News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces have announced the launch of a new phase in their naval blockade against the Zionist entity, targeting all ships belonging to companies that deal with ports in occupied Palestine, regardless of the company's nationality or the ship’s destination.

In a statement, Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e declared: "The Yemeni Armed Forces have decided to escalate their military support operations and implement the fourth phase of the naval blockade on the enemy. This phase includes targeting all ships belonging to any company that deals with Israeli ports—regardless of the company's nationality and wherever our forces can reach them."

He warned that all such companies must immediately cease dealings with Israeli ports, stating: "Otherwise, their ships—no matter where they are headed—will be targeted by our missiles and drones wherever our forces can reach them."

The statement urged all nations to pressure Israel to end its aggression and lift the siege on Gaza if they wish to avoid further escalation, adding: "No free person on this earth can accept what is happening."

The Armed Forces emphasized that these actions reflect a moral and humanitarian commitment to supporting the Palestinian people. The statement reaffirmed: "All our military operations will stop immediately once the aggression on Gaza ends and the blockade is lifted."

It cited the rapidly worsening situation in occupied Palestine—particularly in Gaza—where genocide continues and thousands have been martyred due to months of aggression and blockade, amid a shameful silence from Arab, Islamic, and international actors.

The statement stressed that: "Yemen, in light of these horrific and unprecedented massacres in modern history, feels bound by religious, moral, and humanitarian duty toward the oppressed people who are being killed and starved under the brutal siege of Gaza—something no human being should accept."

It concluded with a pointed question: "So how can Arabs and Muslims remain silent?"

These actions are framed as part of a broader Yemeni strategy to enforce an aerial and naval blockade on the Israeli enemy in response to its war crimes and humanitarian blockade of Gaza.
