In its daily statistical report on the casualties of the Israeli aggression, monitored by Almasirah Net on Saturday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, with ambulance and civil defense crews unable to reach them so far.
The ministry reported that since October 7, 2023, the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 61,369 martyrs, along with 152,850 wounded with varying degrees of injuries, including severe and critical cases.
From March 18, 2025—the date the enemy violated the Gaza truce—until Saturday, the toll reached 9,862 martyrs and 50,809 injured.
The Ministry of Health noted that among those who arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours, 21 martyrs and 341 injured were aid-seekers.
It further stated that the total number of “livelihood martyrs” admitted to hospitals has risen to 1,743, with more than 12,590 injured.
According to the ministry, Gaza’s hospitals also recorded 11 new deaths in the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, bringing the total number of victims from starvation to 212 martyrs, including 98 children.
The Israeli enemy continues its genocide, siege, and starvation of civilians in the Gaza Strip for the 673th consecutive day, alongside the perpetration of documented war crimes and massacres against Palestinian families and displaced persons.
Since the start of the genocide on October 7, 2023, “Israel” has also waged a starvation campaign against Gaza’s residents. This intensified on March 2 when all crossings for humanitarian, relief, and medical aid were closed, triggering a famine now described as reaching "catastrophic" levels.
Backed by the US, the genocide has left over 209,000 Palestinians dead or injured—most of them women and children—along with more than 9,000 missing and hundreds of thousands displaced. The famine has already claimed many lives.
