Speech by Sayyid Abdulmalik Al-Houthi on the Latest Developments, in English (10 April 2025 A.D.)

I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Our speech addresses the latest developments regarding the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, particularly following the resumption of its full-scale assault on the Gaza Strip in violation of the ceasefire agreement. This has been accompanied by its non-stop crimes in the West Bank and Al Quds and its relentless efforts to target the Palestinian people, all aimed at achieving its hostile objectives of displacing them and eliminating the Palestinian cause.

By the grace of Allah (the Almighty), we have been determined to take action on the Yemeni support front since the Israeli enemy began violating the ceasefire agreement regarding the Gaza Strip. This violation involved an unjust act that not only breached the terms of the agreement but also constituted a flagrant act of aggression, disregarding all internationally recognised rights of nations, as it prevented the entry of food and medicine into the Gaza Strip. This criminal, aggressive, and unjust act has continued to this day. In the middle of Ramadan or shortly thereafter, it once again resumed its full-scale assault, committing acts of genocide and mass killings against the Palestinian people in Gaza, targeting the young and the old, men and women, with the utmost savagery and brutality. The Israeli enemy continues these actions to this day.

The Israeli enemy has proceeded to violate the agreement, encouraged by the Americans through their open support and full endorsement of its actions, even though the Americans are supposed to act as guarantors of Israel's adherence to the terms of the agreement. The Israeli enemy has not fulfilled its obligations under the first phase of the agreement, nor has it begun implementing the second phase or continued the associated negotiations through the recognised mediators, the Qataris and Egyptians. Instead, it has aggressively launched a full-scale assault, committing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. The tragedy and the injustice suffered by the Palestinian people in general are immense, but in Gaza, they are even greater.

The greater the tragedy in Gaza, the greater the responsibility for everyone!

After fifteen months of Israeli genocidal aggression, total destruction of the Gaza Strip, and targeting every aspect of life in the Strip, the Palestinian people—once the agreement had been initiated and partially implemented—began to experience a very modest degree of calm and relative stability. The situation was already dire—everything was destroyed, and thousands of Palestinians were still trapped beneath the rubble. Yet, it remains dire. With no shelter available, the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip resorted to living among the ruins of their destroyed homes and the rubble of their already-targeted houses, which had been completely demolished. Only a few of them managed to obtain tents to make use of, while others remain exposed, with no protection at all, enduring extreme hardship. Yet, the Israeli enemy returns once again to inflict a compounded tragedy upon an already existing one—adding a new, immense catastrophe to what is already a tragedy.

This extremely horrific injustice and overwhelming suffering encompassed prolonged starvation, the denial of medicine (with immense suffering concerning healthcare), and killings from relentless air strikes. Just yesterday, an air strike launched on a single house in the Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood killed thirty-five people and injured around fifty others, according to medical sources. The Palestinian people in Gaza also continue to be targeted until today in their makeshift tents with air strikes, continuous artillery shelling, and gunfire from military vehicles. There is immense suffering, with people being killed from the air, land, and sea, coupled with extreme starvation. This is not to mention the immense suffering related to shelter and the severe hardships concerning drinking water.

The details and the scenes of the tragedy and immense suffering of the Palestinian people are covered in the media, and anyone observing this tragedy can witness the heartbreaking images and scenes that go beyond any description or expression. The recorded videos, which people watch, reveal the scale of this injustice, as well as the massive scale of crimes committed by the Zionist Americans and Israelis.

Therefore, the responsibility on everyone grows in the face of the intransigence of the Israeli enemy, which has clearly shown that it does not care about the issue of the prisoners. Indeed, it has become clear, even to many Israelis, that the criminal, Netanyahu, and his criminal gang—who are among the most brutal groups globally—do not care about the issue of the prisoners. This is because the agreement could have achieved this goal without resorting to genocide against the Palestinian people, the killing of Palestinian women and children, and the complete destruction of the Gaza Strip. The agreement included something logical, which represents the bare minimum of the Palestinian people's rights: a prisoner exchange and an end to the aggression and the starvation of Gaza, paving the way for its reconstruction.

Nevertheless, the Israeli enemy does not want that. What it proposes is an aggressive stance that clearly expresses tyranny, criminality, brutality, and obstinacy. It threatens escalation if the prisoners are not handed over without a swap deal, without a cessation of aggression, and without an end to the starvation. This means that it seeks to extract the prisoners, who serve as a pressure point for it and for its internal situation, while simultaneously wanting to continue its aggression, maintain the starvation, and persist in killing without interruption.

So, what is the benefit of releasing them if the aggression, starvation, siege, and abductions against the Palestinian people persist after their release? They continue to endure the most horrific forms of torture in its prisons, where their dignity and honour are violated, and deaths occur on a continual basis.

Indeed, the issue of the prisoners is a fundamental one for the Palestinian people—an issue that cannot be relinquished. This is due to the fact that the prisoners and abductees are in large numbers (in the thousands), and they endure severe suffering in Israeli prisons as a result of torture, which has repeatedly led to martyrdom. Every so often, a martyr is announced, then another follows. The extremely horrific cases of torture that come to light are matters that cannot be overlooked or ignored.

Thanks to American endorsement, the Israeli enemy is striving to achieve its dangerous goal of displacement!

The Israeli enemy is trying to wrest this pressure card from Hamas, while at the same time insisting on continuing its aggression and killings. It seeks to achieve its goal that is very dangerous: the displacement of the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip. If it succeeded in this, it would then move on to the full-scale displacement from the West Bank, where it continues to carry out all kinds of assaults:

  • daily killings;
  • storming into homes and houses;
  • abduction of Palestinian people;
  •  bulldozing and demolition; and
  • displacement.

Its displacement operations clearly appear to be planned, aiming for an incremental displacement manifested in what it is doing in Jenin Camp and in Tulkarm. It has now moved to Balata Camp, employing the same criminal approach, aiming for widespread destruction and the forced displacement of thousands of Palestinians—repeating exactly what was done in Jenin and Tulkarm. Furthermore, it has recently taken actions to close UNRWA schools in Al-Quds, depriving the Palestinian people there of education.

This step is in line with its hostile policy that has been clearly, throughout every previous phase up to the present day, providing daily evidence about its reality:

  • It does not want peace or seek a political settlement;
  • it refuses to accept any fair or just solutions;
  • its orientation is fundamentally aggressive; and
  • it persistently aims to eliminate the Palestinian cause in its entirety—it has attempted to completely eliminate any discussion of the right of return for the Palestinian people living abroad, in the diaspora, and it is now working towards the forced displacement of those who remain in Palestine, with its strategies being quite clear.

The Americans began to openly adopt the endeavour of displacing the Palestinian people—something Trump himself has repeated even this week. Trump keeps speaking about the expulsion of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip and repeats a ridiculous claim in this context: He says that he wants to remove them from Gaza and turn it into what he calls 'the land of freedom'. What kind of freedom comes through the displacement of its people, the occupation of its land, and the imposition of foreign control?! This is not liberation at all—it is an unjust, criminal usurpation and open thuggery.

The significant role of the mujahidin in confronting the Israeli enemy, and the Ummah’s duty to support them!

It is clear that this unjust, brutal, and criminal approach—which enjoys American endorsement, partnership, and open support—must be confronted and opposed. What our fellow mujahidin in Palestine are doing in the Gaza Strip and in the West Bank as well—engaging in jihad in the way of Allah, resisting the enemy, and carrying out heroic operations—is the right and necessary position in the face of Israeli tyranny, aggression, and criminality, as well as in the face of the Israeli enemy's objectives. In fact, it is evident that it aims to eliminate the Palestinian cause completely.

Indeed, our fellow mujahidin play a significant role in confronting the Israeli enemy. Were it not for their jihad, steadfastness, and the care and assistance that Allah has granted them, the Israeli enemy would undoubtedly have achieved these objectives. It would have displaced the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip and then from the West Bank. It would have moved to its next steps, including those targeting the Al -Aqsa Mosque, which is one of the most important Islamic sanctities. This is one of the objectives of the Israeli enemy seeks to achieve as they are considered main objectives. These are main objectives in its plans, beliefs, culture, strategy, and every endeavour. It clearly pursues them in its media and propaganda efforts and its policies.

Thus, what our fellow mujahidin—for whom we pray for divine assistance, victory, and support—are doing in the Gaza Strip through heroic jihadist operations and what they have accomplished at every stage, including the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, constitutes a necessary course, a responsibility, and the only option available to safeguard this right and give effectiveness to other options. When there is steadfastness, jihad, and unwavering resolve, it becomes possible to pressure the Israeli enemy, foil its conspiracies, and achieve tangible benefits for the Palestinian cause. All this must be undertaken within the framework of firm adherence to the fundamentals and a practical, jihadist position that continuously pressures the Israeli enemy.

Therefore, it is the duty of the entire Ummah to support the Palestinian people and back their mujahidin, who carry out their jihadist tasks with an extraordinary, unparalleled steadfastness. Even this week, despite all that destruction and killing committed by the Israeli enemy, despite their many martyrs and significant sacrifices, they continue to execute missile strikes and stand heroically on the ground against the Israeli enemy's ground incursion attempts.

This great steadfastness and these operations demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the jihadist choice and make it clear that it truly deserves support, assistance, and endorsement. All this shows that it is the right and effective choice that, with the care and support of Allah (Glory be to Him), can indeed bring about real results. Any other options are, by contrast, doomed to fail. The option of political settlement is a failed and hollow route. The option of surrender offers nothing; it cannot ward off harm, danger, or oppression, nor can it provide anything meaningful to the Ummah: neither to the Palestinian people, nor to the neighbouring countries, nor the wider Muslim world. The right choice is the path of striving in the way of Allah, the Almighty.

The ongoing aggression against Lebanon and the ridiculous American characterisation of Hezbollah!

The Israeli enemy—alongside its American partner, who shares in the criminality and in reneging on the agreements for which it is supposed to serve as a guarantor—continues its aggression against Lebanon. It blatantly disregards the clear terms and obligations of the agreement. It continues launching its air strikes, assaults, killings, and destruction, as well as the occupation of positions within Lebanese territory. The American position has become more evasive than ever regarding its obligations as a guarantor, which also binds the Israeli enemy as a party to the agreement. These are clear obligations, yet the Israeli enemy is escalating its aggression and reneging on the agreement:

  • It carries out air strikes even in the southern suburb of Beirut.
  • It conducts strikes in various locations.
  • It assassinates our fellow mujahidin from Hamas or Hezbollah, killing them solely based on their affiliation. This is not about responding to violations, security concerns, or specific threats. It targets individuals just for being members of Hezbollah or Hamas. It even targets civilians in southern Lebanon. It targets individuals simply because they are affiliated with Hamas—completely unrelated to any engagement or clashes on the ground or to issues tied to the situation on the ground. This indicates that he is moving towards a greater escalation.
  • It continuously violates Lebanese airspace without pause or restraint.

The Americans claim that Hezbollah is a cancer that must be eradicated. However, who is the real cancer that must be eradicated? It is the Israeli enemy, alongside the Americans, which stands as a source of evil to this region and all its peoples and even poses a threat to global peace and security!

The Americans present the Israeli enemy as an ideal model, despite all its brutality, aggression, and criminality; its killing of thousands of women and children (thousands, indeed); its perpetration of genocide, and its targeting of the peoples of this region with killing, occupying land, and violating honour. As for those who are in the right and move with right on their side—those who base their position on truth and who are defending themselves, their land, and their honour, as they are the people of a clear, indisputable right and of a rightful position who adhere to moral, human, and religious values—the Americans label them with terms that in truth describe the Israeli enemy. It is the Israeli enemy which is the real cancer that must be eradicated. It is a cancerous tumor, as Imam Khomeini (May Allah have mercy on him) once called it, and must be eradicated. Otherwise, its evil will spread, and it will grow, bringing harm to the rest of the body, to which it does not even belong. Who is the outsider in this region that came to occupy, desecrate sanctities, kill, destroy, and threaten the security and stability of the entire region? It is the Israeli enemy. And the Americans are acting as its sponsors who back all its crimes, openly support it, and provide it with protection to freely commit such crimes and to violate the sovereignty of the countries of this region.

Therefore, the Americans are in no position to label others with such negative descriptions because, in truth, their conduct and aggression—along with that of the Israeli enemy—fit every definition of evil, criminality, tyranny, aggression, oppression, and falsehood perfectly and without exception. Indeed, they are in no position to pass judgement on others.

Ongoing Israeli violations against Syria are part of the Zionist project to establish 'Greater Israel'!

Likewise, through their ongoing crimes in Syria— the killings, the air strikes, the destruction of the Syrian people's capabilities, the occupation and encroachment on their land—the Israelis, too, demonstrate to our entire Ummah and every people in this region that they are aggressive. They act solely according to their ambitions and their Zionist agenda, with no regard for any considerations whatsoever. They do not appreciate it when the other side adopts a non-hostile approach, assuring them that there's no enmity, no desire for trouble, and that peace is sought, and relations can be normalised. No matter how much amicability is offered or how many concessions are made, everything is futile with the Israeli enemy, for, as we have stated, it fundamentally operates in pursuit of its ambitions, its Zionist plan, and the objectives on which its actions are based. From the very beginning, since the first day it started occupying Palestine, it has had a declared, explicit, and clear plan: the Zionist plan.

During the Israeli aggression on Egypt in AD 56, the Israeli enemy's criminal Prime Minister at the time claimed in the Knesset that the real motive behind that aggression was to return to the borders of the Torah—in fact, the Israelis fabricate lies against the Torah. He made it clear that he intended to achieve this—in other words, their Zionist plan for a 'Greater Israel'. He expressed that, and everyone stood to applaud him and felt satisfied with that.

The Israeli enemy operates strictly according to its Zionist plan. Therefore, despite the factual situation in Syria—where there is in reality no animosity towards the Israeli enemy and where a positive, non-problematic relationship is sought, ensuring mutual understanding—the Israeli enemy does not pay any attention to that. It is never willing to reciprocate in a positive manner by [for example] returning the Golan Heights. Instead, it has occupied even more territory and classified, as we explained in previous speeches, vast areas of Syria under false labels. However, these labels, such as buffer zone or security area, grant it no legitimacy—neither under divine law nor by any legal entitlement or any other considerations—to control others' lands. All such classifications are merely a way for it to control the lands, rights, and territories of others with utter falsehood, complete impudence, and severe aggression.

Additionally, the Israeli enemy is trying to pressure the Turks regarding the extent of their influence and military presence in Syria. Even in this matter, the Israeli enemy is putting pressure on Turkey because it wants to have the greatest share. Actually, it intends to use Syria to reach its goal of gaining access to the Euphrates. Moreover, it is violating Syrian entire airspace, and through its complete violation and blatant encroachment of Syrian airspace, it has even extended this violation to Iraq's sovereignty, with Israeli aircraft intruding into Iraqi airspace. What are the Americans doing at the same time? They are preventing the Iraqi army from activating its air-defence systems to target Israeli military aircraft when violating Iraqi airspace. In other words, they are imposing the equation of violation.

Thus, the Americans want to impose on all the peoples of the region a single equation: the equation of violation—that is, to make all these countries and peoples (their blood, honour, money, wealth, and sovereignty) a permissible target for the Israeli enemy, completely submissive to it. In fact, both the Israeli enemy and the Americans want this outcome: They want to impose this equation.

It is, actually, a tremendous provocation to prevent the Iraqi army from activating its air-defence systems when the Israeli enemy violates Iraqi airspace with its aircraft. Little by little, the Israeli enemy will repeat these incursions and escalate its activities. This is the Israeli policy that uses a taming method with Arabs because they accept to be tamed; the Israeli enemy has tried this method with them and found it successful. Little by little, what is unacceptable and should have been immediately condemned and prevented completely becomes acceptable at a certain level, then at a larger and more dangerous level, until it eventually reaches highly dangerous levels—until one day Iraqi airspace becomes entirely open to violations without any hesitation and to the extent the Israeli enemy desires.

The Israeli enemy is committing such actions in Syria, and this contains a highly significant lesson: Despite the fact that the Syrian side (represented by the groups that control Syria) is mediating with the Turks and the Americans (and even pleading with the Americans), even with the Saudis and every mother's son, to reach some understanding with the Israeli enemy to halt its actions, thereby preventing further territorial occupation and additional air strikes, it has not halted these actions. In fact, it is operating at that same level and does not show any regard for anyone.

The problem with Arabs: Their failure to draw lessons from the Quran and events in shaping their perspective on the Israeli enemy!

The problem with Arabs is that they have not sought to understand the Israeli enemy, its thoughts, and its plans, as well as what it wants. However, they view events as isolated occurrences, disregarding the context in which they occurred, and they fail to recognise who this enemy truly is:

  • neither through the Holy Quran (despite the fact that Allah has exposed it, with extensive discussion about the Jews, their enmity toward this Ummah, their schemes, their intentions against this Ummah, and the dangers and consequences of neglecting the religious and faith-based responsibility to confront their evil, crimes, corruption, injustice, and tyranny),
  • nor through the events themselves,
  • nor through an analysis of the enemy's reality—what its plans are, what its culture is like, what its educational methods are, and what it instills in its generations. They fail to consider any of this whatsoever.

They ignore everything and approach events with a limited view. Then, in their statements—which are the only official action that is taken by most Arab regimes—they consistently affirm their commitment, as they claim, to the path of peace and settlement and the Arab Peace Initiative, which was rejected from the very beginning despite all the concessions it offered. The Israeli enemy never accepted it in the first place.

The Israeli enemy commits violations against this Ummah and other peoples, giving itself the right to assault them. At the same time, it harbours intense enmity towards this Ummah. So it gives itself the right to target this Ummah with the extermination and killing of everyone in it, including children, the elderly and the young, women and men, while it harbours deep malice and severe enmity towards this Ummah. Allah has clarified the level of their malice when He said, {'You will surely find the most bitter towards the believers to be the Jews and those who associate others with Allah'}[Al-Ma'idah 5:82]. He also said about them, {'but when they are alone, they bite their fingertips in rage at you'}[Ali 'Imran 3:119]. What kind of enemies or adversaries are those who bite their fingers in rage at you during their private moments and secret gatherings, as they conspire against you?! They reached this level of extreme malice, along with their display of naked aggression.

{'There is no blame upon us concerning the Gentiles'}[Ali 'Imran 3:75]. Therefore, they look at this Ummah with contempt and do not consider its men, its women, its leaders, its governments, and its intellectuals to be real humans, but merely human-like creatures. In fact, they classify and categorise them as animals, and they do not even respect them as they do with other animals.

They have texts, which they have altered from the books that they refer to as 'the Old Testament', and they also have the Talmud, which is filled with incitement based on contempt for others, a disregard for the humanity of others, and a complete lack of acknowledgment of others' humanity. These texts are even filled with incitement even to those who are loyal to them. Allah says, {'Here you are! You love them but they do not love you'}[Ali 'Imran 3:119]. In their view of their supporters, what do they say? They hold this view that implies that these individuals are not human, but rather animals to be exploited.

In the Talmud itself, there is a phrase stating that the Gentiles are donkeys created by Allah for the Jews to ride, and whenever a donkey of them dies, they can ride another donkey. This is one of their texts, and they possess numerous texts that are filled with contempt and disdain, as well as others that call to explicit violations. To whom does this apply? It applies to those who align themselves with them. In fact, they consider them as merely donkeys to ride and exploit till they die. Moreover, they exploit them in the worst ways, and they may kill them at any time if they believe that killing them serves their interests. Then, they look for another donkey—they hold this view of contempt even towards those who follow them.

The importance of reminding the Ummah and the world of their immense responsibility towards this horrific tragedy!

In the face of this tyranny, criminality, obstinacy, brutality, and the horrific tragic scenes that unfold daily in Palestine—in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and across all of Palestine, especially in Gaza where the tragedy is immense and where a horrific catastrophe, a genocide, extreme starvation, and unparalleled suffering are taking place—there is a responsibility on everyone to act seriously and effectively. This responsibility must truly be reminded of—daily, continuously, and intensively.

The entire world has a humanitarian responsibility to fulfil in this regard. Some protests have started to take place in certain countries, but these demonstrations need to grow stronger and more widespread. Media efforts must be stepped up, along with other forms of activism, including at the level of universities. Even though governments in the West are trying to suppress grassroots movements and student activism, large-scale action remains essential.

In this context, we hope that Yemeni immigrant communities, along with other Arab and Muslim communities—all Arabs and Muslims living in Western countries—will take the initiative and rally everyone whose conscience is still alive to stand with them. This is a humanitarian issue, so the humanitarian voice must be heard across the globe in support of the Palestinian people—at a scale that matches the magnitude of the tragedy, the suffering, and the grave injustice they are facing.

There is a great responsibility on the shoulders of all Muslims—first and foremost the Arabs—to act seriously and with genuine concern. Neglecting this responsibility carries serious consequences for them. It only serves to embolden the enemy, who comes to see them as a defeated, lifeless ummah—one that is submissive and has lost all sense of its moral and humanitarian values. At the same time, it appears they no longer care about their national security or their true interests. They take nothing seriously, showing no concern—neither for their faith nor for their worldly affairs, neither for this life nor the Hereafter. The enemy sees in them a nation that has abandoned everything.

That is why it is important to keep reminding people of this responsibility, and everyone who still holds on to his faith, religion, humanity, morality, values, or identity should take part in this effort. Everyone should speak out and help awaken others to their duty, especially in light of the daily Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people and the ever-deepening tragedy—a tragedy that has reached an utterly horrific level. Such a catastrophe must never be met with apathy, indifference, or fatigue. There must be ongoing mobilisation at every level. When it comes to collective action, the response must be wide-reaching:

  • Mobilisation should cover the Media front, which many people across the Ummah can contribute to. Even within the media itself, there is ample room for action in support of this just cause.
  • Efforts should be made at the cultural and intellectual level and the level of religious discourse and mosques and on all fronts.
  • Efforts should also be made to initiate widespread boycotts, especially in nations where there is a high consumption of American goods, products, and Israeli goods—there must be a large-scale boycott effort at all levels.
  • It is also important to show support through popular demonstrations in all countries where that is possible.

The Yemeni support front remains active, and the American escalation is a testament to its effectiveness and impact!

As for our country, the Yemeni support front has been active, as we have mentioned, from the very beginning, and by Allah's grace and support, we have not wavered in this course of action, which is a religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibility:

  • Our dear people participated in massive, million-strong demonstrations during the blessed month of Ramadan on the anniversary of the Great Battle of Badr and the International Quds Day.
  • Educational and mobilisation activities are still ongoing, and Allah willing, from now on, in the period following Ramadan, all activities will increase even more to reach an exceptionally high level.
  • As for the military support, operations are ongoing, including those operations targeting the Israeli enemy in occupied Palestine with missile strikes and drone attacks and those aimed at blocking Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea.

The military pathways are strong and effective, and thanks to Allah, there has been complete success in halting Israeli maritime activity. In other words, the Israeli enemy has entirely ceased its movement and has grown desperate because of its inability to navigate through the Red Sea. The port of Eilat remains deserted, and Israel can no longer derive any benefit from it—this is a tremendous victory.

Due to the effectiveness of the Yemeni position and its comprehensive nature—militarily, popularly, officially, and at all levels —the American enemy is attempting to apply pressure in every way it can to undermine this position. That is why it has launched a new wave of aggression and escalation against our country, attempting to intensify its attacks and exert greater pressure by targeting civilian infrastructure.

Despite all that the Americans have carried out during this period, since resuming their aggression, which forms part of the same war waged by the Israeli enemy—in fact, the Americans and Israelis are engaged in the same battle against the Palestinian people, Lebanon, Syria, our country, and our Ummah as a whole. The Americans are involved in the same battle as partners with the Israeli enemy, providing it with protection and support. They have attempted to shield it from the military operations originating from Yemen, which have proven to be highly effective. The American aggression and escalation serve as clear evidence of the strength and impact of the Yemeni position on the Israeli enemy. That is because the impact of our position has manifested across several critical dimensions:

  • at the economic level,
  • at the security level,
  • at the military level, and
  • at the strategic level.

This situation deeply troubles our enemies. Despite their escalation, the Americans have failed to secure Israeli maritime shipping once again. They have completely failed in doing so; they have not succeeded, and Allah willing, they will not succeed in weakening our military capabilities. On the contrary, we reassure our dear people and all free people in our Ummah and around the world that the American escalation will certainly and definitely contribute to further development of our capabilities, with this process following an upward trajectory. The events and the operations lasting over 15 months during the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' operation stand as proof of this progression. Thus, the Yemeni support front in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad remains an active front; it has always been so and will continue to be active and influential, following an upward trajectory, Allah willing.

The Americans have failed to secure Israeli maritime navigation or to resume operations at the port of Umm Al-Rashrash or the port of Eilat in the way the Israeli enemy had hoped, as was the case prior to the Al-Aqsa Flood operation. Nor have they managed to halt the missile and drone strikes targeting the Israeli enemy in occupied Palestine, and by the will of Allah, they will not succeed in doing so. At the same time, they will not weaken our military capabilities; on the contrary, their actions will only contribute to further development of our military capabilities. The Americans will not undermine the military position of this country because it is a strong one, based on strong foundations of faith and very deep roots, with widespread popular support. Thanks to Allah, there is an overwhelming popular consensus behind this position, which truly reflects the will of our Yemeni people. This position is neither imposed nor forced upon them. Rather, our dear people themselves aspire to take even more effective action against the Israeli enemy and even the American enemy. They are a people driven by their faith-based identity and belonging.

At the same time, the American aggression and escalation will never shake the will of this people, their high faith-driven morale, or their conscious Quranic jihadist orientation, which is firm and unwavering despite aggression and escalation.

The American escalation reveals its malice and failure, and our people will not be swayed by fearmongering or intimidation!

The American escalation reveals both the malice and failure of the American enemy. In fact, it has turned to targeting civilian targets, such as water tanks! What does it mean to target drinking water tanks?! It did so in Al Salif, Al-Hudaydah; in Sa`dah; and in other areas, even in Kamaran Island, where it targeted desalination water tanks and equipment such as electric generators used for water desalination. These have been some of the targets the Americans attacked, but what does this signify? They have also targeted health facilities and other service institutions. They even target children and women by attacking homes in residential areas, as seen recently in Al-Hudaydah, in Sana'a, and in several other governorates. What does this indicate? It shows their failure. They have failed to weaken military capabilities, as acknowledged by officials in the American Department of Defence and elsewhere. They admit their failure to weaken our military capabilities, to prevent our military operations, and to secure maritime navigation for the Israeli enemy. The reality, along with these admissions, testifies to this failure; the actual situation and the operations themselves indicate their failure.

In their escalation, they use bombers coming from a base in the Indian Ocean, intensifying this escalation, yet despite all this, they remain failures and will continue to be failures. This is because they are in a position of tyranny, oppression, injustice, and criminality. They attempt to impose a status of impunity for themselves on this Ummah, but they will not succeed with our proud people. Why? That is because our people have a drive of faith, which keeps their morale very high and their steadfastness in this position unshaken.

The Americans can destroy a house with bombers and commit a crime by killing the children and women inside, but they will never be able to break the spirit of our proud people, as it is derived from their faith in Allah, from their certainty, trust, and reliance on Allah, the Almighty. It is drawn from the tranquillity that Allah grants to His believing servants: {'It is He who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers'}[Al-Fath 48:4].

Our dear people will not be affected by intimidation or fearmongering, no matter how hard the media outlets—blown up by Satan, the Americans, and the Israelis—try to spread fear. Our people, grounded in their faith, possess a high level of awareness, insight, certainty, and trust in Allah (the Almighty), Who says, {'Those to whom people said, “Your enemies have mobilised their forces against you, so fear them,” but it only made them grow stronger in faith and they replied, “Allah [alone] is sufficient [as an aid] for us and [He] is the best disposer of affairs"'}[Ali 'Imran 3:173]. The result is clear: {'But it only made them grow stronger in faith.'} This has truly strengthened their faith in every sense of the word because the enemy has clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of our people's position, as well as its significance and impact. The enemy cannot bear it and is trying to stop it because it is a strong and effective front. The enemy seeks to eliminate it, yet it fails. Our dear people are growing more certain of the importance of this position, knowing it is the right position in the face of this falsehood in all its forms.

Considering the aggression, tyranny, criminality, and brutality of the Israeli and American enemies and the goals they pursue—such goals that involve occupation, the confiscation of rights, the destruction of our peoples, the occupation of their homelands, the plundering of their resources, the obliteration of their religious identity, the seizure of their holy sites, and the destruction of their sanctities—they are in a position of tyranny, oppression, and falsehood, one of evil, corruption, and crime! They stick to this as a doctrine, plan, methodology, policy, ideology, and culture, and they translate it into action. They represent the epitome of falsehood, while our people have right on their side. Our people are proud and honoured to follow a position that is right by all standards—whether in terms of humanity, religion, morals, values, or even laws, treaties, and customs. Their position clearly aligns with what is right. That is why they take pride in standing in this position against that falsehood, evil, tyranny, criminality, and disbelief. They take pride in standing against that devilish front, which embodies all the malice of the Devil and his efforts against humanity, including misleading, corruption, crime, oppression, and aggression.

Our dear people stand firm in their position of faith and remain faithful to their faith-based identity. They stand in this battlefield unaffected by what the enemies possess or what they offer. They follow in the footsteps of their noble ancestors, adhering to the great path of Islam, those distinguished models of faith in Muslim history, such as those described by Allah: {'When the believers saw the enemy alliance, they said, “This is what Allah and His Messenger had promised us. The promise of Allah and His Messenger has come true.” And this only increased them in faith and submission'}[Al-Ahzab 33:22]. Therefore, this position will never be affected by fearmongering or the enemy's display of its capabilities and alliances, for it is rooted in reliance on Allah and trust in Him, the Almighty. This faith-driven will, awareness, and high morale will not be broken, no matter the sacrifices in the way of Allah, for sacrifice is part of jihad. When we strive in the way of Allah, we lose martyrs, as has been the case throughout the history of the prophets. In the early days of Islam, there were always those who were martyred, as has always been the case in the journey of truth and jihad for Allah's sake, but {'And they did not waver regardless of that which afflicted them in the way of Allah, nor did they weaken, nor did they give in. And Allah loves the patient ones'}[Ali 'Imran 3:146].

A key feature of the Yemeni people’s faith-based position!

What distinguishes any faith-based position is the great, steel-like resolve, steadfastness, and patience it yields in the face of the fiercest challenges, the toughest confrontations, and the greatest dilemmas. It is not a fragile position that wavers in the face of any storm, challenge, or enemy. It is a steadfast position because it is founded on truth, awareness, insight, and faith in Allah, the Almighty. It also relies on insight regarding its necessity. What are the alternatives? What are the other alternatives to this jihadist, Quranic, faith-driven approach that is a cause for divine care and follows the path that Allah has promised to support those who move within it? The other alternatives are nothing but surrender and submission or allegiance. Such alternatives support the claim made by the Jews, who say that others were created as donkeys in human form to ride them; whenever one donkey dies, they ride another.

These alternatives are never acceptable to our proud people; they cannot be tolerated by the free individuals of this nation who have embarked with a drive of faith: {'And to Allah belongs [all] honour, and to His Messenger, and to the believers'}[Al-Munafiqun 63:8].

If there are some rulers, proxies, and groups of the Ummah that might accept such alternatives—to be treated as donkeys by the Jews—we, in Yemen, in the land of faith, which the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) described by saying, 'The belief is that of the Yemenites, and sagacity is that of the Yemenites.' have chosen to be lions in the face of those enemies, lions and not donkeys like others who accept being treated as donkeys. We choose to stand as mujahidin for the sake of Allah, receiving His support within the framework of His truthful promise that never fails: {'If you support Allah, He will grant you victory and strengthen your foothold'}[Muhammad 47:7]. We choose to move with pride and honour.

When we make sacrifices while remaining steadfast in this position that Allah has chosen for us and that is a position of dignity and honour that we are proud of, then these sacrifices are well-placed and fruitful. They are not like the sacrifices of those who accept being the object of aggression: to be struck without striking back, to be killed without retaliating, to be destroyed without responding. What is happening in Syria, for example, reflects an acceptance of this equation of violation, allowing the Israeli enemy to kill them without any reaction and destroy whatever it wants without any response. Here, the choice made is different; it is a Quranic choice that is driven by faith and aligned with humanity—a choice of honour and faith, a choice of manhood and steadfastness.

We rely on the insight of the Quran, which is evidenced by reality. We believe in the guidance of Allah (the Almighty) and His promise. We have faith in His promise of granting us victory when we act in accordance with His guidance and commands. He does not command us to remain silent or to surrender; He commands us to strive, to fight in His way, and to act for His cause. Thus, we move according to His guidance, confident that what He has guided us towards is the right choice, the right decision, and the right direction. At the same time, we believe in His promise. He has promised that when we act based on His guidance, He will grant us victory, {'For it is Our duty to grant victory to the believers'}[Ar-Rum 30:47]. He has guaranteed victory when we move in response to Him.

The promises of Allah (the Almighty) are not like canned goods with an expiry date; they are not limited to the era of early Islam. These promises are valid at all times and in all places, without any expiration date. They do not become invalid in the twelfth year of the Hijra, the fifteenth year, the eleventh year, or in the first or second centuries of the Hijra, or in any century of the past. The promises of Allah remain effective in every time and place.

As for the American and Israeli evil, the tyranny, criminality, corruption, and oppression they practice as a front of misguidance, disbelief, evil, and unparalleled wrongdoing, those who stand against all of this for the sake of Allah and out of faith in Him, putting their trust in Him and relying on Him while following His teachings and instructions, should not worry at all. They should act with confidence and tranquillity, knowing that this is the right direction that is useful and rewarding for both this world and the Hereafter, in all respects. The alternative to this is the acceptance of the equation of violation.

America’s clumsy and reckless policy: A crucial lesson for the Arabs!

American policy is now in disarray, as we have pointed out, and as is evident globally at the moment. What is that foolish Trump doing? He started an open trade war against more than sixty countries, primarily against those nations that are allied with America and collaborate with it:

  • He started a trade war against the Europeans, leading to a significant impact on their economic and living conditions.
  • He also started a very heated trade war with China—the intensity of this war with China has surpassed that with any other country and will continue to a certain extent, with tariffs against China having now reached 125%, a very huge increase!
  • Japan itself, despite having maintained a close relationship with America, has also found itself embroiled in a major dispute—one that remains ongoing—particularly concerning the automotive industry and other sectors.

In essence, it is an open trade war. At times, decisions are suspended; at other times, they are enforced—erratic decisions that have significantly impacted even the American economy, plunging it into a state of instability and uncertainty. It has become shaky, turbulent, and unpredictable. In America, political figures and officials have said that this is the most foolish decision in American history.

Faced with this mentality and this situation in America, the world should not align itself with such an entity. America is pursuing a policy of extortion, exploitation, pressure, occupation, and the confiscation of others' rights. It is imposing pressure on the entire global situation. These are reckless, foolish, impulsive, erratic policies arising from a state of enormous greed. At the same time, there are profound issues within the American situation that cannot be solved by such actions, which are mere extortion.

This serves as an important lesson for Arabs, considering what happened to the Europeans and others. In fact, this will continue to be a problematic and unstable economic and commercial situation, even to those who have closer ties with the Americans than those of Arabs. The American view towards Arabs is one of contempt, disdain, and exploitation, among other things.

The urgent need to resume and intensify all activities in Yemen and around the world!

In any case, the focus on the trade war should not overshadow attention to the Palestinian issue; rather, it should serve as an impetus to give it more focus. Therefore, efforts should be intensified on all fronts across the globe.

In our country, Allah willing, all activities will resume at a very high level, including the weekly million-strong demonstrations of our dear people. This is one of the most significant popular activities in support of the Palestinian cause. The weekly million- strong demonstrations in Yemen, which continued for 15 months, are unparalleled in any country in the world, so they provide significant support for this just cause, expressing a prominent popular voice that is unmatched in any other country in the world. Indeed, they represent an inspiring, encouraging, motivating model and a strong voice of a very important presence.

Therefore, we hope that our dear people will resume this presence this week, Allah willing, and continue this extensive participation. This holds great significance, especially at this stage, as we are facing an escalation initiated by the Americans in support the Israeli enemy, and Allah willing, it will lead to important and impactful results. This weekly million-strong turnout is a jihad in the way of Allah. At the same time, it has a significant impact and great importance. Thus, broad participation is essential, and everyone should recognise its importance, especially at this particular stage. This holds immense significance in expressing the steadfastness of our position, which is, in itself, an integral part of the overall position, and at this stage, it is of utmost importance.

Therefore, I call upon our dear people to take part in the million-strong demonstration tomorrow, Allah willing, in the capital, Sana'a, and in the other governorates as well—to raise their voices once again for the Palestinian people, who are enduring such tragedy, isolation, and suffering, and say to them: You are not alone; Allah is with you, and we stand firmly by your side in this battle. We are confronting American aggression in the same battle and for the same cause.

We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to hasten victory and relief for the oppressed Palestinian people and for their dear mujahidin.

We also ask Him (the Almighty) to grant us victory. May Allah grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah! Have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, and set free our captives. You are the Hearer of Prayer!

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
