Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi Speaks on Latest Developments, in English (April 24, 2025)

I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

In the latest developments of the brutal and savage Israeli assault on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, around one thousand Palestinians have been martyred or wounded this week alone, most of them women and children. Since resuming aggression, which has now lasted over a month, nearly two thousand people have been martyred and more than five thousand injured.

Horrific crimes are being committed by the Zionist Jewish aggressors, who have been bombing makeshift tents of displaced civilians with heavy American-made bombs, even in areas they themselves call as safe zones, supposedly designated for those fleeing the violence in Gaza. One particularly appalling atrocity was the bombing of displaced families’ tents at Yaffa School with heavy bombs, burning them alive in their sleep inside their fragile shelters. Heart-wrenching scenes were witnessed, showing the charred bodies of children killed in the Israeli bombardment.

In addition to its campaign of genocide, the Israeli enemy continues to systematically destroy the healthcare system in Gaza, working to bring essential medical services to a halt. Just yesterday, it was announced that 40 per cent of kidney disease patients have died due to this targeting. The Israeli military is targeting every remaining health unit and medical centre. Yesterday, it struck Al-Durra Children's Hospital, directly hitting the intensive care unit. Paramedics are being targeted, as is every aspect of healthcare, from medical personnel to hospitals and beyond.

As for starvation, which Israel is using as a deliberate tactic of genocide and a tool to force the Palestinian people out of Gaza, the Israeli enemy's total and unrelenting siege has been ongoing for over 50 days. All food supplies, medicines, medical equipment, and fuel are being blocked from entering Gaza. Worse still, the Israeli forces are actively bombing and destroying any of these essentials that remain within the Strip, deliberately setting them ablaze.

The Israeli enemy also continues its systematic destruction of all vital public services. This week, it carried out strikes on rescue equipment and vehicles belonging to the Gaza Municipality—machinery that had only recently entered during the ceasefire, following the agreement, to help remove rubble and retrieve victims trapped beneath it. These were bombed and destroyed before they could even begin their work. Just yesterday, desperate cries for help could still be heard from under the rubble in areas hit by Israeli strikes on civilians, but rescue teams were unable to respond, as the essential equipment had already been destroyed. The rescue teams themselves have been directly targeted by the Israeli enemy, even with great focus.

Regarding the prisoners, the Israeli enemy continues its aggressive policies against them as well. This week, one more prisoner was martyred, bringing the total number of martyrs among the prisoners since the beginning of the assault on Gaza to 64, according to figures released by the Palestinian Commission for Detainees’ Affairs, based on the information available. Only Allah knows the exact number.

The Israeli enemy treats the prisoners with torture, oppression, persecution, humiliation, and all forms of human rights abuses, coupled with deliberate medical neglect. It uses every method of torture while simultaneously denying them necessary medical care.

The steadfastness of Gaza’s mujahidin continues, while the enemy avoids direct engagement out of fear!

In the face of all this Israeli aggression, lawlessness, brutality, and savagery, our fellow mujahidin in Gaza remain steadfast and resilient. The tactics adopted by the Israeli enemy since the resumption of its aggression over a month ago clearly reflect a deep fear of direct confrontation with our fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip. This is why the Israeli enemy relies heavily on widespread destruction and the mass killing of civilians. It seeks to advance cautiously, relying on movement through open and exposed areas that offer no cover for combat, and also makes heavy use of bulldozing operations. All of this clearly indicates its fear of direct confrontation with our fellow mujahidin; it also demonstrates the extent of the mujahidin’s resilience, steadfastness, bravery, and effectiveness. The enemy clearly dreads facing them in direct combat, despite all the military capabilities and resources at its disposal—not to mention the extremely difficult conditions faced by the resistance mujahidin, along with their very limited means. It instead continues to rely on targeted attacks and acts of mass extermination as its primary method of pursuing its objectives in Gaza.

This week, the Al-Qassam Brigades carried out several operations and death ambushes, including the 'Breaking the Sword Ambush' against Israeli forces. This ambush resulted in the deaths and injuries of Zionist soldiers and was carried out near the border fence, east of the town of Beit Hanoun in the far north of the Gaza Strip. Executing this ambush in that location carries great significance. Also, the Al-Qassam Brigades conducted a number of operations in the Al-Tuffah neighbourhood east of Khan Younis.

Direct confrontations are somewhat limited, as we mentioned, due to the Israeli enemy's fear of engaging in such confrontations. In fact, the Israeli enemy primarily relies on the genocide of civilians, comprehensive destruction, the bulldozing, and the incursion into open areas. This clearly demonstrates, as we have previously stated, the high effectiveness and evident, confirmed success of jihad and resistance.

Moreover, the Al-Quds Brigades carried out several operations against Israeli enemy forces, some of which targeted invading forces in the Gaza Strip by shelling them with mortars in northern Gaza, in the Al-Tuffah neighbourhood, and in southern Gaza, in Rafah.

Regarding the Israeli enemy's failure to achieve tangible military achievements, its false claims were also exposed regarding what it had previously portrayed as military achievements in discovering and destroying tunnels. The so-called 'former Israeli defence minister', Gallant, admitted that the images previously released, claiming to show tunnels in the Rafah area, were nothing more than a trench that is one meter deep. He also acknowledged that his forces had covered the trench, which was originally a water drainage channel, with dirt to present it as a tunnel opening for smuggling weapons. This is a scandal: The Israeli enemy resorts to lies and staged theatrics to present fake military achievements because it is incapable of achieving that in reality.

The genocide of the Palestinian people; the killing of civilians (including women and children); the destruction of residential neighbourhoods, hospitals, and schools; and the targeting of the displaced in their tents cannot be considered a military achievement, no matter how extensive or brutal it is. Rather, it stands as a horrific and growing record of crimes, one that carries serious consequences and grave repercussions.

Also, among their scandals and false claims that have been revealed this week is one related to a significant issue on which the Israeli enemy based its brutal aggression and genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza: It is the issue of prisoners. It has become clear that this issue holds no real importance for the criminal Netanyahu and his criminal group. This week, there was a statement by the so-called 'minister of finance', saying that the return of prisoners from Gaza is not the most important goal. This caused an uproar among the Israelis, as it revealed his indifference and disregard for the lives of the Israeli prisoners and made it clear that he and his savage, criminal, Zionist-Jewish group have no concern for them. In fact, their real goal is to displace the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip. The prisoner exchange process was going well under the agreed-upon deal, and the release of the prisoners was proceeding according to the agreement. However, they were the ones who reneged on the agreement, encouraged and protected by the Americans, to continue their aggression—especially after Trump openly announced his support for displacing the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip. This increases Israeli greed and hope in achieving this unjust goal.

Zionist criminality and the gradual annexation effort in the West Bank are escalating at an alarming pace!

Regarding the West Bank, there is a significant escalation within the Israeli enemy entity in discussions about the annexation of the West Bank. This is accompanied by practical steps toward gradual annexation, which is evident in what they call settlement activity: the usurpation of land in the West Bank and the construction of residential units for the usurping Zionist Jews.

This colonial settlement process has significantly escalated over these years, including this year, with the approval of building thousands of settlement units to seize large areas of Palestinian land in the West Bank. This clearly indicates that there is no hope in reaching a settlement, as the Israeli enemy seeks to impose facts on the ground that leave no room for talk of negotiations or a so-called peace process.

In the West Bank, the Israeli enemy persists in practising daily acts of killing, large-scale kidnappings, house demolitions, and sabotage of infrastructure. This week, it carried out widespread kidnappings in Jenin and Al-Khalil and destroyed and blew up houses in Al-Quds, Al-Khalil, and Ramallah.

The Zionist usurpers also continue their acts of bullying, burning agricultural crops in southern Al-Khalil, and stealing Palestinian water networks and pumps, as happened in the Jordan Valley in the eastern West Bank. They also attack Palestinian vehicles in various areas of the West Bank, as occurred in Bethlehem yesterday.

The vile and aggressive actions of the herds of settler usurpers are consistently carried out under the protection of the Israeli criminal gangs known as the Israeli army. Indeed, it is a daily practice aimed at oppressing and tormenting the Palestinian people.

In Jenin, more than three months after the assault, the Israeli enemy continues to demolish homes and destroy and bulldoze infrastructure. It is evident that the Israeli enemy is pursuing an aggressive and destructive agenda aimed at eliminating the refugee camps in the West Bank.

These camps hold immense importance, as they are residential areas for those Palestinian people displaced from what is referred to as the 1948 territories, as well as from other occupied areas across Palestine. The Israeli enemy seeks to destroy and seize control of these camps. In this context, as previously mentioned, the Israeli enemy seeks to impose new facts on the ground in the West Bank, facilitating full domination and eventual annexation in a phased manner.

The acts of destruction, bulldozing, assaults, and killings in Jenin Camp have affected nearly 3,000 housing units, resulting in the displacement of over 21,000 Palestinians. The situation is similarly dire in Tulkarm and its camps, as well as in Nablus, in the northern part of West Bank, where the Israeli enemy relentlessly continues its aggression.

Escalating assaults on the Al-Aqsa Mosque: A grave crime and a dangerous taming policy!

With regard to the targeting of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Israeli enemy has recently intensified its assaults on the mosque. The incursions during the so-called Passover holiday marked the largest invasions Al-Aqsa has witnessed, with the number of settler usurpers exceeding 7,000, and continuing to rise day by day.

Furthermore, a video was also shared by Israelis under the title 'Next Year in Jerusalem', depicting the demolition of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the construction of their alleged 'Temple', as they refer to. This method is a deliberate and familiar strategy employed by the Israeli enemy towards the Arab world—a tactic of taming and psychological preparation to accept what must never be accepted, including grave assaults and heinous crimes. What is at stake here is the Al-Aqsa Mosque—one of the most sacred and significant sites in Islam—a threat that must never be met with silence. In fact, the Israeli enemy operates across all fronts:

  • genocide, which the Israeli enemy seeks to normalise among Arabs and Muslims in general, turning it into a routine, everyday scene that provokes no reaction and prompts no responsible stance;
  • displacement, through its ongoing efforts to forcibly uproot Palestinians, as witnessed in the camps and cities of the West Bank; and
  • targeting of the Al-Aqsa Mosque with this same approach.

In the past, when the criminal Sharon stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, a full-scale Palestinian Uprising erupted. Simultaneously, the level of engagement among Arab and Islamic nations was markedly stronger than it is today in terms of solidarity, public demonstrations, widespread outrage, and a general sense of unity and support for the Palestinian people.

The current situation is starkly different. Thousands of criminal Zionist Jews storm the Al-Aqsa Mosque and dance in its courtyards, accompanied by senior figures among them who make provocative and hostile statements while desecrating the sacred grounds of the mosque. Yet, the general response within the Arab world—both officially and popularly—is, in many cases, reduced to the mere issuance of statements. Such gestures have lost all meaning and value, as they are not accompanied by any practical action, not even at the most basic levels: As we have reiterated many times, there is no economic, political, or diplomatic boycott, nor do we see any genuine or concrete support for the Palestinian people. Instead, the position of Arab regimes is one of stagnation and inertia: either a summit that produces a statement without follow-up action, or media declarations delivered in a cold, detached tone, utterly lacking in practical steps.

When the Israeli enemy carried out this act—producing a virtual scene depicting the demolition of the Al-Aqsa Mosque—it was, as previously mentioned, a psychological and mental taming effort. It is well known that targeting the Al-Aqsa Mosque stands among the Israeli enemy's most important and aggressive aims—an essential element in its expansionist, criminal Zionist agenda. They understand the current state of the Arab psyche, which has drifted far from the correct path of spiritual mobilisation and fallen into a sharp decline in awareness, in the spirit of faith and jihad, and in spiritual and moral growth, as well as in core values. Over time, external influences have taken root, altering perceptions, opinions, and stances. In fact, this is the result of an extensive effort led by the Jews, along with their tools who work for them through corrupt and misleading soft warfare. This war targets the entire Ummah at all levels: intellectually, culturally, and psychologically. Its aim is to corrupt and disorient the youth of the Ummah, to distract its people from their most pressing causes, and ultimately to extinguish the moral conscience within the Muslim world.

This trajectory is dangerous. The Israeli enemy is planning and operating according to well-defined stages, and the Americans are actively engaged in this too. They both share identical objectives, orientations, and positions—they are two sides of the same coin. In fact, the Zionist project is, in essence, a joint project between the Americans and the Israelis.

The Americans, in their ongoing support for the Israeli enemy, are also intensifying their efforts. In this context, they are operating through an aerial bridge, which Israeli media has proudly referred to as 'an American air train', transporting large shipments of weapons to Palestine on a daily basis. Dozens of aircraft are involved, with an average of six large cargo planes each day. This is accompanied by the ongoing daily genocide carried out by the Israeli enemy and what it is doing in the West Bank, which in itself serves as a clear lesson even for the Palestinian Authority. It is evident that the Israeli enemy shows no regard whatsoever for any of the agreements previously established between them.

The incitement by Arab regimes and media mouthpieces against the mujahidin and their right to possess arms: What a shame!

This is in addition to its deeply aggressive and dangerous efforts targeting the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Israeli enemy, along with, unfortunately, some Arab mouthpieces that work with it and support it in the media, has sought over the past period to incite the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip against our fellow mujahidin. They have attempted to defame the mujahidin and provoke and push some individuals to take a position against them and against the very notion of resistance, armed struggle, and the legitimacy of bearing arms.

It is truly astonishing what is going on with some regimes and factions within this Ummah that lack a sound vision—one grounded in facts and events and informed by the lessons of the Israeli-Arab conflict and what the Israeli enemy has inflicted upon the Palestinian people throughout all past stages, since the very beginning of the occupation until today. They have not learned from the events, facts, and history, nor from the Holy Quran. One of the well-known facts among all people is that it is in the best interest of every nation to possess strength and deterrence to protect itself, striving to be strong and maintain every element of power that can be used to defend itself and its rights.

The Palestinian people are targeted in every aspect of their existence—they are being exterminated and killed, their land usurped, their honour violated, and their sanctities desecrated. Now more than ever, they are in dire need of greater strength, more armament, more waves of the Palestinian people joining the ranks of the resistance to become mujahidin in the path of Allah, and widespread mobilisation within a framework of cooperation and the convergence of efforts at all levels—as a people who have a just and clear cause that enjoys global consensus and face an unparalleled injustice. The correct direction and the right move is for everyone to join efforts at all levels, stand with the mujahidin, and support them by all means.

Therefore, when the Palestinian Authority—along with some Arab mouthpieces—decided to collaborate with the Israelis, using their same language and arguments that aim to incite against the mujahidin, against the option of jihad and resistance, against the issue of possessing weapons and confronting the Israeli enemy with them—it was a tremendous mistake. Rather, it is a betrayal in every sense of the word and, at the same time, a free service to the Israeli enemy. That is because such behaviour and such an approach bring no good for the Palestinian cause whatsoever; it is nothing but a service to the Israeli enemy.

However, all those attempts failed, by the grace of Allah (the Almighty) and as a result of the high awareness of the people of Palestine in the Gaza Strip. We commend the awareness, steadfastness, resilience, and courage they have shown despite all the immense and incomparable suffering.

The Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip show great steadfastness. In the face of the immense suffering of genocide, starvation, total destruction, and the lack of basic necessities for life, they rely on faith, awareness, and holding firmly to their just cause.

The fundamental role of the American enemy in reigniting the aggression on Gaza!

As for the Gaza Strip and the American support and partnership, it is well known, even based on the White House announcement, that the resumption of the Israeli enemy's aggression against the Gaza Strip relied on American permission, endorsement, and support. Even the airbridge and the continuous daily transport of bombs, ammunition, and shells provided by the Americans are aimed at exterminating the Palestinian people. All the tragic scenes that we witness of the horrific injustice inflicted on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, including those scenes of children torn apart or charred—these are the result of American bombs.

The Americans are partners in the crimes and in the aggression. In fact, they play the leading role in prolonging this aggression and in enabling it to reach such extremes of brutality and tyranny. Indeed, they play a primary role.

This reality should shape how people across the Islamic world, the Arab nations, and others around the globe view the Americans: They should understand that the American approach is one of criminality, savagery, tyranny, and aggression, marked by a blatant disregard for human life and violation of human sanctity. It shows no respect for the lives of children or women. This perception must be deeply rooted and must shape our positions, and it must become one of the essential pillars of awareness that extends across all of human society. This is because the Zionist American-Israeli orientation poses a serious threat to all of humanity, as it follows a path that shows no respect whatsoever for human life, permitting the killing of people, including children and women, and the perpetration of acts of genocide. This is the path and approach they are pursuing.

The ongoing assaults on Lebanon are putting the Lebanese state and all its factions to a real test!

Regarding this week's developments in Lebanon:

  • The Israeli enemy has continued its air strikes and assassinations, with Lebanese martyrs falling almost daily.
  • In southern Lebanon, attacks on border villages have persisted, including Israeli shelling, gunfire sweeps, bulldozing of roads, and deliberate attempts to prevent life from returning to these areas. The Israelis have targeted prefabricated houses and rooms, services, and civilians working in agricultural lands.
  • Israeli assaults have extended beyond the border regions, reaching deeper into Lebanon.
  • It carried out a treacherous assassination of an Islamic Group leader south of Beirut and even broke the sound barrier in Lebanese airspace with its jets, reaching all the way to the capital, Beirut.

Hezbollah has defeated the Israeli enemy at every stage of the conflict, from the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982 to the liberation in 2000, and during the July War of 2006. Even in the most recent support battle, the Israeli enemy found itself powerless on the thresholds of Lebanon’s border villages for nearly two months, without achieving any significant or actual progress or breakthrough.

When the ceasefire agreement came into effect, Hezbollah abided by it, fulfilling all of its obligations. There were no further obligations under the agreement that Hezbollah failed to implement—it carried out everything required. In contrast, the Israeli enemy not only violated the agreement but went even further by completely disregarding it with major assaults and severe violations.

Therefore, the responsibility now lies with the Lebanese state in relation to the agreement, particularly in exerting pressure on the Israeli enemy to adhere to the agreement and fulfil its obligations. This is because the Israeli enemy has failed to uphold and carry out key provisions of the agreement, including the following:

  • The Israeli enemy has not implemented a full and effective ceasefire, as it continues its assassinations, destruction, and bombardments and violates the ceasefire even repeatedly with acts of aggression.
  • It still occupies positions within Lebanese territory.
  • It continues, as mentioned earlier, to carry out bulldozing operations and other forms of sabotage targeting infrastructure.
  • It violates Lebanese airspace completely, as if Lebanon had no right to safeguard and protect its airspace, as if it were within the right of the Israeli enemy to violate Lebanese airspace.

Therefore, all the Lebanese—both the officials and citizens and from all components, regardless of their affiliations and orientations—should focus all their efforts and discourse on exerting pressure on the Israeli enemy to fulfil its obligations under the agreement, as well as on those who have guaranteed it. At the official level, no official—whether from the Lebanese presidency, the government, or any other entity—should ever direct a word of insult against Hezbollah, as Hezbollah has fully met all its obligations under the agreement, with no shortcomings on its part.

When some people adopt and echo the same logic as the Israeli enemy in attacking Hezbollah, it constitutes a betrayal of Lebanon—plain and simple. This also serves no one but the Israeli enemy, much like the actions of the Palestinian Authority: a free favour to the enemy, offering no benefit whatsoever to Lebanon, its cause, or its people.

What everyone there should focus on as a priority is to strive to pressure the Israeli enemy to fulfil its obligations under the agreement and to make a serious effort to rebuild southern Lebanon, the southern suburbs, and all other areas affected by destruction and devastation. As for those who adopt the Israeli logic, they are making a grave mistake and betraying Lebanon.

The Americans are seeking to stir up chaos through certain factions and to shift the priorities of the government. The American goal is for everyone to adopt the Israeli position, redirecting their focus towards serving the Israeli enemy, at the expense of their own peoples, the sovereignty of their countries, and the true interests of their nations.

The Israeli enemy is actively working to strip Lebanon of its most vital sources of strength. It continues to pursue this goal, and its ambitions in Lebanon remain persistent. The true deterrent in Lebanon is the resistance, as affirmed by both history and present-day reality. Therefore, the resistance must always enjoy popular support and backing, and the Lebanese people should not listen to those who act as mouthpieces for the Israeli enemy, repeating its rhetoric and aggressive demands.

Regarding Syria:

  • This week, the Israeli enemy continued its incursions and raids on villages in southern Syria, particularly in Al-Quneitra. The Israeli forces carried out raids and searches of homes in the villages of Al-Qahtaniya, Al-Asha, and Al-Asbah, which involved committing assaults on civilians, confiscating some of their resources and properties, and terrorising children. This is how the Israeli enemy behaves, with blatant violation and aggression in every sense of the word! Additionally, several individuals were detained.
  • The Israeli forces also carry out almost daily patrols in the countryside of Al-Quneitra, restricting the movement of Syrian citizens in these areas. The situation is dire, with the Israeli enemy striving to control even the most basic aspects of daily life—dictating when people there can enter and leave their homes, move within their village, and travel across their own country, from one region to another.

The Islamic Ummah: Its great responsibility and the key factors that that assist in fulfilling this responsibility!

What the Israeli enemy is doing in partnership with the Americans and what it is striving for is something greater than that because all of this, as we have said time and again, takes place within the framework of the Zionist plan, which aims at something far more extensive. We must recall and remind all Muslims throughout the Islamic world of the immense responsibility. This is a great ummah of two billion Muslims, and it has a religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility before Allah (Glory be to Him). This also involves its national interests and security. In fact, this Ummah has contributed—through its inertia, passivity, silence, and inaction—to emboldening the Israeli enemy to act as it pleases with complete reassurance; it is even receiving encouragement at the same time from some Arab regimes!

The Arabs, before anyone else, bear a great responsibility. Subservience serves no one's interests—subservience to the Israeli enemy despite of all its malevolence and ambitions and despite of all its contempt for Arabs and Muslims: It does not even recognise them as human beings. That is, subservience means nothing to it: It does not value those who submit, those who align themselves with it, or those who adopt its narratives and the banners it presents within its own plan. Indeed, it does not appreciate anyone at all, no matter what they do for it: No matter what services they provide or how silent and submissive they are, it does not consider these as something positive that merits a positive response. As we have said, if this option were effective, it would have been effective in Syria, prompting the Israeli enemy to withdraw completely from the Golan, commend the Syrian stance, and respond with utmost positivity. However, it appreciates nothing.

Therefore, there is a profound responsibility. And although it is a matter of faith, religion, humanity, and ethics, it is an absolute imperative. There is no alternative but a choice that serves the enemy and destroys the Ummah. As we have said, the choice of those who align themselves with the enemies and provide them with services only furthers their empowerment more. Likewise, the choice of surrender is a suicidal, destructive, and catastrophic path that will cause the Ummah to lose everything. This is an extremely grave matter for the Ummah, and, at the same time, it will incur severe punishment from Allah because this Ummah is endowed with all essentials.

Anyone who observes the events, facts, and the current situation, both internationally and regionally, will see that there are many facilitating factors which could spur the Ummah if it still retains any correct outlook. Yet a terrifying and alarming state of blindness prevails in the reality of the Ummah!

There are facilitating, encouraging factors that urge this Ummah to fulfil its responsibility. The first of these facilitating, encouraging factors—which, at the same time, leaves no excuse for the Ummah—is the extent and magnitude of Palestinian steadfastness in the Gaza Strip. Indeed, this Palestinian resilience in Gaza—sustained for over a year and a half and marked by extraordinary valour, resolve, effectiveness, and sacrifice—leaves this Ummah with no excuse. In fact, it is wholly unprecedented in the conflict against the Israeli enemy, neither in Palestine itself since the start of the conflict nor across the Arab world. Never before has there been such resilience in the face of genocide, comprehensive destruction, and a brutal, criminal Israeli-American offensive backed to this extent by the West. This is not to mention the fact that the Israeli enemy has been granted free rein to commit the most horrific crimes of all kinds, including starvation, genocide, and desecration of every sanctity. Despite that, for more than a year and a half, the Israeli enemy has failed to bring a decisive outcome in Gaza or to achieve its aims of complete domination. This great resilience of the fellow mujahidin there—with extremely limited resources—as well as that of the supporting base (the Palestinian people) under the harshest conditions and most trying circumstances is itself evidence against this Ummah.

This resilience should have been met with support and backing. As we have said, there ought to have been a change in the nature of interaction and the level of engagement with the Palestinian people themselves and the mujahidin through substantial support and real backing. There ought to be a noticeable change compared with the past, for there is no support or assistance as required: The current state is either complete passivity or complicity by some, while only a few support the Palestinian people and stand by their mujahidin, providing them with support.

In fact, for many regimes, this matter has become a point of contention between them and the Islamic Republic of Iran. That is, instead of thanking Iran for the support it provides to our fellow mujahidin in Palestine, they criticise Iran for it. And at the same time, they criticise the Palestinian people and their mujahidin for that; they want the Palestinians and their mujahidin to reject any assistance and refuse any support. Thus, whoever supports the Palestinians is met with a media onslaught from certain Arab regimes, and, simultaneously, the Palestinians are attacked for responding positively to this solidarity and support. This is clear even when it comes to Yemen's support; some voices criticise the Palestinian people and their mujahidin: Why are they welcoming this positive step that is unique in the Arab world? Why are they praising it? Why do they feel comfortable with it? They do not want the Palestinians to be pleased with those who stand by them or to express gratitude for any sincere act of solidarity from any Arab or Muslim—this is truly weird!

Anyway, this great resilience is among the facilitating factors that definitely affirm the evident efficacy of steadfastness. Moreover, there are those who, if the Ummah is willing to provide them with full backing, stand firm against the Israeli enemy. So, instead of inciting hostility against the mujahidin in Palestine—against Hamas, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the Islamic Jihad Movement, and the Al-Quds Brigades, among others—there ought to be cooperation and support in every form for the Palestinian people, recognising this as an immensely important factor.

As for those who have different estimates and calculations and are gripped by despair and frustration about the possibility of steadfastness against the Israeli enemy, how did they appraise the situation at the outset of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip? Some of them did not expect the Palestinian people to hold out even a single week, a month, or two in the face of that attack. At the end of every week, they waited for white flags to be raised in surrender across Gaza. Thus, they have continued their spectatorship month after month up to now. This is enough! You should understand that the extraordinary steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their mujahidin is a vital factor of strength, which must be met with genuine support, solidarity, embrace, endorsement, and serious action to support their position.

The second factor is capitalising on the global developments reflected in the awakening of conscience and the correction of perspectives regarding the Palestinian cause. There is widespread conscience awakening and heightened awareness in the global arena: Among peoples across various countries, the Israeli enemy is now seen as a criminal, an oppressor, an occupier, and a usurper that commits genocide. These shifts in perspectives have even taken root within America itself: Opinion polls indicate that more than half of American citizens no longer express solidarity with Israel. This constitutes a highly significant global development. Similar shifts are evident among European peoples regarding their viewpoint of the Palestinian cause and the oppression inflected upon the Palestinians and their viewpoint of the Israeli enemy: They view the Israeli enemy as a criminal, usurper, and tyrant that commits genocide and perpetrates the most heinous and horrific crimes. This represents a crucial factor in the global arena.

This does not only occur among peoples but also at the level of many regimes; some European regimes have declared relatively advanced positions in solidarity with Palestinians. This applies to governments and official entities in other non-European countries. There are also strongly supportive stances in Latin America.

This global position—which is more sympathetic to the Palestinian people and more just towards their cause than ever before—should be regarded as one of the factors of strength, which the Ummah should have benefited from. The Ummah ought to adopt a unified position, across all its governments, regimes, and peoples, in order to apply pressure to end the aggression against the Palestinian people and to support the Palestinian cause.

There are also demonstrations taking place in many countries. Global public opinion is more receptive and more sympathetic than ever before to the Palestinian people. How can such an important factor not be benefited from?!

Another facilitating factor is the infighting among the Israelis themselves, as there are major disputes that are deepening and growing more intense. This is evident in the protests, in the statements, and in the very tone of those statements exchanged among the Israelis, which reveal the ever-widening rift between them. In fact, there have been sharply worded statements, trials, dismissals, accusations, demonstrations, and more.

America is struggling with internal issues and disputes, even at the official level. The American situation is troubled, and the problems faced by the Americans are significant. Therefore, economically, there has been a shift towards trade wars, utilising financial extortion as a means to fabricate a solution to their circumstances. At this stage, the Americans are facing problems that are substantial in every sense of the word.

For example, at the economic level, when they resorted to financial extortion, they were attempting to address issues in their reality: These were not merely decisions they made, but they have problems, as we mentioned last week. To illustrate, when a person reflects on some American decisions (such as cutting the budget of the U.S. State Department by half, closing several important embassies in various countries, and reducing a significant number of diplomatic missions), he can find that there are various procedures that reveal the extent of the American crisis and problems. This is something that should have been benefited from.

People should also benefit from the Yemeni position as a model. Yemen (both the government and the people) has adopted an advanced position, mobilising every possible effort in alignment with what is right. It has taken this approach, with the main goal being to respond to Allah (Glory be to Him) and to embrace its responsibilities.

This is a significant example. Did the world end or was Yemen erased from the map due to this powerful, bold, steadfast, firm position, which is grounded in reliance and dependence on Allah, the Almighty? This position should also be utilised as a contributing factor, as it is effective, powerful, and simultaneously advanced and comprehensive.

This week’s outcomes from the Yemeni support front: A significant achievement that disturbed the enemies!

Regarding the Yemeni front of support (the land of faith, wisdom, and Jihad), operations continue in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad to support the Palestinian people. This week, our forces carried out seven operations involving missile strikes and drones into the depths of occupied Palestine. These included attacks targeting Haifa, which was a surprising operation for the enemies, and Yaffa, as well as Asqalan, the Negev, and Umm Al-Rashrash. The operations were executed using seven ballistic missiles and several drones.

The operations targeting Yaffa and Haifa had a significant impact: Flights were halted at Lod Airport, known as Ben Gurion Airport. Additionally, millions sought refuge in shelters.

These operations are clear evidence of the failure of American aggression to halt the operations, limit capabilities, or diminish the effectiveness and impact of the Yemeni position.

Furthermore, at the level of naval operations, there are ongoing operations to confront the American enemy, targeting the two American aircraft carriers and engaging in combat with them.

After reinforcing with another aircraft carrier located far out in the Arabian Sea, the Americans gained nothing. They did not effectively strengthen their position, and they failed to make any progress in achieving their aggressive objectives against our country. All these aggressive objectives are aimed at supporting and protecting the Israeli enemy so that it can continue its acts of genocide against the Palestinian people.

Regarding this week's combat engagements with the American naval forces, there have been nine combat engagements with the two aircraft carriers and their accompanying military vessels, involving 27 cruise missiles and drones. These operations lasted for several hours. In one of them, as reported by a Chinese media outlet, the aircraft carrier fled hundreds of miles to the furthest points of the Arabian Sea during the combat engagement and targeting. This recently arrived aircraft carrier is now also training to escape during manoeuvres or combat.

The Israeli enemy continues to be blocked by our forces from navigating the Red Sea, the Bab Al-Mandab strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea, and so does the American enemy, having involved itself for the Israeli enemy's sake. As a result, the vessels of the Israeli enemy, along with those of the Americans, are completely absent within that area. In other words, there is no maritime activity for them at all; in fact, there is a complete halt.

Regarding the air defence forces, they have made remarkable progress in the capabilities of air defence and the effectiveness of their operations, thanks to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. The air defence forces continue to target MQ-9 American armed reconnaissance aircraft. Thanks to Allah, they successfully shot down three MQ-9 aircraft in the skies over the governorates of Sana'a, Al-Hudaydah, and Hajjah. This marks the seventh aircraft to be shot down this month and the twenty-second aircraft since the beginning of support operations. This is a significant achievement and a great blessing—thanks to Allah, the Almighty.

The statistics from the month of Ramadan up to now are substantial; however, to save time, I will not discuss them now. I will leave them for another occasion, Allah willing.

Anyway, what was striking regarding these operations was the discomfort expressed by the criminal Netanyahu concerning the Yaffa drone and the recurring mention in our Yemeni statements of the occupied Yaffa. The Israeli enemy is annoyed even by how we focus on using the true names of Palestine, its cities, and its towns in our media. This is an important issue and a significant lesson. Indeed, the Israeli enemy's discomfort serves as an important lesson. This always makes it remember that it is a usurping, occupying, criminal entity and that it is a temporary entity that is destined for demise, as Allah promised in the Torah, the Bible, and the Quran: Its downfall is inevitable. When the true names of Palestinian cities and towns are mentioned, this carries great significance. It was particularly disturbed by the drone being named Yaffa and also by the term 'occupied', which he found very troubling. This is a crucial lesson for the media at the Arab and Islamic level. The importance of terminology, names, and what relates to them is truly significant in media performance.

Evidence of the confusion and failure of the American aggression, as acknowledged by American officials and experts.

We continue our support with complete effectiveness and impact. The Americans have failed to support the Israeli enemy against Yemen, despite their escalation. They are seeking to escalate: This week alone, there have been over 260 air strikes using bombers and other means. Nevertheless, they have attempted to target civilian sites, as evidenced by their crime against the Farwa Market and elsewhere. They have even reached the point of targeting cemeteries, such as Majal Al-Dimmah Cemetery in Sana'a. They target passersby on the roads and attack main streets and even yards, as they did this morning. All these crimes testify to their failure and confusion. Does attacking a popular market limit military capabilities, or does it rather reflect both failure and malevolence towards the Yemeni people?

American failure is completely evident, even after more than 1,200 air strikes and naval bombardments have been carried out for over a month since the resumption of American aggression against Yemen in support of Israel. The Americans also acknowledge this failure, and the reality confirms it. The Bab Al-Mandab strait and the sea are closed to Israeli navigation. Although the Americans have such naval military assets, they keep these assets at a considerable distance: They maintain a distance of hundreds of miles, often more than a thousand kilometres away. They remain consistently far off. Nonetheless, there are also statements from American and Israeli experts, and we will briefly mention some of them. Our channels broadcast and display many of these statements and acknowledgements, which are important.

There is a statement from a retired American colonel, acknowledging that the Yemenis and the mujahidin in Yemen will remain there—in other words, the Americans and Israelis will not be able to eliminate them. He says that 'the Houthis' will stay there as long as earth and heavens exist and remain steadfast, adding that they will never be driven away by bombardment and cannot be taken back to the stone age. He also says that they stand firmly on the ground, so one should not tire himself with them. In fact, many Americans, including experts, commentators, officials, and media outlets, time and again keep repeating similar statements affirming that the American aggression against Yemen cannot limit Yemeni capabilities or succeed in influencing their resolve or preventing operations.

A former U.S. Treasury official also said that what he referred to as 'the Houthis' are responding to what the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians, adding that their reaction in Yemen is directed against Israel. In fact, this is a well-known issue among Americans: The Yemeni position is all about supporting the Palestinian people in the face of genocide and starvation. This is clear to the Americans: They are aware of the fact that they have aggressed against our country in support of the Israeli enemy. This American—who is a former official in the US Treasury—went on to say that if the Israelis were not doing what they do to the Palestinians, 'the Houthis' wouldn’t have acted this way, adding that this is the only Arab response to the Israeli genocide in Palestine, as all the Arab countries seem indifferent, or they are content with words without action. He affirmed that these 'Houthis' are the only Arabs who possess a spirit of resistance, a moral conscience, and sympathy for the Palestinians, as the other Arabs seem to be with Israel. So he is also criticising the stance of the other Arabs.

There is also another statement from an American, a veteran, who praises the role of Yemenis in fighting against Israel and the American empire. He says the reality about the Israeli situation is that Haifa port is closed and bankrupt because of the Yemeni people, for whom he even prayed to Allah to bless them. He expressed it this way. He says that 'the Houthis (Ansar Allah)', these Yemenis, are the best of humanity who have faced not only Israel but the entire American empire, adding that Israel is burning the Palestinian people thanks to American taxpayers' money. This is how he puts it and commends the Yemeni position.

There are also statements from what is referred to as a former 'Israeli minister of war', in which he says that 'the Houthis' are a serious threat to the Israelis, and America will fail in its war against them. There are numerous statements and admissions that indicate the futility of this American aggression in influencing the Yemeni position.

Regarding the demonstrations, this week has seen demonstrations in many countries around the world in support of the Palestinian people, including in America, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, France, Britain, Spain, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. In the Arab world, demonstrations have occurred in several Moroccan cities, as well as in Mauritania, Libya, Tunisia, and Bahrain.

The Americans continue to exert pressure on universities and students, committing violations and arbitrary actions against American universities, including various punitive measures, such as cutting funding, imposing taxes, revoking visas and residency permits, deporting and arresting students, and denying universities the right to accept foreign students. They take multiple and various measures.

The Yemeni people embody an unbreakable will, and their resilience in the face of American tyranny is a significant lesson for the entire Ummah!

As for our country:

  • Thanks to Allah and with His guidance and support, public activities continue in all forms, including marches, events, symposia, evenings, and assemblies.
  • Military mobilisation activities continue to take place, such as training, manoeuvre, military displays, and military marches.
  • This is not to mention tribal gatherings, which are among the most important public activities that we emphasise, along with statements and declarations.
  • The million-strong demonstrations held by the Yemeni people last Friday took place in over four hundred locations.

The position of our dear people is a great, powerful position that is steadfast and comprehensive, for it is driven form the strength of their faith, their trust in Allah (Glory be to Him), their reliance on Him, and their confidence in His true promise: {And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise} [Al-Hajj: 40]. Our people believe in this divine promise; in fact, we are, indeed, in a state of victory. This remarkable resilience for over a year and a half—with such activity, a significant presence, tangible impact, and comprehensive efforts—is a victory in every sense of the word, and it only grows stronger:

  • Further development of military capabilities.
  • Better acquisition of military technologies.
  • Gaining greater experience.
  • Improvement in morale.
  • Growth in awareness.
  • Not to mention reinforcing our trust in Allah (Glory be to Him), as we witness His care, assistance, support, and victory in our lived reality.

The statements and words of the martyrs' relatives testify to this steadfastness, awareness, faith, and strength, which, as we said, is derived from the strength of belief. What the injured say, what people express in demonstrations to the media, even their chants and significant presence—all that indicates a broad awareness, steadfastness, and commitment. This people set forth in millions for the sake of their rightful cause and in response to Allah, the Almighty.

At its core, war is a contest of will, grounded above all in morale and faith. The Americans keep attacking and escalating but in a manner that reflects blatant and disgraceful failure. What does it mean to attack a cemetery?! Isn't that the ultimate failure?! Targeting a cemetery, even an ordinary one, with air strikes is the epitome of failure. Many of their assaults testify to their utter failure.

The resilience of our dear people expresses their will: No matter how much the Americans escalate, they will not break the will of this nation, nor will they deter it from its rightful position. As we said, this position is based on faith, trust in Allah (the Almighty), and reliance on Him, and it enjoys strength, thanks to Allah.

Vietnam demonstrated remarkable resilience in the face of significant American aggression, ultimately leading to the Americans' failure. The Americans cannot simply impose their will by mere desire, nor can they dictate outcomes through aggression. When there is a determined people who believe in their cause and uphold their stance, then victory can be achieved against the Americans. Today, our people offer a crucial lesson for the entire Ummah. The role the Americans play—whether in terms of targeting our Ummah and pursuing American ambitions and or in their alliance with the Israeli enemy—is so fundamental that the Israeli enemy totally rely on it and many nations hesitate to adopt a right position or move in the right direction due to fear of American repercussions. However, our people serve as an important example for others to overcome this barrier that has influenced this Ummah and caused it to fall into a state of humiliation and disgrace before the Americans. The world sees that the Americans have failed in their aggression against this people, and that this people remained steadfast, resilient, and cohesive. This people even continued to grow in strength: The more the Americans escalated, the stronger our country's position became, and this contributed to further development of military capabilities.

Cuba is another example, having withstood an economic embargo and a blockade for over half a century. With that said, it is unthinkable for Yemen to waver, as it is the land of faith and pursues a just cause rooted in faith.

Continuing the weekly million-strong demonstrations is an important and great contribution to the effort of jihad and to this position. These demonstrations represent a resounding voice for a people with a sincere and unified position. Therefore, they must continue with tremendous momentum, as this is crucial at this important stage. In reality, it is neither a difficult task nor strenuous work; even if some face some hardship and fatigue in certain areas, it is all for the sake of Allah, Who will reward those who respond for every moment of weariness and every bit of fatigue and thirst with a magnificent reward. The greatest reward is that of jihad in the way of Allah, for it is one of the foremost deeds with immense reward and great virtue—it is also an hnourable position.

I call upon my dear people to take part in the great, million-strong demonstration tomorrow, Allah willing, in the capital, Sana’a, and across the other governorates. This demonstration expresses steadfastness, resilience, and continuity. It is a demonstration that raises the voice for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, assuring them that our people still stand firmly by their side, will never accept abandoning them or remaining silent, and will never allow the Israeli enemy to isolate them.

We ask Allah (the Almighty) to hasten victory and relief for the oppressed Palestinian people and for their dear mujahidin.

We also ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him, have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, and set free our captives. O Allah! Grant us victory. You are the Hearer of Prayer!

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
