News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces have announced the successful execution of a high-precision military operation carried out by the Rocketry Force, targeting Lod Airport in the occupied city of Jaffa using a hypersonic ballistic missile dubbed “Palestine-2.”

According to the official statement, the operation achieved its objective with high accuracy, leading to a state of panic that forced over four million settlers to flee to shelters and caused a complete halt to airport operations.

The Armed Forces stated that the operation comes in direct response to the ongoing genocidal crimes committed by the Israeli entity in the Gaza Strip and is part of Yemen’s continued support for the oppressed Palestinian people and their resistance.

"We are closely monitoring the enemy’s movements and their attempts to disrupt the Yemeni support front," the statement read, affirming that Yemen remains fully prepared to confront any hostile actions.

The Armed Forces emphasized that, with the steadfast support of the Yemeni people, they remain on the highest level of alert and readiness, pledging to continue military operations until the Israeli aggression stops and the blockade on Gaza is lifted.

"The Yemeni people and their armed forces will never abandon the Palestinian cause. Our stance is firm, and our operations will persist until justice is restored," the statement concluded.

Yemen's military support for Gaza has become one of the defining elements of the regional confrontation with the Israeli enemy, particularly following years of sustained conflict and siege. 

By enforcing a naval blockade on Israeli-linked vessels and developing advanced missile and drone technologies, Yemen has not only bolstered its military capabilities but also shifted the balance of power in the Red Sea and beyond. 

Israel launched the war on Gaza after Hamas led a surprise operation against the regime on October 7, 2023, in response to intensified Israeli violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
