‘No Mercy for Violators’: Yemen's Leader Threatens More Ship Attacks if Gaza Siege Continues

News - Yemen: The Leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, affirmed that the support operations from Yemen in the battle of the Promised Victory and the Sacred Jihad are continuing at a high pace. He noted that this week’s operations were carried out with 45 operations, including hypersonic and ballistic missiles, drones, and naval vessels.

In a speech Thursday, on the latest developments, he added: "This week’s operations targeted deep into occupied Palestine, including Yafa, Ashdod, Ashkelon, and Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat), among them the dawn operation today and naval operations." He explained that "today’s dawn operation led to a temporary suspension of flights at Ben Gurion Airport (Lod), sending millions of panicked Zionists fleeing to shelters."

He pointed out that this week saw attempts to reopen the port of Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat), with some shipping companies violating the ban and transporting goods to the port, ignoring the prohibition and assuming they could get away with it. He emphasized that "the naval operations—sinking two ships belonging to violating companies—confirm Yemen’s firm stance in enforcing the maritime blockade on the Israeli enemy as long as its aggression and siege on Gaza continue."

He clarified that "the ban on Israeli enemy navigation in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea is continuous across all stages, has never been lifted, and remains in full effect." What has changed is that some companies have begun violating the ban.

He continued: "We cannot allow the reopening of the port of Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat). Yemen’s position is firm." He stressed that Yemen’s decision to block Israeli enemy navigation in the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, and Arabian Sea is resolute, steadfast, and ongoing as long as the Israeli enemy continues its aggression and siege on Gaza.

He warned that "what happened in the Red Sea is a clear lesson for all shipping companies transporting goods for the Israeli enemy—they will be dealt with decisively." He firmly stated: "No company will be allowed to transport Israeli enemy goods through the declared operational zone."

The leader also addressed Yemeni air defense and missile forces’ operations in countering Israeli aggression, noting their success in preventing Israeli enemy aircraft from penetrating Yemeni airspace and completing their hostile objectives.

Sayyed Abdulmalik stated: "The Israeli enemy’s airstrikes on Hodeidah ports were conducted from outside Yemeni airspace." He emphasized that Israeli aggression, along with American and Western support and propaganda campaigns, does not affect Yemen’s unwavering stance in supporting Gaza and standing with the Palestinian people.

He continued: "Our support for Gaza is a religious, principled, humanitarian, and moral stance." He highlighted that "the Yemeni people are clear-sighted, resolute, and ready for sacrifices and steadfastness, no matter the scale of challenges or the level of confrontation." He affirmed that "sacrifices and suffering in the path of truth, patience, and perseverance are accounted for by God and will bear fruit in this life and the hereafter."

The leader called upon the Yemeni people to stage a massive million-man march tomorrow, Friday, in the capital Sana'a and across all provinces, reaffirming their steadfast and unwavering position.

The Leader affirmed that "this level of unwavering, widespread public engagement reflects the deep faith and noble values." He highlighted that "the loyalty and steadfastness are clear manifestations of their morals, principles, and commitment—an extraordinary and vital testament."
