The Hebrew website JNS reported that although the Zionist entity recently launched an aggression against Sana'a International Airport and the ports of Hodeidah and Salif—under the pretext of their alleged use for arms smuggling—these strikes have failed to achieve their objectives, as Sana'a continues to fire missiles into the occupied territories.
The report confirmed that the daily missile launches against the entity deliver a painful blow to the occupation, which has proven its political and military failure, pushing Zionist officials to seek "alternative options" amid what they described as the "limited effectiveness of air power."
The report cited Western observers who confirmed the Zionist entity's inability to target Sana'a's leadership, despite relying on advanced aircraft and U.S. intelligence—reflecting the scale of its failure to break Yemen's deterrence system.
The report noted that despite their exorbitant cost, the airstrikes have neither succeeded in neutralizing Sana'a's launch capabilities nor weakened the Yemenis' field control, as they have demonstrated high maneuverability.
Some occupation experts expressed concerns that continued reliance on air power is "unrealistic," especially given the long distance, refueling challenges, and the complexities of pilot recovery in case of downed aircraft.
One of the Zionist entity's foremost missile defense theorists admitted that offensive military operations have historically failed to eliminate missile threats, citing Saudi Arabia's failure to dismantle Yemen's capabilities despite possessing the largest air force in the region as an example.
Since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza in October 2023, the Yemeni Armed Forces have launched a series of strategic military operations—including missile and drone strikes as well as naval and aerial blockades—targeting Israeli-linked infrastructure and shipping routes.
What began with the disruption of maritime traffic in the Red Sea soon evolved into more expansive campaigns, affecting key Israeli economic hubs such as the port of Eilat and Lod Airport.
These operations form part of Yemen’s declared policy of pressuring Israel to end its war on Gaza and lift the siege. The attacks have triggered widespread disruptions in international shipping, tourism, and air travel, with dozens of global airlines suspending operations to and from Israeli airports.
