Commenting on the effect of Yemen’s concentrated strikes, Khaled Al-Saadi, head of the Palestinian Diaspora Association, described the Zionist settlers as “rats fleeing to shelters” after sirens sounded in over 100 towns following a Yemeni missile attack last night.
In an exclusive statement to Al-Masirah, Al-Saadi praised Yemen’s steadfast support for Gaza and its continued military operations using missiles and drones to disturb and challenge the occupiers.
He emphasized that Palestinians in the heart of Gaza send their greetings to the Yemeni people and leadership, calling on all Arabs and Muslims to recognize Yemen and South Lebanon’s firm stance as a true embodiment of Arab and Islamic unity.
"From thousands of kilometers away, we in Gaza witness Yemeni missiles striking their targets with every operation carried out in support of occupied Palestine, as happened last night," he added.
Al-Saadi pointed out that Yemen has boldly confronted the US and the UK, closing the Red Sea to the Zionist entity and its criminal backers. This mounting pressure, he noted, forced US President Trump to halt his aggression against Yemen after his disgraceful failure to secure any victory over the resilient Yemeni people and their Armed Forces.
He also remarked that what was once remembered as Nakba Day—this Thursday, May 15—has now become a “Day of Return,” transformed by Yemeni missiles into a symbol of the inevitable Palestinian return.
Al-Saadi affirmed that Yemeni missiles have proven to the Zionist entity that no place in occupied Palestine is safe for settlers. The message is clear: no matter how much you expand into occupied lands, you remain a Nazi occupying force, and your defeat is certain and near.
He reiterated that 77 years of Zionist occupation have not broken the Palestinian people’s will, stressing that Palestine belongs solely to the Palestinians. He affirmed Yemen’s continued support for Gaza and vowed that Yemeni missile operations would persist.
Since the escalation of Israeli aggression on Gaza, the Yemeni Armed Forces have intensified their military operations targeting Israeli interests. These operations are part of an act of solidarity with the Palestinian people and a response to the ongoing Israeli military campaign in Gaza.
The Yemeni forces have used ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as drones, to strike strategic targets, including ports, airports, and vessels linked to Israel. Lod Airport, known as Ben Gurion International Airport, has become a symbolic target due to its significance as Israel’s main international gateway.
The attacks are aimed at pressuring Israel to halt its military genocidal war in Gaza. The Yemeni Armed Forces assert that their operations will continue as long as Israeli aggression persists.
