weeks in terms of Zionist Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, marked by relentless killing and acts of extermination. As a result, over 3,100 Palestinians were martyred or wounded during the week, the majority of them, as usual, being women and children.
The Israeli enemy is clearly focused on carrying out systematic genocide. Its attacks deliberately and directly target children and women, alongside the wider civilian population of Gaza. As a result, the total toll of Israeli aggression has risen to over 55,600 martyrs and more than 129,500 wounded, bringing the overall number—including the missing—to over 195,000 Palestinians who have either been killed, injured, or gone missing since the aggression began 622 days ago.
These are staggering figures, especially for Gaza—a small area—and they reveal the true scale of Zionist Jewish criminality. This can only be seen as genocide. At the same time, it reflects the enormity of the tragedy the oppressed Palestinian people are facing, the depth of their suffering, and the magnitude of the injustice they continue to endure.
Through this horrifying number of massacres—thousands of them, which clearly fall within the framework of genocide—and through its perpetration of mass killing of a most severe nature using those death traps designed by the Americans, the Israeli enemy seeks to intensify the genocide on a massive scale. Indeed, it uses this extremely dangerous tactic to achieve this end. By controlling the flow of humanitarian aid—under a brutal, unjust plan coordinated with the Americans—the Israeli enemy has effectively turned these aid distribution points into centres of execution, extermination, and mass murder, using them as death traps. As starvation worsens across the Gaza Strip, thousands of starving Palestinians are forced to flock to these centres in a desperate bid for food. But when they gather in large numbers, the Israeli enemy strikes them en masse with airstrikes, artillery fire, or direct, indiscriminate gunfire. These death traps and execution centres have become some of the most dangerous places in Gaza, where Palestinians are being killed in large numbers every single day.
Every day brings immense tragedies, with heartbreaking and deeply painful scenes unfold, as Palestinians—driven by desperate hunger that threatens them with death—are forced to go there seeking food aid, only to be targeted by the Israeli enemy, sometimes with direct live fire or artillery shelling, using every means of extermination and killing. There are very saddening scenes, even on a daily basis. These scenes are also a stark testament to the joint aggression of both the Americans and the Israelis. In fact, the Americans support the Israeli enemy and are a partner in this scheme that turns humanitarian aid into a trap for genocide. It is a gross distortion of humanitarian work and a grave insult to its purpose. They attempt to manipulate food and aid in a barbaric, criminal, brazen, and unjust way that shows no regard for human dignity and the right to life. Therefore, there must be vigorous activity and continuous, widespread mobilisation to pressure for an end to this horrific farce being used by the Israeli enemy—along with America—against the Palestinian people.
Aid should not be delivered through the Israeli enemy. It is unfit to carry out such a humanitarian act, for it is an enemy and a savage, criminal aggressor that is clearly seeking to exterminate the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. That is why it has turned this aid into a means of genocide. This is a very serious issue. There must be broad international humanitarian action and strong pressure from the Islamic world, because the suffering of the Palestinian people is immense. They are starving. There is a full-scale famine, and the extreme hunger and the total absence of food force them to go out in search of aid—only to find the enemy lying in wait, prepared to slaughter and annihilate them. This scene repeats itself daily, in plain view, as these crimes are documented and watched by the world on television.
The Israeli enemy also continues to prevent the entry of fuel into the Gaza Strip. This has a severe impact on the Palestinian people, even affecting their access to drinking water and the operation of water stations, such as well stations, that supply water to the population. This also affects the removal of garbage via waste collection trucks. This means that garbage accumulates everywhere, exposing the Palestinian people to disease, since the trucks designated for waste collection and disposal do not have the necessary fuel to operate.
The Israeli enemy also continues its demolition operations targeting buildings and residential blocks. What was spared by the airstrikes was later blown up and entirely destroyed by other means. This week, it demolished entire residential blocks and neighbourhoods. These actions are part of its aggressive and criminal endeavors to forcibly displace the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip—acts of genocide on one hand, and the destruction of homes and the eradication of all means of life on the other. All of these are criminal acts of aggression aimed at achieving the enemy’s aggressive major goal: the displacement of the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip.
Regarding the situation in Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, there are serious developments concerning the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Israeli enemy stormed the mosque after the dawn prayer on Friday, forcibly expelled those who were praying, and closed it. It remains completely shut down, and its surroundings have been turned into a military garrison, with a continuous spread of the Israeli enemy's forces at its gates. They prevent people from entering to pray, even from praying at its thresholds. All religious activity at the mosque has almost ceased, with only a very limited number of employees and staff from the Islamic Endowments Administration permitted to enter, solely to perform their duties and pray in the mosque. Thus, access has become restricted exclusively to the staff carrying out their work there.
This closure of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the prevention of people from praying in it is an aggressive, escalatory step by the Israeli enemy. It is attempting to exploit the current events and the prevailing state of heightened tension to serve its own goals regarding the Al-Aqsa Mosque. It has clear and hostile goals towards it.
The city of Al-Quds is also under siege, fragmented by eighty-four checkpoints that obstruct the movement of the Palestinian people and isolate the city from its surroundings in the West Bank. This, too, forms part of this same broader scheme. The enemy is focused on taking escalatory, aggressive steps against the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The implementation of the major colonial land-grab settlement plan north of the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood in Al-Quds, also falls within the same context of the enemy’s efforts to Judaise the city.
All these steps target the Al-Aqsa Mosque, one of the most important Islamic sanctities. Therefore, regardless of the events and developments taking place, Muslims must remain vigilant about the intentions of the enemy regarding the Al-Aqsa Mosque and of the aggressive steps it is implementing in pursuit of its hostile goal: to gain full control over it, to demolish it, to alter its features, and to Judaise it.
Regarding the West Bank, the Israeli enemy is also continuing its aggression and assaults in all their forms:
And thus, they continue with all their daily assaults, oppression, and criminality against the Palestinian people.
Regarding the prisoners, this week witnessed criminal acts and practices against prisoners held in Israeli prisons, under the pretext that they expressed joy and celebration over the Iranian response. Indeed, the Israeli enemy is deeply provoked by this issue and responds in an aggressive manner, extending even beyond prison walls.
Despite all this Israel brutality and criminality, our steadfast fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip continue to demonstrate extraordinary resilience, carrying out operations with unwavering determination and notable effectiveness:
This cooperation among all the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip, along with the intensive efforts and remarkable resilience, represents an inspiring model under extremely difficult circumstances and in the face of severe lack of resources. It reflects great determination, faith, steadfastness, and bravery in the path of Allah, the Almighty. It also reflects tremendous patience, and this has its great and significant reward.
Regarding Lebanon, the Israeli enemy continues its aggression, including aerial bombardments targeting and harming the Lebanese people. This week witnessed several aggressive airstrikes in various areas of Lebanon, resulting in martyrs and injuries. There were also assaults on civilians in their daily lives:
The Israeli enemy poses a grave threat to humanity. Given its intense hostility and deep-seated malice, combined with a complete moral, ethical, and humanitarian bankruptcy and disregard for any regulations, laws, systems, or norms, it acts unlike any other entity worldwide. It targets everyone and stands as an enemy to all people. Regardless of the nature of your activities in this life and no matter how ordinary they may be, even if they fall outside the scope of any military action, it is still against you. Even if you are just a shepherd, it still poses a threat to you and even your livestock! It did this in Syria, looting large numbers of sheep, cattle, and livestock. Whether you engage in farming or fishing as a means of livelihood, it treats you as an enemy. It poses a danger to people in all aspects of their daily lives—it is an unjust and oppressive enemy in every sense of the word.
Regarding Syria, one of the most notable developments this week was a major military operation carried out by the Israeli enemy in the western countryside of Damascus, which represents serious escalation. The operation involved tanks, armoured personnel carriers, military vehicles, and drone support. The forces advanced into areas in western rural Damascus, where they conducted home raids, terrorised families after midnight, and abducted civilians. A young man was executed, and seven were taken, including a disabled youth.
Look at these aggressive, criminal practices! Despite the well-known orientation and position adopted in Syria—where efforts are made to avoid provoking the Israelis in any way and to reassure it that no threat would emerge from Syrian soil—it continues to treat people there in this way: It conducts raids on their homes after midnight, kidnaps, assaults, and executes people in Syria, committing all forms of crime.
It also advanced into other villages in southern and northern rural Quneitra, conducted kidnappings, and established checkpoints, carrying out various forms of assaults. Other assaults involved launching air strikes, as it violates Syrian airspace entirely, treating it as if it has no sovereignty or sanctity whatsoever. It also uses this airspace in its aggression against Iran, just like the airspace of Jordan and Iraq.
Regarding the demonstrations in support of Gaza, this week witnessed the following:
These demonstrations and the voices they carry are profoundly significant.
Regarding the treacherous Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which began at 3:26 a.m., before dawn on Friday, the seventeenth of Dhu Al-Hijjah, this represents a grave escalation for the region as a whole.
Prior to this Israeli assault, the Americans, using deceptive methods, had entered into Oman-mediated negotiations with the Islamic Republic of Iran over the so-called 'nuclear dossier'. This is a topic the West habitually rehashes, inflates into a major issue, and weaponises as a pretext for its hostile position towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. This remains the case, even though the major Western powers—America, France, and Britain—along with other global actors like China, Russia, India, and even the Israeli enemy, all possess and manufacture nuclear weapons.
In contrast, the Islamic Republic has repeatedly and unequivocally affirmed that it has no intention whatsoever of producing, acquiring, or using nuclear weapons. Such actions are strictly prohibited under its religious beliefs and principles grounded in Islamic law. Iran has consistently reiterated this position and allowed robust international monitoring and inspection of its nuclear facilities, along with other measures designed to reassure the global community that it is not seeking nuclear armament. Yet none of this has sufficed because the Western agenda is driven by other motives.
The Western position is disturbed by several essential and fundamental aspects regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran, aspects of significance for all the countries of our Islamic Ummah, since this position reflects the Western approach towards any independent Islamic state.
What troubles the West most about Iran is its independence: Iran is not a meek or compliant state subservient to the West. On the contrary, it is a free and sovereign nation that builds an Islamic renaissance grounded in its autonomy. It is not like certain regimes and countries that are submissive to the West in all their political orientations and their positions and even keep all their activities, policies, and orientations within the limits set by the West. This deeply unsettles the enemies about Iran.
Another major source of Western hostility towards the Islamic Republic of Iran is its unwavering support for the Palestinian people and the Palestinian cause—a position Iran has steadfastly maintained, never once wavering. This is a core tenet of its Islamic principles. Such a commitment to the causes of the Ummah and the oppressed and the downtrodden is deeply troubling to its enemies. In fact, this is among the primary drivers of the hostility directed against it. Other factors include its scientific renaissance, which we will address in detail.
This is why the West keeps using the 'nuclear dossier' as a pretext. But, as we’ve said, there are underlying motives for its hostility. In fact, the Islamic Republic offers every assurance and applies all available mechanisms to confirm that it neither seeks nor attempts to produce nuclear weapons. Even if we were to set aside the religious, Islamic, and moral principles that guide Iran’s position, one must still ask why America is allowed to possess and use nuclear weapons! It is the Americans and the Israelis who represent a real threat to humanity and have shown that they cannot be trusted with such destructive power.
America used nuclear and atomic weapons to exterminate human populations, as was the case in Japan. What they did in Japan is well-known. It is these countries that pose a threat to human societies by possessing nuclear weapons.
If the global concern around nuclear weapons truly stems from the threat they pose to human society, then the first entity that must be banned from possessing them is the Israeli enemy. It is a savage entity unbound by values, morality, laws, treaties, or anything. The entire world watches its crimes against the Palestinian people and what it does in Gaza, targeting even children. It has deliberately killed thousands of children, including infants, making them primary targets of its campaign of genocide.
When applying danger-based standards to determine who should be prevented from possessing nuclear weapons, it becomes clear that the greatest danger lies in the possession of these weapons by the Israeli enemy and the Americans, who already used such weapons against Japan to annihilate civilians in densely populated cities, not against military camps or combat zones. The same applies to other states that operate without any religious, ethical, or moral restraints.
The enemies are alarmed at the prospect of Iran developing real capabilities, especially nuclear capabilities, even apart from the question of nuclear weapons. They are troubled by any kind of strength (military, scientific, or otherwise) Iran may have, so long as Iran continues on a free, independent path, aligned with the causes of the Islamic Ummah, the oppressed, and the downtrodden—a path that goes in line with its Islamic identity. This is the real reason behind their hostility towards the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The treacherous Israeli aggression, as we have said, took place amid ongoing negotiations. The Americans were claiming that these talks were making progress, right up until the last moment before providing cover for the assault by pretending to face a deadlock in negotiations.
In truth, this aggression is a scandal for America and serves as a compelling argument against it because it engaged in what is called 'strategic deception'. In other words, its role in the negotiations became part of the aggression itself, a tactic to set the stage for a surprise assault.
The aggression targeted military leaders, nuclear facilities, nuclear scientists, and military installations and even expanded to strike other government institutions, public services, civilian airports, economic and infrastructure sectors. The Iranian people themselves were targeted, and they are now sacrificing martyrs from all segments of society: athletes, artists.
Criminal cells linked to Mossad—composed of traitors and proxies—also played a role in carrying out this aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Alongside the military assault came a media campaign and psychological warfare. The enemy had hoped to score a major victory with this attack on Iran, but it failed. Indeed, its failure is unmistakable. While damage and losses occurred, as they often do in war, the operation failed to achieve the objectives pursued by the Americans and Israelis.
Iran’s resilience is more than just endurance. In fact, Iran has shown great resilience, cohesion, and endurance and also sprang into action to deliver a powerful, devastating, and highly effective response against the Israeli enemy. The sheer scale, strength, and impact of the Iranian retaliation placed Israel in an unprecedented position. Never before—even across its many rounds of aggression with Arab armies or any force—has the Israeli enemy found itself in such a scenario. From the start of its occupation of Palestine until now, has never faced anything like the Iranian response.
The Iranian response was devastating, powerful, and effective with overwhelming force: hundreds of missiles, including ballistic and hypersonic types capable of piercing enemy air defences. These missiles were both highly accurate and tremendously destructive, inflicting heavy losses and widespread damage on the Israeli enemy. Panic, fear, and terror gripped the Zionist occupiers across all of Palestine. They are now in a state of extreme panic, with some resorting to fleeing covertly by boat to Cyprus. The severity of the situation is unmistakable, even as the Israeli regime strives to enforce a total media blackout and ban all filming. The limited footage that does emerge is from individuals who did not comply with the ban. These are limited cases. For the most part, fear of harsh reprisals and strict enforcement has kept many from documenting what is going on there. Indeed, the Israeli enemy has gone so far as to take punitive and oppressive measures against Palestinians who express joy and celebration at the sight of missiles raining down on this enemy.
As for the internal situation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it remains reassuring. The aggression has only served to strengthen national solidarity among the Iranian people and among the various Iranian factions. Public engagement is very high. In fact, this comes as no surprise, as aggression is, by its very nature, extremely provocative, so one would expect the response to be one of resistance, jihad, and anger. In this sense, the Israeli enemy is achieving the opposite of its objectives through its aggression. This act of aggression will not push the Iranian people towards submission or surrender. Rather, it will only stir indignation and anger and provoke the Iranian people to act and fight back within the framework of their legitimate and inherent right. This reaction is not only a legitimate right but also a religious duty in Islam. It is a religious, moral, and national duty by every standard.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has all elements of moral and material strength, so the Israeli enemy cannot defeat it or bring it under its control.
As for Trump’s talk of 'unconditional surrender', it is sheer nonsense and theatrical posturing—it is completely irrational, far removed from what any sane or reasonable person would say.
The Iranian people have been provoked by this aggression. They are angry, indignant, and, as we’ve said, moving to reinforce their internal unity, cooperation, and shared, unwavering stance in resisting this assault. Iran possesses every foundation for endurance, resilience, and effective retaliation. It holds all the keys to victory—every one of them.
Iran is a great, authentic Islamic state that is a free and strong rising power. It is nothing like the Israeli enemy or the Zionists, who are little more than a group of rootless wanderers, carrying dual passports with their bags perpetually packed, ready to flee at a moment’s notice. At the slightest confrontation, they immediately declare 'an existential threat'! This is the nature of the Israeli enemy and the Zionist Jews—an illegitimate entity of rootless wanderers, living in a state of occupation. That is why they consider any attack 'an existential threat'. They are perpetually ready to flee.
With its real roots as a great and powerful Islamic nation, Iran possesses an advanced and exemplary scientific renaissance, a strong economy rooted in the principle of self-sufficiency. It has vast, diverse economic resources.
The Israeli enemy—with American partnership and support—launched its aggression against Iran partly because of this comprehensive scientific progress. Iran stands as the most successful and distinguished model that the Islamic world could follow: an inspiring and influential example for both the Muslim world and West Asia. This hostility is also fuelled by resentment toward Iran’s scholars, intellectuals, and the wealth of brilliant minds the country produces. For this reason, Iranian scientists, such as physicists and experts in scientific fields, have become among the prime targets of the Israeli enemy. It considers them a major threat and a principal enemy. It deeply resents the fact that Iran possesses scientific minds capable of advancing its national renaissance.
The enemies are filled with resentment; they cannot tolerate any progress within this Ummah. They become very angry when they see Iran achieving some of the highest scientific growth rates in the world, attaining a leading position globally in fields such as medicine, engineering, and technology. They harbor bitterness against Iran for becoming one of the strongest countries in the world in higher education and various sciences. Iran is leading a modern renaissance, having reached a stage of self-sufficiency in most of its needs, freeing its people from dependence on others. The enemies are frustrated with this Iranian renaissance, which is a source of strength for the Islamic Republic.
Iran possesses vast military capabilities. It is not weak—neither economically nor militarily. On the contrary, it has developed significant, advanced military power, with significant momentum. It has a tremendous stockpile of missiles. For decades, Iran has operated in line with the noble Quranic command: {'Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power'}[Al-Anfal 8:60]. It has engaged in steady military preparation and capacity-building, resulting in the accumulation of achievements and capabilities in this field. Today, it wields considerable military strength in terms of capabilities.
When it comes manpower, Iran has vast military forces in the Revolutionary Guard, the army, and the Basij, all built on a foundation of faith. They are highly trained, skilled in combat, and rich in military experience and knowledge, with a morale fueled by their faith.
The Iranian people are also a great and vibrant nation; they hold a doctrine of liberation and faith and are ready to strive for their faith. They also believe in the Islamic Revolution.
Iran also has wise, powerful, and faith-grounded leadership, embodied in the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Al-Sayyid Ali Khamenei (May Allah protect him).
The structure of the Islamic system in Iran is very robust, supported by two generations of scholars, leaders, and qualified cadres. There is no shortage in this respect, nor would the martyrdom of a military leader, a public figure, or a specialist significantly weaken it: When some fall, thousands of others stand ready, with their own role, competence, and capacity to play a significant part.
Aggression against Iran will not weaken it, let alone defeat it or force it to surrender. Instead, it will strengthen Iran at all levels, even in terms of public engagement and awareness. The enemies reveal their true nature to the Iranian people, especially the younger generation, who have not previously experienced military confrontations or the dangers of war. They can witness the arrogance, criminality, malevolence, and brutality of these enemies. In fact, the enemies reveal their animosity towards the Iranian people and Iran as a whole; their problem is not only with this Islamic system. The Islamic system represents the populace; it is an extension of the Iranian people and is not separate from them.
Therefore, the Israeli aggression is a failure, despite substantial support from the West on all fronts—politically, through the media, financially, with military capabilities, and cooperation in interception efforts aimed at countering Iran's missile responses. Striking some facilities will not achieve the Israeli enemy's intended objectives, even in terms of crippling Iran's nuclear capabilities. The Israelis will never succeed in that aim.
The Iranian response is effective, destructive, and clearly impactful on the Israeli enemy, as seen even in today's powerful operation. Some Israeli media outlets described it as the largest operation since the start of Iran's response efforts. To date, there have been fourteen waves of Iranian missile strikes, characterised by considerable momentum and targeted and impactful operations. They have struck significant targets of the Israeli enemy in the military sector, intelligence, and military manufacturing—sensitive targets of great significance for the enemy.
Today's operation is among the most important operations. The Israeli enemy is in uproar about it, attempting to manipulate the facts about it and portray as if it struck an Israeli military hospital. In fact, that hospital was near highly important Israeli targets with sensitive intelligence value. In any case, the Israeli enemy is in no position to criticise when a military hospital suffers damage to its windows from nearby explosions, as this pales in comparison to what it does to hospitals in the Gaza Strip: The Israeli enemy storms them, kills their medical and health staff, slaughters patients, targets even nurseries with children inside (destroying and obliterating them), and completely disrupts healthcare services in the Gaza Strip. Does an entity that behaves in that way have the right to accuse others of targeting a hospital—despite being a military hospital—merely because its windows were affected by the blast waves from strikes on legitimate targets Iran has every right to target?
The Americans put forward a very absurd proposition when speaking of unconditional surrender—an utterly unrealistic proposal that could never be realised. Yet at the same time, it reveals the true aims of the American and the Israeli enemies: In fact, this is what they desire and pursue regarding this entire Ummah. They desire all Muslims to be submissive and subjugated to them, and this surrender, as they put it, should be with no conditions: total capitulation! In other words, they want to do whatever they like to the entire Islamic Ummah without facing any objection to their actions, no matter how criminal, aggressive, or illegitimate, no matter how unjust, tyrannical, or corrupt, no matter how hideous or vile they may be—there must be no objection whatsoever. Therefore, events of such significance, with their tragedies and profound impact, should cultivate a heightened state of awareness throughout our Ummah.
Similarly, regarding the position of Western countries—for example, that of Britain, Germany, France, and 'the G-7 countries' (as they call themselves), together with the non-European state of Australia—all of them adopt the Israeli position concerning the aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran in a brazen and overt manner. This is important for our Ummah, and it is also important for some factions within the Iranian people so that they can see the true nature of the Europeans: to perceive France and Britain in their real character as they endorse treacherous and blatant aggression against them. All Iranians recognise that this is an act of blatant, treacherous, unjust aggression with no justification at all. It targets the Iranian people—their capabilities, potential, state, system, resources, and infrastructure—all of which belong to the Iranian populace. Everything targeted in Iran belongs to the Iranian people. Then Britain, France, Germany, and those aligned with them come to say that it is the right of 'Israel' to defend itself!
'Self-defence' is how they describe all the actions of the Israeli enemy, which comes to our region to occupy, plunder, rape, and kill, slaying children, women, the elderly, and the young and aggressing against the peoples of this region and their countries! It is as if it were a distant country that our countries went to attack—when in reality, it is this very entity that has been in a constant state of aggression from day one against the peoples of our Ummah, beginning with the oppressed, wronged Palestinian people.
The Israeli entity is an aggressor to the core: Its very existence in our region in the frame of occupation, killing, and criminal acts represents a state of aggression. Yet it is portrayed as if the peoples of this Ummah (such as the Iranian people and the Palestinian people) crossed the world to attack a peaceful Israeli entity that had never lifted a finger against them or done them any harm!
The extent of denial of clear facts, the deception, and falsification by Western countries—primarily their leaders and rulers—at this blatant level of exposure, truly reveals their nature, evil, and aggressiveness. They openly endorse everything the Israeli enemy does against our Ummah. This is indeed the case when they declare their support of everything the Israeli enemy does against our Ummah and then falsely and deceitfully call it 'self-defence'. They themselves know that it is an aggressor. However, they insist on supporting its aggression, crimes, orientations, and policies. In fact, they want it to carry out whatever it does against our Ummah because they intend it to be the spearhead of aggression, tyranny, injustice, occupation, killing, extermination, rape, and plunder against our Ummah. In doing so, they expose their own true nature, which the world and our peoples must recognise. One of the greatest lessons we can draw from these events is gaining awareness, knowledge, and sound understanding.
The enemies' targeting of Iran—foremost among them the Israeli enemy, which is an arm of Zionism and the West—aims to remove the greatest obstacle in the face of the Israelis, with the following goals:
These are fundamental goals behind the aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran. They view Iran as the biggest obstacle to executing this plan: for the Israeli enemy to impose total control over all countries of this region, over the peoples of this region, and over Muslim peoples in the Arab world and other countries within this region. They want the Israeli enemy to establish total control and impose a situation of unchecked aggression so that this Ummah becomes subject to assaults on its blood, honour, land, and property, as well as its sanctities, religion, and worldly affairs—all forms of violation. Simultaneously, they are working to implement the Zionist plan, hurrying to exterminate the Palestinian cause, displace the Palestinian people, and move on to seize other countries as well.
Had the scale of the assault directed at the Islamic Republic been launched against an Arab country, what would its situation have been? Could it have endured or held together to this extent, especially those countries that have not structured their realities on standing up to the Israeli enemy or facing the Zionist threat, having entirely removed this from their priorities? This poses a grave danger to them. All Arabs should take the Israeli entity as a real enemy; the military overall infrastructure, capability, and strategic orientation at every level should be established in a way that equips and builds this Ummah to confront that danger.
All Islamic countries, both within the Arab world and beyond, must remain steadfast in their declared position regarding the Israeli aggression against Iran. It is a commendable position at the public level, with statements offering clear and unequivocal condemnations of the aggression against Iran. This support for the Islamic Republic in its right to defend itself and to respond to Israeli aggression must continue, whether through the media or in political arenas. These countries must neither yield nor submit themselves to the will of America, which seeks to undermine their position, weaken their condemnation, and co-opt them in favour of the Israeli position.
The Arab countries whose airspace is being violated—chief among them Iraq—must strive to prevent the Israeli enemy from breaching their skies, as this constitutes an act of aggression. Some countries issue statements declaring that they do not wish to be party to this conflict, as they claim. That is not a problem. Iran is not in need of this or that country: It possesses all the necessary means and capabilities. However, a country cannot uphold neutrality, as it claims, when its airspace is for the Israeli enemy, even if it is not formally aligned with the Israeli enemy. In fact, the Israeli enemy violates that country itself, regardless of Iran. The violation of Jordan’s airspace is an aggression against Jordan. The violation of Syria’s airspace is an aggression against Syria. The violation of Iraq’s airspace is a violation and aggression against Iraq, its sovereignty, and its independence. Therefore, there must be efforts to put an end to these violations. If these countries are unable to prevent them, then at the very least they must adopt firm positions, rather than resorting to justification. No one should justify such acts. They are capable of taking certain measures (whether political, economic, or otherwise) beyond the mere issuing of statements or declarations. At the very least, governments and citizens alike must recognise the reality: Their sovereignty is violated. This remains important, even if immediate action is not possible. To illustrate, the Iraqi people must be fully aware that their sovereignty is being violated and undermined and that they should work—even in the future—towards breaking free from this situation. The same applies to Syria and Jordan.
It is important for all members of our Ummah and all our peoples that these events contribute to raising awareness regarding the true nature of our enemies and their deceptive narratives. This is a matter of great significance. It is equally important to understand the right choices and directions that strengthen the Ummah and to recognise the sources of its power. There must also be a genuine move towards reinforcing brotherhood and cooperation among the peoples of the Islamic world. This Ummah (at the level of its countries, peoples, and resources) is not lacking in equipment, manpower, or capabilities. What it lacks is to have awareness and a sense of responsibility and to act accordingly. In other words, this is a great ummah.
The fact that Western powers are working to enable the Israeli enemy to gain control over this region—with all its Muslim and Arab nations—is a disgrace; it is something that must never be accepted under any circumstances. It is a great ummah, numbering in the hundreds of millions and possessing all the necessary means and capabilities. Yet a handful of criminal, tyrannical Jews seek to bring it under total control, humiliate it, subjugate it, and violate it—they strive to plunder its wealth and resources, occupy its lands, destroy its sanctities, and strip it of both its faith and its worldly life.
The Holy Quran is the highest source of awareness; it elevates the consciousness of the Ummah with its clear truths manifested on the ground, its evident manifestations in reality, and its daily proofs drawn from unfolding events. It is a common ground among all Muslims. The Quran speaks clearly and explicitly about the Jews: their enmity towards this ummah, their malice, their evil, their crimes, their tyranny, and their weaknesses. It offers guidance to the ummah on what is required of it in order to rise to the level of confronting them, resisting their threat, and ultimately prevailing over them.
With regard to support operations from Yemen (the land of faith, jihad, and wisdom) in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad, military operations this week have continued with missile strikes. The naval blockade on the Israeli enemy in the Red Sea and across the theatre of operations extending to the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea remains in force: decisive, sustained, and fully controlled. Public activities continue in all their forms, including protest gatherings, symposia, events, and general mobilisation efforts. Moreover, million-strong demonstrations continue with great momentum, genuine engagement, and true loyalty.
Thie movement by our dear and conscious people, which is rooted in faith and carried out in response to Allah (the Almighty), as an act of striving in His cause and pursuing His pleasure, is not only a form of support and solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people or a rejection of disgraceful inaction, which brings grave consequences in both this life and the Hereafter, but also a means for victory and a factor in building, preparing, and elevating both faith and morals. It holds significance and blessings in the hearts, in seeking the pleasure of Allah (Glory be to Him), and in receiving divine guidance: {'As for those who struggle in Our cause, We will surely guide them along Our Way. And Allah is certainly with the good-doers'}[Al-'Ankabut 29:69]; {'If you support Allah, He will grant you victory and strengthen your foothold '}[Muhammad 47:7]. It also holds great importance at the psychological and spiritual level: {'And We strengthened their hearts when they stood up and declared, “Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth"'}[Al-Kahf 18:14]; {'It is He who sent down tranquility into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith'}[Al-Fath 48:4].
As can be seen in all deeds we perform in the cause of Allah (the Almighty), which are very important for us rather than for Allah—since He stands in no need of us, while these deeds are important for our dignity, honour, strength, victory, and protection from our enemies—they are part of our life activities: They are not beyond our capacity or effort. What people are required to do in the path of Allah resembles many of the activities they already perform [in their daily lives]: fighting, spending, going out, coming back, engaging in life’s affairs for various reasons and motives. People go out, move [from one place to another, and get angry. However, what is done for the sake of Allah holds far greater value and immense importance in both this world and the Hereafter—it holds a profound sanctity! That is why the weekly million-strong demonstrations are of great importance. Many people go out a lot every day, going here and there. For example, a person may go to great lengths and spend a lot of time just to bring home some onions. Thus, going out in the path of Allah, as part of a noble and sacred position, is part of our people’s struggle, and it deserves that we continue doing so weekly.
Our position remains steadfast: We stand with the Palestinian people, with the free people of our Ummah, with the Islamic Republic of Iran, and with the Muslim Iranian people against the Israeli enemy and in confrontation with it, as well as in confrontation with the American enemy. If the Americans take part in aggression against Palestine, not only through offering support but also through direct military involvement, or if they participate in aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran or any Muslim country that is in conflict with it, we view this from a broad perspective: that we are one ummah, with a shared responsibility, and that we must address the state of division and fragmentation within our Ummah, since the enemies exploit it to target the peoples of our Ummah.
The weekly million-strong demonstrations of our dear people are characterised by a large, substantial, and influential turnout. They yield highly important outcomes and form part of our jihad in the path of Allah, the Almighty. These demonstrations have a deep psychological and moral impact, as well as spiritual blessings.
I call upon our dear people to take to the streets tomorrow in millions—Allah willing—in the capital (Sana’a, at Al-Sabeen Square) and in the other governorates and districts. Take to the streets to support the oppressed Palestinian people, to oppose the American and Israeli tyranny against our Islamic Ummah, to endorse the Islamic Republic’s position in responding to Israeli aggression and in defending itself and this Ummah, and to stand in solidarity with the Muslim Iranian people. Let this be a means of obeying Allah (the Almighty), striving in His cause, and pursuing His pleasure.
We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah! Have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. You are the Hearer of Prayer! We also ask Him to hasten relief and victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and for the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
