Leader Warns of Next Stage of Aggression, Urges Mass Mobilization to Confront Israeli Enemy Plans

News – Yemen: Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, issued a firm warning on Saturday of an impending escalation by the Israeli enemy and its American and British partners, stressing that Yemen will not abandon the Palestinian or Lebanese people, nor allow any nation of the Ummah to fall prey to the Zionist entity.

In a statement marking the 58th anniversary of Evacuation Day, commemorating the departure of the last British soldier from Aden, Sayyed Abdulmalik called on the Yemeni people to fill Al-Sabeen Square on Sunday afternoon in a massive, dignified, and million-strong rally that reflects Yemen’s unwavering stance and full readiness for the coming stage.

The Leader extended warm congratulations to the Yemeni people on Independence Day, noting that British occupation lasted nearly 128 years, spanning wide regions of the country. He emphasized that Britain committed grave crimes throughout its colonial rule, relying heavily on local collaborators whose betrayal enabled and prolonged the occupation at minimal cost.

Sayyed Abdulmalik highlighted that Britain recruited thousands of local fighters to enforce its domination, describing the British era across Yemen and much of the Islamic world as one of the harshest periods in human history.

He underscored that Western powers, led by Britain, pursued brutal policies aimed at subjugating nations, exploiting their resources, and annihilating populations—causing the deaths of tens of millions through killing, starvation, and deliberate spread of disease.

He added that internal disputes and rivalries among Western powers eventually weakened Britain’s capacity to maintain direct control, prompting the construction of a post-colonial system designed to preserve Western influence in the Islamic world through client regimes and sectarian and cultural instruments that fragment societies from within.

Sayyed Abdulmalik stated that the Western system worked systematically to prevent Islam from functioning as a governing framework for its nation and to obstruct any meaningful form of Islamic unity. He said Western powers hindered any attempt at genuine development or self-sufficiency in the region.

He added that the West shaped educational, cultural, and media systems across the region to ensure populations remain subdued, dependent, and aligned with Western interests. Within this strategy, he noted, the United States and Britain sought to empower the Zionist project to occupy Palestine as a foundational step toward what they call “Greater Israel.”

He explained that the Israeli enemy was installed as the regional agent of the Western system, with the United States inheriting Britain’s colonial role as primary sponsor of domination over the peoples of the region.

The Leader said the ongoing aggression—carried out by the Israeli enemy with American and British partnership and broader Western support—is a direct continuation of centuries-old colonial policies aimed at controlling the region and subjugating its peoples.

He affirmed that the crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people over the past two years have exposed the true nature of the Western-Zionist project. He added that the entity’s atrocities in Lebanon, its repeated attacks in Syria, and its crimes against the Yemeni people have further laid bare the extent of the threat.

Sayyed Abdulmalik warned that the Israeli enemy continues its operations in Palestine and Lebanon in clear violation of ceasefire understandings, exploiting American backing as a protective shield to pursue total control over Gaza.

The Leader said the Israeli enemy—under American cover—is actively seeking to expel the Palestinian people from Al-Quds, the West Bank, and Gaza, and is simultaneously working to assert dominance over Lebanon and large parts of Syria, extending toward the outskirts of Damascus.

He stressed that these efforts fit within the stages of the Israeli enemy’s broader plan known as “Greater Israel.” He added that the Israeli enemy, alongside American, British, and allied regional proxies, is pushing to eliminate any obstacle to what they call “reshaping the Middle East”—a project that in practice aims to place every country of the region under full subjugation and open-ended exploitation by the Zionist entity.

He said this vision explains the intense hostility toward any free people or resistance movement that refuses to bow to Zionist domination.

Sayyed Abdulmalik warned that the enemies are preparing for a new round of confrontation targeting the free nations of the Ummah. He stressed the duty of all Yemenis to prepare at every level—military, security, and societal—while maintaining full vigilance against ongoing conspiracies.

He praised the Yemeni people and the official institutions and Armed Forces for their steadfast and principled support of the Palestinian cause, noting that Yemen’s stance has placed it at the forefront of global solidarity and resistance against American, British, and Israeli aggression.

He highlighted Yemen’s ongoing mobilization activities, including weekly public gatherings and large tribal rallies, as essential demonstrations of national awareness and responsibility.

The Leader reaffirmed that the Yemeni people remain firmly committed to their principled position, refusing to abandon their struggle or retreat from supporting oppressed nations. He said Yemenis fully understand the humiliation and enslavement that would accompany submission to Zionist criminals, both in this world and the next.

He concluded by emphasizing that the people of Yemen—people of faith and monotheism—will never accept subjugation or surrender to the tyrants of the Zionist entity, affirming that “it is impossible for the people of faith to bow to oppression or betray their covenant with Allah.”

The Leader’s statements come as Yemen marks the 58th anniversary of Independence Day, when the last British soldier left southern Yemen in 1967. The anniversary revives national memories of resisting foreign occupation—an experience Yemen now connects to ongoing US–British support for the Zionist enemy’s escalation in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria.
