News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces’ Air Force carried out three high-level military operations targeting three Israeli enemy positions using three drones. Two of the operations targeted Israeli military sites in the areas of Jaffa and Ashkelon, while the third operation targeted Haifa Port in occupied Palestine.

In a statement, the Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed that Yemen will continue its support operations until the aggression stops and the siege on Gaza is lifted.

The Armed Forces noted that these operations were carried out in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their brave fighters, and as a response to the genocide and starvation crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against our brothers in Gaza, as well as in response to the storming and desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by Zionist settlers.

The statement emphasized that Yemen will not abandon its religious, moral, and humanitarian duties toward the Palestinian people, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and our brothers in Gaza, who are being killed and starved under aggression and siege.

The Yemeni Armed Forces’ statement also stressed that “remaining silent about the genocide against our brothers in Gaza is a disgrace that will haunt this nation throughout its history, and its consequences will be dire for all peoples and countries”

Yemen's military support for Gaza has become one of the defining elements of the regional confrontation with the Israeli enemy, particularly following years of sustained conflict and siege. 

By enforcing a naval blockade on Israeli-linked vessels and developing advanced missile and drone technologies, Yemen has not only bolstered its military capabilities but also shifted the balance of power in the Red Sea and beyond. 

Israel launched the war on Gaza after Hamas led a surprise operation against the regime on October 7, 2023, in response to intensified Israeli violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
