News - Yemen: In a ministerial meeting on Sunday, Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu admitted to the growing threat posed by Yemen, describing it as a “very serious danger” to the Zionist entity.

Netanyahu acknowledged the failure of his regime’s security assessments regarding Yemen’s missile and military capabilities, saying the so-called “limited nuisance” of occasional missile launches is, in reality, a major and escalating threat.

According to a televised report by Almasirah, Netanyahu acknowledged the failure of his security agencies to fully assess Yemen’s self-defense capabilities, arguing that occasional missile launches should not be underestimated. 

He confirmed that Yemen possesses advanced production capacities for ballistic missiles and other weapons, accusing it of developing plans to destroy the Zionist entity. Netanyahu vowed to “do whatever is necessary” to remove the threat, linking it to his broader regional confrontations in Gaza and Lebanon.

In Lebanon, he criticized the government of Nawaf Salam for failing to disarm Hezbollah, while continuing airstrikes against the group’s positions and warning against allowing Lebanon to become a front against Israel again.

Despite referring to the regional axis as “broken,” Netanyahu emphasized the need to build capabilities across multiple domains and praised donations from wealthy Jewish supporters for reconstruction projects, claiming they matched government contributions.

The remarks reflect Netanyahu’s continued effort to justify military aggression and deflect from deep internal crises by amplifying external threats, particularly amid ongoing failures across multiple fronts from Gaza to Lebanon and Yemen.

Yemen’s growing missile and self-defense capabilities, though limited in scale compared to the Israeli enemy, are viewed as a strategic deterrent by local actors, demonstrating the country’s ability to challenge foreign intervention and occupation efforts. The comments reflect Israel’s ongoing reliance on both military action and political rhetoric to maintain influence and project power across the region.
