In his speech on Thursday, Sayyed Abdulmalik declared: "Tomorrow, our people will take to the streets, God willing, to declare their full support for the Palestinian people in all fields, including military action."
He added: "Our people will come out to send a warning message to the Americans and Israelis against any new escalation or aggression on Gaza."
He further emphasized that Yemenis will not stand idly by if the U.S. and Israel proceed with their plans to displace Palestinians or violate sacred sites, warning: "Our people are fully aware of their responsibility, as demonstrated over the past 15 months. Their stance has been honorable and their position unwavering, rising to the level of duty." He then instructed Yemen’s Armed Forces to be on high alert, ready to take military action if Trump carries out his threats.
"From Al-Sabeen Square, amidst millions, we pledge to you, Sayyed Abdulmalik, that we in the Armed Forces are fully prepared to carry out your orders to strike the American and Israeli enemies," he declared.
He added: "We will execute painful military strikes against the enemies in support of our brothers in Gaza and to confront forced displacement."
It carried a direct warning to the U.S. and Israeli leadership against executing Trump’s proposed displacement plan, stating: "The criminal tyrant Trump will bear the consequences of his actions if he proceeds with his threats."
The statement reiterated Yemen’s firm commitment to Palestine, echoing Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi’s words: "We have made a promise to the Palestinian people, and we will stand by them no matter the challenges or sacrifices required."
"Your arrogant statements have only strengthened our certainty about America’s criminal nature and reinforced our commitment to the path of jihad for the sake of God. Alongside the free people of our nation, we will be the fire that burns your conspiracies to ashes, just as we have done before—despite your genocidal crimes against the Arab and Islamic world."
Addressing Arab countries, especially those bordering Palestine, the statement warned: "The U.S.-Israeli displacement plan is part of the so-called ‘Greater Israel’ project and poses a direct threat to you before anyone else. Today, it faces widespread global rejection. If you refuse it, you will have shielded yourselves from disaster. But if you partake in this crime, you will find yourselves facing your own people’s wrath—and neither America nor Israel will save you. You will be the greatest losers in both this world and the hereafter."
Participants in the march emphasized that their demonstration was not only a response to Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi’s call but also a religious and moral obligation to support the oppressed people of Palestine.
For 15 months, Yemen has maintained an unyielding stance against the U.S.-Israeli war on Gaza, holding mass rallies every week since the launch of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7, 2023. The movement continued uninterrupted for 66 weeks, with massive protests in Sanaa and across various provinces. These demonstrations were momentarily paused following the January 19, 2025 ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
However, following the recent U.S.-Israeli threats, Yemenis once again took to the streets in full force. In under 24 hours after Sayyed Abdulmalik’s latest call to action, millions mobilized, restoring the intensity of previous demonstrations.
The massive protests took place in over 800 locations across 14 provinces, including Sanaa, Hodeidah, Saada, Hajjah, Amran, Al-Mahwit, Taiz, Dhamar, Al-Bayda, Marib, Raymah, Lahj, and Al-Dhalea—all of which remain free from Saudi-UAE occupation.
Despite a three-week pause in Friday protests, Yemenis continued organizing public events, military training sessions, and mobilization activities throughout the week, preparing for any potential U.S.-Israeli escalation against Yemen or Palestine.
This latest mass mobilization sends a clear message to the world: Yemen remains steadfast in its unwavering support for Gaza and the Palestinian resistance, ready to confront any aggression, no matter the cost.
