News - Middle East: Political writer and analyst Adnan Al-Sabah stressed that the media hype about an imminent ceasefire agreement in Gaza is nothing but misinformation, not based on any real negotiations.

He emphasized that the resistance will not accept any agreement that doesn't lead to a permanent cessation of aggression and a complete lifting of the siege, warning against renewed American-Zionist deception attempts to reproduce surrender agreements under misleading titles.

In his interview with Almasirah TV on Thursday, Al-Sabah clarified that the Zionist enemy entity and its American backer don't genuinely want a ceasefire, as this would constitute their defeat amid the ongoing military and political collapses facing the occupation in Gaza.

"What's being announced in statements about an approaching agreement is merely for media consumption, with no real negotiations on the ground. Hamas hasn't received any actual proposal from mediators," he said. "Everything being discussed is being manipulated to serve the occupation's agenda, after which the resistance gets accused of rejection, even though the proposal itself wasn't originally presented by the mediator but by the enemy."

He considered Trump's recent statements about wanting to end the war no different from his previous lies regarding Ukraine, Yemen and Iran, where he uses "the language of peace" to pave the way for broader wars. Meanwhile, the reality on the ground indicates that the Zionist enemy entity is experiencing a real military and security crisis, with fractures within its army and intelligence agencies.

Al-Sabah pointed out that statements by reserve soldiers from within the enemy's army reveal extreme exhaustion, increasing disobedience, and the futility of the occupation's actions in Gaza. One soldier described his participation in the war as "a continuous exhibition of aimless death," reflecting unprecedented morale collapse.

"The occupation army receives painful blows daily, returning with soldiers as corpses or wounded, while its intelligence agencies themselves are losing control," he continued. "Meanwhile, the occupation faces complex and escalating resistance in Gaza despite over nine months of aggression."

He warned of new deception being prepared in Washington under the name "Abraham Security Alliance," where a "formal ceasefire" will be marketed to serve Zionist expansion and prepare the political stage for aggression against Yemen or Lebanon.

Regarding attempts to destabilize Gaza's internal front, Al-Sabah affirmed that so-called "Abu Al-Shabab groups" are nothing but cheap tools moved by the enemy's intelligence and provided with military protection. He warned against exploiting some Palestinians' suffering in this sabotage scheme, while praising the people's awareness, resilience and understanding of the conspiracy's magnitude.

Al-Sabah stressed that Palestinian resistance won't be drawn into any agreement that doesn't permanently end the aggression and lift the siege, considering that the Zionist enemy entity and its allies' attempts to circumvent the resistance's victory through suspicious deals will be foiled by popular will and resistance awareness.

He warned against the "peace deception," as the enemy only understands the language of war and deceit: "Any talk of a ceasefire without complete withdrawal from Gaza and lifting the siege is merely an attempt to prettify the Zionist defeat."
