News - Yemen: Major General Hussein Salami, commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, affirmed that the Ansarullah movement and the Yemeni people have shown unparalleled Islamic chivalry and generosity in defending Palestine.

General Salami said on Wednesday that the Yemenis did not leave the Palestinian people alone on the battlefield and stood firmly by their side during their ordeal.

Meanwhile, the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Navy, Admiral Ali Reza Tangsiri, stated that any naval destroyer or any country that wants to attack Iran will face a strong response, which Tehran has already proven.

Admiral Tangsiri added that the Yemenis are the pride of Islam, defending the oppressed, and by supporting Palestine, they have proven themselves as men of the battlefield.

Since the outbreak of the Gaza war in late 2023, Yemen has emerged as a key actor in the regional support front against the Israeli enemy. The Yemeni Armed Forces began launching missile and drone attacks targeting Israeli infrastructure, most notably Lod Airport (Ben Gurion). 

These operations, framed as acts of solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza, have increasingly drawn regional and international attention due to their strategic precision and psychological impact.
