News - Yemen: Israeli media outlets reported that takeoff and landing operations were halted at Lod Airport, which the Israeli enemy calls "Ben Gurion," due to the launch of a missile from Yemen.

These outlets indicated that sirens sounded in several Israeli settlements inside the occupied Palestinian territories, including Al-Quds, the city of Lod, Jaffa (Tel Aviv), and other cities.

Israeli media also stated that a football match in the occupied territories was stopped out of fear of death or injury from the Yemeni missile.

The Israeli military said it was forced to use both the Israeli “Arrow” (Hetz) system and the American “THAAD” system in an attempt to intercept the new missile.

The Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that millions of Israelis took shelter in bunkers in fear of the Yemeni missile.

Yemen's military support for Gaza has become one of the defining elements of the regional confrontation with the Israeli enemy, particularly following years of sustained conflict and siege. 

By enforcing a naval blockade on Israeli-linked vessels and developing advanced missile and drone technologies, Yemen has not only bolstered its military capabilities but also shifted the balance of power in the Red Sea and beyond. 

Israel launched the war on Gaza after Hamas led a surprise operation against the regime on October 7, 2023, in response to intensified Israeli violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
