News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces have intensified their operations against Israeli targets in occupied Palestinian cities, carrying out two precision strikes that have reportedly aggravated the internal challenges of the Israeli regime.

In a statement Wednesday, Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e, spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, confirmed that the missile force conducted a military operation targeting an important and sensitive Israeli site west of the occupied city of Al-Quds using a hypersonic ballistic missile of the “Palestine-2” type.

“The operation successfully achieved its objective by the grace of Allah, causing millions of Zionist settlers to flee to shelters,” he stated.

In a concurrent operation, the Yemeni drone force targeted a critical Israeli site in the occupied Haifa region. Yahya Sare'e emphasized that this operation also successfully reached its objective.

The spokesperson highlighted that these operations serve as a victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and their fighters, responding to the genocide and starvation imposed by Israel on Gaza, and as part of Yemen’s initial retaliation against Israeli aggression on its own territory.

He further noted that the operations coincide with the preparations of Yemenis and free people across the nation to commemorate the Prophet Mohammed’s birthday.

He concluded the statement by affirming that the Yemeni Armed Forces remain committed to fulfilling their religious, moral, and humanitarian duties toward their brothers in Gaza until the blockade is lifted and the aggression against them ceases.

These attacks come within Yemen’s continued support for the people of Gaza, who are enduring genocide, starvation, and thirst under the Israeli enemy blockade and bombardment.

The operations also follow threats by Yemen’s political and military leadership to deliver “painful and punishing” blows to the temporary Israeli entity in retaliation for the assassination of Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb al-Rahwi and several ministers in an Israeli strike last Thursday.

Yemen has increasingly positioned itself as a frontline actor in defending the Palestinian cause, framing its military operations as both retaliation for Israeli aggression on Yemeni soil and solidarity with the people of Gaza, who continue to face blockade, starvation, and mass casualties from ongoing Israeli assaults.
