In an interview with Almasirah TV, Mansour argued that the aggression coalition has failed to create a stable framework for its allied factions and is now moving toward empowering a single party—a move he claims guarantees further chaos and division, exposing the hollowness of the coalition's original justifications.
Mansour placed primary responsibility for the current escalation on the United Arab Emirates, accusing it of driving events toward explosion to divert attention from its crimes in Yemen, Sudan, and other regions where it operates. He specifically condemned the recent burning of the Yemeni Republic's flag, affirming it was a planned act for which Abu Dhabi bears responsibility, with Saudi Arabia acting as a silent accomplice.
The official linked these actions to a broader regional dynamic, stating, "The Arab Zionists wanted to prevent the raising of the Yemeni flag, but the whole world now sees this flag raised in international squares because of Yemen's solid stance towards Palestine."
Mansour asserted that Yemen has elevated the conflict to a direct confrontation with American, British, and Zionist forces, suggesting that any future escalation, even if conducted through proxy forces, would fundamentally be a US-Israeli-British action.
He predicted that popular anger in the occupied areas is accumulating and will reach a stage of comprehensive uprising against the occupation and its mercenaries. Mansour expressed confidence in the historical awareness of southern communities, referencing iconic southern Yemeni nationalist figures, implying they know where to stand.
Concluding his remarks, Mansour affirmed Sana'a's complete solidarity with the people of the occupied provinces and its readiness to defend them, stating that Yemenis today are more aware of who is targeting their homeland and more steadfast in the battle for sovereignty and independence against what he termed "Zio-American tyranny."
The power struggle in southern Yemen between Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, has become increasingly overt. The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Saudi-aligned forces vie for control, particularly in resource-rich areas.
Under this control, the southern and eastern provinces have become a testing ground for the Emirati occupation to implement strategies of domination and partition. Meanwhile, residents face ongoing political and security chaos, economic pressures, blockades imposed on ports and vital facilities, restrictions on movement, and near-complete control over airspace and airports. According to reports, these conditions render any effort to preserve national unity extremely difficult, especially as regional interventions and foreign-funded militias continue to proliferate.
