News - Yemen:  The official spokesperson of the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e, announced on Thursday the execution of a specialized military operation targeting Lod Airport in the occupied Jaffa area. 

The attack employed a hypersonic ballistic missile of the Palestine-2 type, as part of Yemen’s response to the acts of genocide and blockade imposed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The statement clarified that the operation successfully achieved its objectives, causing large numbers of settlers to flee to shelters and temporarily halting airport operations.

The Yemeni Armed Forces affirmed their continued monitoring of developments on the ground in Gaza, expressing confidence in the Palestinian factions’ ability to thwart the Zionist entity’s plans to occupy the Gaza Strip and displace its residents, as had occurred in previous operations.

The statement emphasized that Yemen will continue to support and assist the Palestinian resistance with all available capabilities, escalating operations until the aggression ends and the siege on Gaza is lifted.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have increasingly demonstrated their ability to project power beyond their borders, particularly in response to the ongoing Israeli denocide on Gaza.
