Lebanese Political Analyst: Yemen Stands Firmly in Confrontation Against Zionist with Full Awareness
News - Middle East: Lebanese writer and political analyst Waseem Bazzi commented on Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi's recent speech addressing developments in the Arab and international arena.
In a statement to Almasirah channel, Bazzi noted that "Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi framed the battles in Gaza, the West Bank, and Quds as part of a single Zionist Judaization project led by the occupation, while warning of silent Arab complicity."
He emphasized that "Yemen today stands firmly at the heart of the confrontation against the Zionist enemy with full awareness, even as Washington retreats and abandons Netanyahu." This, he argued, sends "a clear message that those who bet on the enemy lose both history and dignity."
The Lebanese researcher explained that "Sayyed Abdulmalik deliberately connected the events in Gaza, the West Bank, and Quds in his speech—a strategic move to counter the Zionist enemy’s schemes and those who collude with or rely on it."
He added that "every detail in Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi’s speech serves as enlightenment for the generations fighting today with their blood and unwavering determination to defeat the criminal Zionist entity."
Bazzi also highlighted "the pride felt after Sana’a International Airport’s director announced its return to service following the Israeli occupation’s bombing days ago, with flights resuming—a testament to Yemen’s resilience and ability to overcome the repercussions the enemy seeks to entrench."
He stressed that "the Yemeni people deeply understand the nature of the battle against the Zionist enemy, having prepared themselves to persist in striking the enemy deep in its stronghold." This, he noted, explains "why America faced such difficulty confronting Yemen under the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi."
The Yemeni Armed Forces have declared they will continue their assaults until Israel ceases its ground and aerial offensives in Gaza.
Israel launched the campaign of genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023. It has killed more than 53,000 Palestinians there so far.
