News - Yemen: Hizam Al-Asad, member of Ansarullah’s Political Bureau, affirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces are fully prepared to respond to any violations of agreements or understandings, emphasizing that faith and readiness are central to the military’s strength.

Speaking in an interview with Al-Masirah TV, Al-Asad highlighted the spiritual and moral qualities of Martyr General Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari, noting that his steadfastness, faith, and ethical conduct distinguished him and his fellow commanders on the battlefield. He said that the respect and admiration for leaders of Al-Ghamari’s caliber are natural, and that Yemen possesses thousands of officers carrying the same values, with their numbers set to grow as the struggle continues.

Al-Asad underscored the strategic importance of Yemen’s Armed Forces within the regional and Islamic arena, noting that the military continuously monitors enemy movements and maintains readiness to respond to any breach of commitments. He affirmed that support for the Palestinian cause has remained a top priority since the Armed Forces’ inception, reflecting the deep commitment of the Yemeni people and military to Arab and Islamic causes.

He warned of the consequences of any violation or deviation from the agreed path, emphasizing that readiness extends across both qualitative and quantitative levels, with plans in place covering personnel, equipment, and tactical preparations. Al-Asad added that the spiritual commitment of the military and the population strengthens determination, and that the sacrifices of martyrs only reinforce national resolve.

“Yemen’s Armed Forces are not idle,” he said. “They are preparing for future phases that may be fiercer and more decisive, capable of confronting the enemy with full force if necessary.” He concluded that the lessons learned from previous operations, including the Al-Aqsa Flood campaign, are being used to enhance readiness, tactics, and armaments, ensuring that the legacy of the martyrs continues to guide the nation toward steadfastness and victory.
