News - Yemen: Strategic and military experts say the latest Yemeni operations mark a turning point in the confrontation with the US and the Zionist entity, creating new equations of deterrence and exposing the failure of enemy strategies.

Mohammed Huzaymah, a specialist in strategic affairs, told Al-Masirah that Yemen is playing a central role in shaping a new multipolar world order challenging American dominance. He said Yemen has mobilized all its capabilities for the confrontation, transforming into a force that has disrupted the US-Israeli project and turned the assassination of Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahwi and his ministers into a catalyst for greater unity and resistance.

Lebanese military expert Brig. Gen. Malik Ayoub revealed that Yemen now possesses advanced capabilities, including fourth-generation Samad-4 drones and hypersonic missiles with cluster warheads that cannot be intercepted by US or Zionist air defenses. He said the latest operations—striking the General Staff building in Jaffa, the Hadera power station, Lod Airport, and Ashdod Port—demonstrated precision, variety, and strategic depth, putting the Zionist entity under constant fear and pressure.

Meanwhile, Brig. Gen. Omar Maarabouni, another military strategist, described the attacks as a “major strategic surprise” for both Washington and Tel Aviv, forcing the US to retreat from direct involvement. He said targeting the Zionist General Staff headquarters in particular revealed Yemen’s extensive list of objectives in support of Gaza, and exposed the inability of the Israeli enemy to counter Yemeni drones and missiles.

The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Thursday a wave of coordinated operations against the Israeli enemy, striking military, economic, and maritime targets with drones and missiles, including a direct hit on the container ship MSC Aby in the Red Sea. 

The escalation came days after the Zionist entity assassinated Yemen’s prime minister and several ministers in Sana’a, an operation that experts say has backfired—intensifying Yemen’s resolve, strengthening popular unity, and broadening the scope of military operations in support of Gaza.
