I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Almost two full years on, the enemy of humanity and the most atrocious of criminals—the Israeli enemy—continues its savage aggression and genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, intensifying its assault on Gaza City while maintaining its onslaught on the Strip as a whole.

In its intensified assault on the densely populated Gaza City, it employs force for bombardment, destruction, and aggression on an unprecedented scale—as even Israeli media itself describes—escalating the bombardment with every means of destruction and killing, including by using intensive fire belts and sending booby-trapped vehicles, loaded with tonnes of powerful explosives, into residential neighbourhoods and detonating them in massive blasts that cause enormous destruction.

The Israeli enemy also persists in the crimes of starvation, siege, and thirst, with the suffering from thirst worsening amidst this brutal, criminal assault on Gaza City.

Great suffering also continues as a result of forced displacement, with the Israeli enemy persistently targeting the displaced during their movement towards the areas it calls 'safe'. These are small areas, devoid of services, where hundreds of thousands of civilians are crammed together, only to be targeted there.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the situation in Gaza City is catastrophic, with around 800,000 citizens remaining in the city. This vast number—hundreds of thousands of residents—are still inside Gaza City, and the enemy targets them indiscriminately with all these destructive means:

  • fire belts used against densely populated neighbourhoods,
  • vehicles loaded with explosives,
  • starvation,
  • deprivation of water, and
  • the targeting of medical services to terminate healthcare provision.

The Israeli enemy persists in all its criminal paths, now at their peak, building on what it has perpetrated over this long span of time: two years of bombing, destruction, siege, and targeting with every instrument of killing and annihilation. The suffering of the Palestinian people is immense, not measured in the span of a week, but in two full years, now approaching completion on 7 October.

The Israeli enemy continues its violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque; with the coming of the Jewish New Year, it is intensifying its incursions and keeps performing Talmudic rituals and dances in the courtyards of the mosque.

It also sustains pressure on the people of Al-Quds, enforcing measures such as the isolation of districts and neighbourhoods, the demolition of homes, and other relentless actions designed to alter the city's character entirely.

In the West Bank, it pursues annexation and land confiscation alongside every form of aggression: killings, raids by what it calls 'the Israeli army' and by settler gangs, and widespread violations ranging from property destruction to outright seizure. Thus, all forms of assault and criminal acts persist, with a noticeable focus on the city of Al-Khalil. The Israeli enemy appears to be focusing more on the city, possibly with the aim of achieving complete control, for several reasons:

  • It is regarded as the second holiest city in Palestine.
  • It has a higher population density than much of the West Bank.
  • Its location is of a strategic importance.

In addition to these reasons, this is part of the Israeli enemy's gradual yet relentless drive towards the full occupation of the West Bank. While control is already established on the ground, the goal is full occupation, total confiscation, and the complete denial of all rights to the Palestinian people, the rightful owners of the land.

The Israeli enemy thus persists in its crimes, now visible to the entire world and the subject of broad international condemnation, sustained as always by American support and partnership.

The more the Israeli enemy escalates through its heinous crimes—crimes that bring shame upon humanity—and as nations around the world protest and feel ashamed by their inaction in the face of such shocking criminality, brutality, and tyranny against the defenceless Palestinian people, the more steps the Americans take to support the Israeli enemy, reaffirming their partnership in aims, in aggression, and in crime and their open and unconditional backing to the Israelis. This week, the American enemy used its veto in the Security Council to block a draft resolution calling for a ceasefire and the lifting of Israeli-imposed restrictions to obstruct the entry of humanitarian relief for the Palestinian people. The Americans insist on continuing the aggression and maintaining the blockade, starvation, and even the denial of baby formula to infants—all forms of assaults and crimes committed by the Israeli enemy. All these acts are committed with American knowledge, participation, justification, and full support.

Similarly, as a display of moral support, nearly 250 members of the U.S. Congress from across the United States travelled to occupied Palestine, in the largest such visit to date, reaffirming their backing for the Israeli enemy and its crimes. This major collective visit underscores the open American support at every level—financial, political, moral, and military. There is also the latest massive arms deal, providing the Israeli enemy with even more tools of killing, destruction, and annihilation—supplied by the Americans to enable it to persist in its aggression and crimes.

Despite the enormity of Zionist criminality and despite the lack of support from the Arab and Islamic worlds, our dear fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip—with extremely limited resources—continue their heroic operations against the Israeli enemy. The Al-Qassam Brigades, the Al-Quds Brigades, and other resistance factions have carried out numerous operations, and they continue to confront the Israeli enemy with remarkable effectiveness across various fronts in Gaza.

Their operations have included sniping enemy officers and soldiers, setting ambushes, detonating explosive devices and minefields against Israeli vehicles and troops. These actions have resulted in the deaths and injuries of over twenty Zionist soldiers and officers. Yet the Israeli enemy attempts to attribute these incidents to traffic accidents, seeking to downplay the significance and effectiveness of these operations in striking direct losses among its ranks.

This week also saw a bold operation: The Al-Qassam Brigades launched a raid on a gathering of enemy troops and their vehicles, clashing with them at point-blank range and inflicting casualties—both killed and wounded soldiers—in the vicinity of Al-Sheikh Radwan pond. Also, the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades launched rocket attacks against concentrations of enemy forces in southern and western Gaza, using locally made, medium-range rockets. There were also rocket strikes targeting the colonial settlements surrounding Gaza.

Such operations, at this scale, embody the heroic, faith-driven resilience and the extraordinary steadfastness of the fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip, and they leave no excuse whatsoever for the Muslim Ummah around them.

This is the very Ummah that has abandoned them and the regimes that have stabbed them in the back and colluded with the Israeli enemy against them: They call for the disarmament of their arms, including light weapons, personal firearms, medium weapons, and highly limited weaponry. Meanwhile, America continues to supply the Israeli enemy with endless shipments of the most lethal weaponry to kill Arab peoples (including the Palestinians), occupy countries, seize lands, desecrate sanctities, commit mass genocide, and execute children and women. By contrast, we hear constant voices of those complicit Arab regimes: They demand the disbarment of the mujahidin, instead of fulfilling their humanitarian, religious, and moral responsibilities and serving the interests of this Ummah, its peoples, and its countries by providing weapons and all forms of support to the mujahidin brothers in the Gaza Strip.

Despite the blatant arrogance and overwhelming tyranny in Israeli and American rhetoric, the Zionist media discussed a report from the 'Central Bureau of Statistics' of the enemy entity, which is one of their official bodies. The 'Central Bureau of Statistics' confirmed that reverse migration is at unprecedented levels. This is a profoundly significant outcome of Palestinian resilience, the steadfastness of the mujahidin, and the perseverance of the Palestinian people, including the supportive base. For the enemy, it is a bitter disappointment: Reverse migration—the ongoing flight of Jewish Zionist settlers and occupiers from Palestine—is now a persistent reality, with despair growing among them. In fact, they imagined that occupying Palestine and even extending towards their grand ambition of 'Greater Israel' would occur in an atmosphere of stability and calm, without serious cost, risk, or fighting. If fighting did occur, they assumed it would be a mere passing incident: They would quickly seize control, end the battles swiftly, and then settle in to plunder the wealth of the region, revel in its riches, and occupy it in complete peace and security. Yet this mounting disappointment, which drives them to reverse migration, is a direct result of the great steadfastness of the Palestinian people in Gaza, the resilience and bravery of the mujahidin, and the effectiveness of their operations.

Another Zionist newspaper reported that the so-called 'Head of the Human Resources Division'—an official in the Zionist enemy entity—addressed members of the Knesset, stating that many career officers are now seeking early retirement. He further revealed that there is a shortfall of up to twelve thousand soldiers, as evasion of service has become a common phenomenon among them.

All of this is occurring solely amid this battle, in which the enemy has concentrated all its efforts, at such a high level, on the Gaza Strip. And this powerful effectiveness stems from such resilience, sacrifice, and steadfastness shown by Gaza alone. Imagine if the entire Ummah were to act from a unified position—if this spirit of steadfastness, bravery, and sacrifice were embraced on a broader scale—what might the outcome be? This clearly demonstrates that the Arabs' greatest problem is their profound inaction.

With regard to Lebanon, the Israeli enemy continues its aggression against the country through air raids and the targeting of civilians. The Israeli enemy has committed a massacre against a family in Bint Jbeil, and struck six homes in five villages in southern Lebanon. Moreover, the Israeli enemy persists in setting fire to woodlands in several areas, and has intensified its assaults on civilians in several areas, using warplanes, drones, artillery shelling, and ground fire from those positions it occupies in southern Lebanon. It also continues the demolition and detonation of houses in certain villages along the Lebanese border with occupied Palestine.

All of these assaults constitute a complete violation of the agreement with the Lebanese state, which has its guarantors. Yet the reaction of the Lebanese government does not appear commensurate with the gravity of these assaults and violations, which are, in truth, assaults upon the Lebanese people and a violation of Lebanese sovereignty.

There is a clear and weighty responsibility upon the Lebanese state, but how has the Lebanese government responded? Its response appears weak and submissive, falling far short of what should be done. Rather, the Lebanese government is moving to carry out the dictates of the Israeli enemy and to submit to American orders by continuing to exert pressure on the Lebanese resistance and Hezbollah—a foolish course that will never protect Lebanon, safeguard its sovereignty, or defend its people.

When they move to implement Israeli dictates and prioritise them over their fundamental responsibilities, this means that they are offering a free service to the Israeli enemy—one that brings no benefit whatsoever to Lebanon.

If all they want is to serve 'the interests of Lebanon', then what possible interest could Lebanon have in carrying out the dictates of its fiercest enemy—the Israeli enemy? It is the very enemy that seeks to occupy Lebanon, repeatedly assaults it, and has a long record of major acts of aggression, including occupation reaching Beirut itself, killings, grave crimes, and constant threats. More than that, this very enemy has even placed Lebanon on the map of 'Greater Israel'.

Therefore, all the negative and misguided policies of the Lebanese government, pursued in the framework of implementing Israeli dictates, constitute a betrayal of its responsibilities towards Lebanon, towards the Lebanese people, and towards Lebanese sovereignty, while simultaneously providing a free service to the Israeli enemy.

Relying on the international community is a losing bet, and reality testifies to that. What can the international community really offer Lebanon's government or its people when faced with Israeli aggression, invasion, breaches of sovereignty, or the plundering of national wealth, since all of Lebanon is under threat? The Israeli enemy covets everything in Lebanon, and its ambitions are plain. What could the international community do? Has it done anything for Palestine, for Gaza, or for Syria? There is no hope in what is called 'the international community.' Options of surrender are useless and ineffective.

Regarding the situation in Lebanon, the resistance in Lebanon and Hezbollah are making extensive preparations to commemorate the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the martyr of Islam and humanity, Al-Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, (May Allah be pleased with him). Allah willing, we too will observe this anniversary with an address.

Al-Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (May Allah be pleased with him) is a martyr of Islam and of humanity in every sense of the word. Together with Hezbollah and the Lebanese resistance, he played a central role in protecting the entire region from the American-Israeli project, which targeted the entire region using the term 'the Middle East'. This was the very term the Americans and the Israelis used in the 2006 Israeli aggression against Lebanon. At that time, the American position was explicitly declared, using 'the New Middle East' as the title of the Israeli aggression against Lebanon and making it clear that the target was not only Lebanon but also the countries and peoples of this region as a whole.

As a result of the failure of the 2006 aggression and Hezbollah's steadfastness and historic victory, the Americans could not achieve this goal for more than fifteen years. This is because there existed this strong fortress and impenetrable shield for the Ummah, even as some Arab regimes continued their relentless conspiracies against Hezbollah, collaborating with the Israeli enemy in every scheme to target his eminence, the martyr of Islam and humanity, Al-Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (May Allah be pleased with him). They made him a common target, as they worked together to target him and plan his assassination over all those years.

This demonstrates the utter folly and miserable state of some Arab regimes, for they conspire against their own peoples and countries, seeking to serve the enemy in schemes that target everyone without exception. The current events are plain evidence: The Americans and Israelis are now brazenly revealing their true Zionist schemes and their objectives to the Ummah, speaking openly of the so-called 'Greater Israel' and its geographic scope, publishing maps that show their ambitions to occupy these countries. Yet some persist in turning a blind eye to these facts.

The logic of some, such as certain Lebanese government officials, reveals that they act quite openly and officially as proxies for the Israeli enemy, instead of standing with their own people and country. They see their role in positions of authority to be about justifying Israel's actions and adopting hostile stances towards any group that stands in the way of its destructive schemes, which target Lebanon and the region as a whole.

Allah willing, we shall speak more on this topic in a speech on the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the martyr of Islam and humanity, his eminence Al-Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (May Allah be pleased with him).

Regarding recent developments in Syria, the Israeli enemy continues its complete violation of Syria. It persists on its ground incursions, reaching as far as the countryside of Damascus—deep inside Syrian territory—the countryside of Daraa, and the governorate of Quneitra. In the countryside of Damascus, it continues raiding homes, setting up checkpoints, obstructing civilian movement, with people searched on the roads between their villages and towns, bulldozing agricultural lands, raising Israeli flags, and intensifying the air activity of its warplanes and drones.

The Israeli enemy persists in all these acts of total violation against southern Syria, close to the capital, Damascus, despite the repeated assurances from the groups currently in control of Syria, affirming that:

  • they are committed to peace with the Israeli enemy;
  • they do not consider it an enemy;
  • they seek to reach agreements and engage in security coordination with it;
  • they aspire to be part of the American camp in the region, and so on.

However, none of this has brought them any benefit, nor will it in the future. Even if security agreements are signed, the Israeli enemy will use them as an excuse and a legal and official cover to justify its attacks, incursions, and violations. The Israeli enemy is keen on advancing its project in what it calls the 'David's Corridor', and Syria is already on the Zionist map—indeed, it has always been among the primary objectives, alongside Lebanon and the wider Levant. Thus, the Israeli enemy continues to pursue its so-called 'David's Corridor', seeking to reach the Euphrates River. The Israeli enemy itself set these objectives, and it pursues them, along with the Americans.

This also applies to the American military presence in Syria, which continues to expand through new bases and fresh military formations of those Syrians who choose to collaborate and enlist with the Americans. Likewise, the continued persecution of minorities by these groups in control over Syria and driving these minorities into the arms of the Israeli enemy occurs within the framework of the Zionist plan and the shared goals of the Americans and Israelis, which are aimed at achieving total control over Syria.

Look at what is being said by the so-called 'US envoy to Syria and Lebanon', the American official tasked with the Syria and Lebanon portfolio. He is an American official, and his statements reflect the official American stance and policy. These statements are extremely significant, for they are completely clear. It is important for everyone to be aware of them, as they reflect the true American stance towards Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and the entire region.

In his remarks during an interview with a prominent Western TV channel, he reiterated what is already plain to see regarding American policy towards our region. In one of his key comments, he said, 'Israel is a different story. Israel is a valued ally. … It has a special place in America's heart.' This means that in the American view of the region, only the Israeli enemy is considered a true ally, while the other countries are not, regardless of America's interests or the extent to which it benefits from them. Indeed, it benefits greatly from them.

Economically, America benefits greatly from the region. In fact, it is the main beneficiary of the looting of the region's wealth, with trillions of dollars flowing into its coffers. American interests in this region are well known: They stretch across the Gulf, Iraq, and the Arab world at large, and this is all crystal clear.

America gains great advantages, as loyal regimes exhaust themselves in its service—they put American demands above their own countries' interests and above their peoples, repressing their peoples' freedoms, humiliating and subjugating them, and making them bow before the Americans. Despite all of this, none of this ever raises any Arab regime to the status of the Israelis, no matter what it does to please America.

What exactly does Israel offer America? Does it provide trillions? Does it supply vast quantities of oil? Does it deliver any tangible economic benefits? The Israeli enemy takes from America, while the Arab regimes hand over the region's wealth to the Americans, who in turn pass some of it on to Israel. The Israeli enemy is a recipient from America, not a giver.

Nonetheless, this is how the Americans see things: They do not consider what the Arab regimes have offered or continue to offer—whether material assistance, political support, executing schemes and conspiracies, or funding destructive American agendas—as ever enough to raise them to the status of the Israeli enemy as an ally. That is because from the American perspective, the countries of this region, which provide it with everything, are seen as nothing more than 'milk cows'—a term the Americans themselves use. The more they offer, the more the Americans see it as nothing but resources to be milked, of which they could take a great deal. Consequently, it holds no strategic value for them in terms of enhancing their position with the Americans or their importance as an American ally.

What does this mean? It means that, in comparison to Israel, no one else matters. Compared to Israel, alliances with any Arab country are meaningless, and any American agreements with Arab states are worthless. In the eyes of the Americans, all of them are open to being attacked by the Israeli enemy.

That same official also made an extremely important point in that interview regarding peace with Israel. He said, 'There has never been peace, and there will probably never be peace.' As the Yemeni saying goes, 'Honesty brings relief.' This is the mindset of the American official about the illusion of peace, which the Arabs are desperately pursuing: Their state is like a thirsty man chasing a mirage, {'But when he approaches it, he finds it to be nothing'}[An-Nur 24:39]. The American official said, 'There has never been peace, and there will probably never be peace.' O Arabs, especially those who seek normalisation, listen, be aware, and understand, if you are still capable of understanding: He mentioned that 'There will probably never be peace.'

Indicating that the conflict is not about borders, he also added—and pay close attention to this—something very significant, 'The end result is somebody wants dominance, which means somebody has to submit.' This is exactly what we have always maintained: The new order that the Americans and Israelis seek to impose on the whole region, on all the peoples of this Ummah, and on all Arab and Islamic countries, is one of violation, control, dominance, and the confiscation of this Ummah's freedom and dignity. As we always repeat, this violation covers blood, honour, wealth, holy sites, resources, and property—everything. It is a total and all-encompassing violation. That is why anyone who surrenders to this imposed order forfeits everything: humanity, dignity, freedom, religion, and identity. Whoever accepts this equation loses both this life and the Hereafter. This is the plain truth.

He says that the issue goes far beyond mere borders, because the Israeli enemy does not recognise any borders of any country. The Americans believe that they, along with the West, have the right to set or erase borders as they please. This is why it reached the point where Arab lands were handed over as gifts. For example, at that time and in the presence of certain Arab officials, Trump announced giving the Golan Heights as a gift to the Israeli enemy, declaring it had been made their property. He even stated he was ready to give away even more Arab land, as long as Israel occupied it, openly offering to confiscate Arab territories to the Israeli enemy! All of this was said with the utmost disrespect and impudence.

When he said, 'which means somebody has to submit', who is the other party that must submit, according to the American view? It is obvious he means the Arabs, the Muslims. Indeed, he means that they have to accept complete Israeli control and the confiscation of their freedom to become slaves to Israel, acting as America's proxy in the region. This is exactly what the Americans are aiming for.

'In that part of the world'—as he speaks about our region—'submit, there is no Arabic word for submit; they cannot wrap their head around submit.' This is perfectly clear. O Arabs, O Muslims, what the Americans want has been made absolutely clear by this American official, who comes to this region, is involved with its affairs, and states openly what he is working towards.

Naturally, regarding statements like these, should there not have been a reaction from Arab governments and officials in this region? Are these not extremely provocative remarks? Are they not words that wound the dignity of the entire Ummah? In fact, these are not just idle words in a TV interview; rather, they form part of an actual working agenda for both the Americans and the Israeli enemy.

Such statements should have been shocking, highly provocative, and further clear proof of the true nature of American orientation and position. They ought to have been met with forceful responses from Arab officials, especially those in Syria and Lebanon. Nevertheless, what was the Lebanese response? The official Lebanese reaction was truly astonishing: Official Lebanese confirmed their submission, embraced this logic of subjugation, and announced they would work diligently and with genuine intent to implement American and Israeli dictates. This is both disgraceful and shameful.

Furthermore, notice the prevailing reality in the official Arab sphere: The Israelis and the Americans make the most outrageous provocations in statements, actions, and words, yet the Arab officials meet them with humility, humiliation, submission, and utter indifference. If Arab officials do comment, it is with the utmost politeness, painstakingly choosing courteous phrases. This is disgraceful, shameful, and deeply regrettable.

In his interview, he also justified the Israeli aggression against Qatar, considering it as normal, since it falls within the broader strategy the Americans are seeking to impose on the region.

He criticised the Egyptians and Saudis, asking why don't they accept Palestinians and tolerate the forced displacement of Palestinians to their countries? The answer is clear: It is neither out of respect for Palestinian rights nor in support of them, but rather out of anxiety of a large Palestinian presence in their own countries. Yet their position in rejecting the displacement of the Palestinian people is important, and they must hold firmly to it—Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the Arab countries in general—regardless of the reasons and background behind this position. Even if the motivation is not for the sake of principle itself but for other reasons, this remains important, whatever the rationale.

He also acknowledged that the Israeli enemy has attacked everywhere—in the past, present, and, as he suggested, in the future—including in Syria, Lebanon, and previously even as far as Tunisia and other countries, describing this as an ongoing policy. At the same time, he called on the Lebanese government to disarm Hezbollah itself, placing full responsibility upon it. He likewise issued threats against the Lebanese people, along with provocations and attempts to stir internal strife within Lebanon.

He also declared that there will be no Palestinian state, adding that the only option is to become an Israeli resident. He belittled the international positions announced by many countries in support of the 'two-state solution', mocking all the other nations and countries that have raised this banner. He said that their influence is non-existent, claiming that the Americans are the ones protecting the world, and no one else has any stake in this except themselves and the Israelis.

Notice this level of openly stating the facts—this is something important and beneficial, as our Ummah must be fully aware of what the Americans actually want and are practically pursuing with the Israelis. The Israeli and American enemies are two sides of the same coin: Zionism and the Zionist project.

Regarding the demonstrations in support of Gaza, they were as follows:

  • In the Arab and Islamic countries, demonstrations broke out only in limited areas—in Bahrain, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco, and Yemen. The rest of the countries were entirely detached from the events, lacking awareness and sunk in a state of stagnation to a dreadful degree.
  • In Europe, America, and other countries, demonstrations and rallies were held in support of Gaza across nineteen countries.

The Global Sumud Flotilla has set sail: Forty-three ships departed from Spain, Italy, and Tunisia. Six more ships are scheduled to join from Greece, while another vessel in Egypt is awaiting government permission to sail and join the convoy of steadfastness heading towards the Gaza Strip. The aim is global solidarity, with activists from multiple countries seeking to break the blockade on Gaza.

During this week, several countries have recognised Palestine, as part of what is referred to as 'the two-state solution'. At present, more than 150 countries recognise Palestine. This move—recognising Palestine as a state—was announced by some countries. Of course, this is a well-established and longstanding effort, since the Palestinian right is inherent and unchanging, regardless of whether certain countries choose to recognise it or not. It remains an indisputable historical fact that requires no recognition to prove its validity.

This recognition also fits within a vision that has been advocated by some since the outset of the Israeli occupation of Palestine: namely, that the majority of Palestinian land would be appropriated for Jewish control, leaving only a small, nominal Palestinian state—demilitarised and bound by strict restraints imposed by the Israelis in line with their interests.

At this minimal level, some Western countries have announced recognition. However, this issue has existed in the United Nations since the very beginning of the Israeli occupation, starting with the 1947 Partition Plan, followed by subsequent UN and Security Council resolutions, and the eventual recognition by many countries—now over 150 in total, at different stages.

Furthermore, the later US-sponsored Oslo Accords were fundamentally based on the idea of the two-state solution, as described: a nominal, demilitarised Palestinian state on a small fraction of the land, with its foreign relations constrained to the framework dictated by the Israeli entity and its interests.

Yet even this arrangement is unacceptable to the Israelis and the Americans; both positions are clear and unequivocal. As we have said, they deny the Palestinians even their olive trees on their own farms, their homes, and their livestock—they deny them even the most basic rights, targeting the Palestinian people in every way possible. It is also clear that they plan to extend beyond Palestine, but they need first to overcome what they see as the main obstacle before them: Palestinian steadfastness, which serves the interests of the entire Ummah, and deserves support from it and even all of humanity. This is because the Israeli enemy is stripping away universal human rights recognised around the world, seeking to erase them completely. It aims to impose a reality where it can violate all laws, customs, and faiths—everything.

Therefore, we must view this step in its proper context: It alone cannot represent any hope for the Palestinian people in countering the relentless savage aggression in Gaza, ongoing assaults in the West Bank, and continuing threats to the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the city of Al-Quds.

The Israeli threat persists, and the Americans shamelessly continue their open support for the Israeli enemy. Therefore, when the act of recognition—announced by some countries and promoted by certain Arab regimes under the banner of the two-state solution—is presented as the utmost support that can be offered to the Palestinian people and the highest response to Israeli aggression, genocide, and grave violations, this is neither wise nor just. In reality, it is merely a cover for avoiding practical measures that could exert real pressure on the Israeli enemy.

The Israeli enemy may face some confusion and appear in partial political isolation because of this step, but this remains only a distraction as long as certain Western and Arab states continue to support this enemy—this is the case when Western governments keep supplying weapons, money, and every form of support to sustain its crimes, and Arab regimes persist in economic, intelligence, and political collaboration, as well as showing open hostility towards the mujahidin in Gaza, the resistance in Lebanon and Palestine, and the broader anti-Israeli and anti-American liberation movements in the region.

When someone appears at the United Nations waving such banners, yet returns home to send arms and money to the Israeli enemy and to persist in economic collaboration with it, can this honestly be called pressure on the Israeli enemy? The practical measures are plain to see, as is what is truly required to impose real pressure.

Why do these recognitions occur? There are two clear reasons.

  • The first is the undeniable validity of the Palestinian right: It is clear and undeniable. Therefore, any country in the world that denies this right finds itself embarrassed, in a shameful position, and undermining the very principles it would invoke to defend its own national rights. If the seizure of territories for occupation is allowed to go unchecked anywhere, it sets a dangerous precedent for all nations— compelling every country to consider how it would respond if it were itself occupied! If this is permitted to become an international norm, and this right is lost, every nation is endangered, and a precedent is set for domination, dispossession, and the violation of rights. Therefore, stripping away this clear and established right from the Palestinian people or accepting that by anyone ultimately threatens their own security as well.
  • The second factor, along with the undeniable validity of this right, is the magnitude of Israeli crimes: genocide committed in full view of the world. Anyone anywhere can watch these crimes, as the media broadcasts these disgraceful scenes live—scenes that bring disgrace on the entire world, stir the human conscience, and outrage human dignity everywhere.

The magnitude of Israeli crimes makes it embarrassing for anyone to defend such crimes or turn a blind eye to them. That is why they try to declare a stance towards the undisputable and universally recognised Palestinian right and the appalling Israeli crimes that disgrace any country failing to take a stand. But does this declared position rise to the level demanded by this undeniable right, this blatant injustice, and these heinous crimes of the Israeli enemy? Or are these merely token gestures, while they continue to collaborate with the Israeli enemy? This is what we must remain focused on, as some use such steps as a cover for continuing serious forms of collaboration with the Israeli enemy. Even some Arab regimes adopt these stances and use them against the resistance in Palestine and the mujahidin in Gaza, demanding, in return, the disarmament of the mujahidin and the denial of their right to defend their land, their honour, their faith, their dignity, and everything else—even the Ummah itself.

Given the undeniable validity of the Palestinian right, which enjoys this level of international recognition, this Ummah has a clear responsibility to fulfil. So why does it not take a firm stand, since it holds such a just cause recognised by the entire world? What are you waiting for? Why do you not act in accordance with your religious, humanitarian, moral, and faith-based responsibilities when you possess a cause acknowledged by the whole world?

Regarding the 80th session of the United Nations, this session featured numerous speeches from Muslim leaders, Arab leaders, and others from across the globe. The speeches were overwhelmingly focused on complaint, especially those of Arab and Muslim leaders. They complained about the actions of the Israeli enemy: its targeting of the region and this Ummah, its genocidal crimes against the Palestinian people, and its campaign of aggression and arrogance. But will any of these complaints make a difference? Is the United Nations—the institution in which our Ummah places its hopes for upholding equity, justice, and goodness and offering protection from oppression and Israeli horrific atrocities—actually capable of delivering on those hopes?

The American president's address at the same session made the global situation abundantly clear. He openly boasted of American power and arrogance, declaring that they are the strongest in the world and are living their golden age. That was one of many other similar statements he made there, but this encapsulates the American worldview, which drives its policies and positions: a mindset based on raw power, domination, appropriation, supremacy, exclusivity, confiscation of rights, and the subjugation of any nation that submits or yields. It is a logic of hegemony, occupation, and control.

The Palestinian cause spans decades. What has the United Nations ever done for Palestine? Has it protected any Arab nation? Has it ever rescued any country or people? Which people has the UN ever truly saved?

At last year's session of the United Nations, while Israeli aggression was at its height and the genocide against the Palestinian people was ongoing, what did the UN actually do?

Many of the leaders who attend and deliver speeches from the UN podium appear to see themselves as holding important roles, imagining they are important. But what real significance does the United Nations have? What meaningful role has it ever played in rescuing an oppressed people or restoring stolen rights? Absolutely nothing—especially when the issue concerns Muslims, whether in Arab countries or beyond.

At the start of the Hebrew calendar year, the criminal Netanyahu declared that this would be a year of aggression—not just against Gaza, but the entire region—at the very time the UN held its 80th General Assembly. Eighty years, and it has done nothing for Palestine—a cause that is universally recognised and crystal clear. What then of other, less prominent causes?

The Israeli enemy has openly declared that its ambitions go far beyond Gaza and Palestine, encompassing the entire region. This is part of its doctrine of complete impunity in how it treats the region. Such a statement should have provoked outrage among Arab leaders, regimes, and officials across the Arab and Islamic world. It should have compelled them to prepare strength and act with urgency in confronting this threat, for it is a clear declaration of hostile intent from the Israeli enemy.

Also reported this week by the media was Israel's extortion of Egypt over the so-called gas deal—a disgraceful agreement in which the Israeli enemy stands to gain $35 billion from Egypt. This is an utter disaster—sourced from wealth looted and stolen from the Palestinian people. The Israeli enemy is already exerting pressure, even though the deal is still in its early stages. Delays and exploitation have already begun.

Why do Arab regimes choose to tether their economies, livelihoods, and national interests to the Israeli enemy? This is entirely in line with the American strategy of enforcing Israeli hegemony across the region in all spheres, including economic, political, cultural, and media spheres. It is a clear and reckless strategic mistake. These regimes are binding their economic affairs, daily lives, and even access to water to an enemy that exploits, insults, and extorts them.

Are there not Arab countries that could supply Egypt with gas? Certainly, there are. Egypt itself could have invested that vast sum in its own gas sector or, at the very least, imported gas from Arab states with surplus capacity to meet Egypt's demand and even more. Instead, by tying itself to the Israelis and submitting to its extortion, it falls in line with the misguided policies of certain Arab regimes that lack wisdom, foresight, or values. This course defies all reason and ultimately brings harm upon themselves and their peoples.

On the sidelines of the UN's 80th session, some Arab and Muslim leaders met with Trump, appealing to him for mercy and begging him to show compassion for this Ummah! This is a sorry spectacle: turning to America, a country deeply committed to the Zionist scheme, driven by greedy ambitions in the region, and devoid of humanity or empathy. It reflects a serious state of disorientation—what is needed is to take concrete action.

A Gulf-American summit was also held with the US Secretary of State. One Gulf official outlined the various interests and services offered to America. But, as previously noted, America sees all of this as simply milking a cow. It does not appreciate these offerings, nor does it respond with respect—neither for the countries involved, nor for their rights, freedom, or dignity. It sees in them nothing but a milk cow that can be used for its milk without respect.

It is worth mentioning that on various occasions, including at the Doha Arab Islamic summit and the UN's 80th session, many Muslim leaders in the Arab world and beyond and elsewhere have spoken with rare frankness and credibility about Israeli objectives. This is a welcome development. We should all speak plainly about those aims of the Israeli enemy:

  • It seeks regional domination;
  • It is moving, as expressed through its words and acts, to implement its Zionist project of a 'Greater Israel'.
  • It aims to humiliate and control the entire region and to turn it into a free zone for it to do whatever it likes without accountability.

This is a crucial point, and we must all remember our responsibility. The Israeli enemy is clear and persistent in repeating the themes of 'Changing the Middle East' and 'Greater Israel'—two labels for the same Zionist project.

In the face of these grave, unmistakable threats—threats that amount to the confiscation of this Ummah's freedom, dignity and rights, and to its subjugation and enslavement—on what basis should we found our responses as Muslims and Arabs?

  • On despair and psychological defeat? That is unacceptable; it will achieve nothing and will only empower the Israeli enemy and cost the Ummah dearly in this life and the next, in the present and the future.
  • By putting our faith in the Americans? That is grave folly, a repeatedly tested mistake—one many Arab regimes have pursued for decades, with clear consequences.
  • By relying on the UN, international organisations, or international courts—institutions which the Americans can sanction and threaten? They do nothing, and this will lead to nowhere.

This may play a supplementary, marginal role, but it must not become the principal strategy or the main thing we rely upon.

The great affliction of the Arabs is that they have forgotten Allah, which is the very affliction that Allah (the Almighty) has warned them about: {'And do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves'}[Al-Hashr 59:19]. They do not turn to Him even while facing such major issues that make it all the more necessary to return to Allah for guidance and help and to follow His light. As a Muslim Ummah, we believe in the Holy Quran as a divine light and a book of guidance for every sphere: {'Verily, this Quran guides to the straightest way '}[Al-Isra 17:9]. {'with which Allah guides those who seek His pleasure to the ways of peace'}[Al-Ma'idah 5:16]. Allah guides us through the Holy Quran to the straight path, to honour, dignity, and glory in this life and the ultimate success in the Hereafter. Why do the Arabs fail to shape their policies based on this recognition? They persistently erase it.

The Quranic discourse—when warning about the Jews as enemies to this Ummah and signalling their danger—contains the assurance: {'Allah knows best who your enemies are. And Allah suffices as a protector. And Allah suffices as a supporter'}[An-Nisa 4:45]. {'And Allah suffices as a protector'}—we should turn to Him, and this demands turning to His guidance, His teachings, and His light. {'And Allah suffices as a supporter'}[An-Nisa 4:45]. If this Ummah truly placed its trust in Allah, followed His guidance, and turned to Him, while using all the pressure levers and capabilities it possesses, it would be in a completely different position. Yet, as we have observed, they do not even adopt the bare minimum practical measures, such as boycotting the Israeli enemy: economic and diplomatic boycott, closing airspace, intelligence boycotts, and halting security collaboration with it. Unfortunately, they shy away from all of these steps.

Allah (Glory be to Him) also says in Surah Ali 'Imran, in the context of the Jewish threat to this Ummah: {'Whoever holds firmly to Allah is surely guided to the Straight Path'}[Ali 'Imran 3:101].

When we consider the example of jihadist resistance in the Gaza Strip, with extremely limited resources, it has managed to defeat Israel in multiple encounters and has shown extraordinary resilience for twenty-four months. Imagine what more could be achieved if it were to receive genuine support!

Likewise, the Lebanese resistance inflicted a major historic defeat on Israel in 2000, followed by another strategically significant defeat in 2006. It stood firm, overcame the Israeli enemy, and prevented an Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 2024—had it not done so, Israel would have overrun the entire country. The advance was halted at a specific point, and when the Lebanese state and government assumed responsibility, it is they who are now relinquishing it. These are unmistakable and evident facts.

Also consider the example set by Yemen, one of extraordinary steadfastness in the face of the Israeli and American enemy, the blockade, and military aggression. The remarkable resilience of this people is rooted in faith—in relying on Allah (the Almighty), trusting in Him, and taking pride in their identity and unwavering trust in Allah, the Almighty.

On the Yemeni support front, in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad, support operations have continued through military action with missiles and drones. Over the past week, twenty-one missiles and drones were launched. Among these operations was yesterday's attack, which targeted the Israeli enemy in Umm Al-Rashrash, resulting in casualties—fifty, according to the Israeli enemy's own statement. This operation was particularly significant because it achieved several objectives:

  • Firstly, it breached the Israeli enemy's defence system—a breach which, by the grace of Allah (Glory be to Him), continues to be repeated in numerous operations. Israel's inability to intercept drones and some missiles has become apparent.
  • In addition, these operations have had a considerable impact on the Israeli enemy, affecting its security, its psychological and moral state, its economy, and other areas as well.

The maritime blockade on the Israeli enemy also remains in place, covering the operational area from the Red Sea, the Bab Al-Mandab strait, and the Gulf of Aden to the Arabian Sea. This week, a ship violating the blockade was targeted.

Regarding public activities, they continue across universities in Sana'a, Al-Hudaydah, Amran, Ibb, Al-Bayda, and various other governorates.

Mobilisation efforts are ongoing: military parades, marches, and the graduation of new batches from training programmes.

Regarding the million-strong Yemeni demonstrations, last week they reached a total of 1,412 demonstrations and marches.

The Yemeni position, by the grace and guidance of Allah, is at the highest level of responsibility. It is neither reckless, frivolous, nor impulsive. Rather, it reflects the highest degree of responsibility, wisdom, and maturity. This is because it is grounded in faith, morals, humanity, and religion—the most important factors for guiding any position. Moreover, it operates within the framework of divine instructions and guidance, following the clear and explicit directives of Allah in the Holy Quran.

Therefore, through this position—which constitutes jihad in the path of Allah (the Almighty)—we take a strong, active, and influential stand against the enemy, with visible effects. The fact that our position has not fully stopped the aggression or prevented it in Palestine does not diminish its significance, nor does it serve as an excuse for anyone to shirk their responsibility to act to the full extent of their capacity.

In reality, this position has produced clear, tangible, and undeniable effects on the Israeli enemy—particularly through the maritime blockade, which has inflicted real losses. This is a strategically significant action, recognised across the world by all except the worthless, contemptible, ignorant, and senseless Zionist mouthpieces—traitorous proxies—whose comments and positions carry no weight or significance. In contrast, all military experts and institutions that have addressed this matter—from research centres to official bodies in both the East and West—publicly acknowledge and attest to the importance and far-reaching impact of this position.

Then, according to the standard of faith and our religious duty before Allah, we are obliged to do what we can—to move in the path of Allah to the extent of our ability, and to strive with our wealth and our souls. Alongside this, we must work to build and strengthen our reality, and this is exactly what is taking place. This pleases Allah (Glory be to Him) and falls within what He praised in the Holy Quran in numerous verses—those that speak of jihad, the mujahidin, and the believers who respond to His call to the best of their ability and strength. By the grace of Allah (the Almighty), what we are engaged in has had a clear and visible impact. At the same time, it merits the sacrifices we make in the path of Allah, which He values, accepts, and rewards according to His true promise—with the best of rewards in this world and the Hereafter. Above all, it grants the pleasure of Allah, which surpasses every goal, every consideration, and every form of importance.

What is the alternative to taking this position? It is surrender and submission—disgraceful compromises. The alternative is sin, the death of the human conscience, emotional numbness, and humiliation before those upon whom Allah has imposed degradation and abasement—before the Jews, the brothers of apes and pigs. Can any human being accept such a fate?

Our position—by the grace of Allah (the Almighty)—deserves our dedication, our sacrifice, our persistence, and our steadfastness. Through this position, we are free, dignified, and honourable; it affirms our freedom. We have not submitted to American orders or Israeli dictates, nor have we surrendered to American or Israeli threats and aggression. We stand in a position of freedom, dignity, honour, and jihad, in the way of attaining the pleasure of Allah (Glory be to Him), in the path of goodness and honour, on the field of pride and dignity. Is this not something truly great? It contains all that is good in this world and the Hereafter.

Others take positions that serve the enemies: They expend their lives, money, and time, deploying both weapons and words in their service. They support the Israeli enemy with their speech, their wealth, and even their very selves, offering it everything. As for us, whatever we give, we give for Allah and in His path.

Before we call for tomorrow's million-strong demonstrations, there is an appeal from our brothers in the Al-Qassam Brigades, urging the sons of our Arab and Islamic Ummah to turn to Allah (the Almighty) in supplication, beseeching Him to relieve the distress and lift the calamity from our patient and steadfast brothers in wounded Gaza. This is to be done by turning to Allah (the Almighty) in two devout rak'ahs in mosques and public squares immediately after the Isha prayer tonight, Thursday night, the eve of Friday, followed by reciting the following supplication one hundred times: 'There is no god but Allah, the Great, the Forbearing; there is no god but Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne; there is no god but Allah, Lord of the heavens, Lord of the earth, and Lord of the Noble Throne.' After reciting this supplication, one should pray for the lifting of anguish and hardship and for victory for the Palestinian people and their dear mujahidin.

One of the points we emphasised in the previous speech is the importance of continuing in earnest prayer and supplication. It is essential to respond to this call wholeheartedly and broadly. Supplication must also remain a constant part of our priorities, praying for victory and seeking refuge in Allah (Glory be to Him). This is something the Holy Quran strongly emphasises.

I call upon our dear people of Yemen—the land of faith, freedom, honour, human dignity, and pride; Yemen of jihad, chivalry, nobility, values, and loyalty—to take part in million-strong demonstrations tomorrow, Friday (Allah willing), in the capital, Sana'a, and throughout the other governorates:

  • as jihad in the path of Allah,
  • in response to His commands,
  • in support of the oppressed Palestinian people, and
  • in loyalty to their dear mujahidin.

We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah! Have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. You are the All-Hearer of prayer. We also ask Him to hasten relief and victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and for their dear mujahidin.

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
