Yemeni capabilities and weapons have become one of the most prominent elements of deterrence against the United States. Yemen has turned American aircraft carriers from tools of dominance and threat into instruments of failure and frustration, rendering them completely irrelevant in American deterrent calculations. This has forced the Americans to seek alternative strategies that are less costly and more effective. Moreover, stealth aircraft and strategic bombers have proven ineffective against Yemen's air defense systems.
He pointed out that "the collapse of this alliance, along with the European 'Aspides' alliance and the American 'Prosperity' alliance, as well as their defensive systems within occupied Palestinian territories, means that the signs of the entity's demise are closer than ever." This is due to the growing strength of Yemen and the global awareness of the dangers posed by the Zionist project to humanity.
In his interview with Almasirah TV, Shamsan confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces "have successfully imposed a security evolution that has stripped the enemy entity of its most critical advantage: air superiority, which is a cornerstone of its military doctrine. Thanks to Yemen's deterrence, the Zionist enemy entity has lost this advantage."
He questioned the capabilities of the Zionist entity compared to those of the Americans, noting that the Zionist entity was forced to resort to naval weapons out of fear of heeding Al-Mashat's warnings that its aircraft would become 'laughing stocks.'" He stressed that this was "the result of previous operations, as acknowledged by the Americans, regarding the superiority of Yemen's defensive capabilities—so much so that F-35 jets were forced into extreme evasive maneuvers to avoid being hit by a missile."
Shamsan affirmed that the Zionist entity's resort to using naval weapons from the northern Red Sea, via a warship, is "an admission of the risks of approaching and a recognition of the effectiveness of Yemen's naval deterrence and the outcomes of confronting the American fleet."
He explained that Yemen, once a marginal front, has now become the center of confrontation and at the forefront of existential threats to the Zionist enemy entity.
Shamsan noted that Yemen has overturned the equations for both the Americans and the Zionist entity. While air power was once the entity's greatest strength, President Al-Mashat's warnings forced it to abandon this key element of its military doctrine and air superiority, preventing it from approaching Yemeni airspace.
He emphasized that the Zionist entity's targeting of Hodeidah ports from the far north of the Red Sea using naval weapons "was not an offensive advantage but rather a forced choice," which simultaneously demonstrates the effectiveness of Yemeni deterrence—transcending geography to impose strategic deterrence across the region.
He stressed that "the multi-dimensional siege increases pressure on the Zionist entity, as it can no longer provide convincing narratives to its domestic front regarding missile interceptions—especially with airlines and aviation companies requiring a safe and stable environment. This situation impacts the political front, airlines, and economic entities facing real danger."
He affirmed that the Zionist entity's inability to identify the type of Yemeni missile—describing it as "multi-warhead" even though such missiles have not yet been used—reveals its complete failure in missile identification. Both missiles reached their targets and achieved their intended objectives.
Regarding the next phase, Shamsan confirmed that President Al-Mashat's warnings—preceded by a message from the Chief of Staff of the Yemeni Armed Forces to the Palestinian resistance—indicate that "advanced missiles have not yet been deployed." This means an impending catastrophe for the Zionist entity if political, consular, and embassy entities fail to realize that Yemen's threats are not for media consumption but for execution.
He concluded with a warning: dealing with multi-warhead missiles, if deployed, would vastly expand the danger zone, as their projectiles are unguided and would strike multiple locations across occupied Palestinian territories—including embassies, consulates, and companies. He urged concerned entities to take these warnings seriously, as those who ignore them will bear the consequences.
