Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi Speaks on Latest Developments, in English (August 7, 2025)

I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

In this week’s developments of the brutal, savage, and criminal Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the humanitarian tragedy deepens daily. The Israeli enemy continues its severe starvation campaign for the fifth consecutive month, having resumed the tight blockade and the complete ban on aid entering Gaza. This is done with American backing and full cover for this level of starvation, alongside the collusion of certain Arab and European regimes, and widespread, shameful, and unprecedented Arab and Islamic passivity. All these factors have contributed to creating this horrific tragedy and unparalleled starvation—a grave crime carried out in full view of the world.

With every passing hour, new tragic stories emerge, revealing the extent of suffering, tragedy, and injustice. The number of martyrs due to starvation increases by the hour, and others are also on the verge of martyrdom because of starvation. At the forefront are infants and children of all ages, denied food by the enemy, including baby formula. Pregnant women, new mothers, the elderly, and the sick are facing the same risk. This tragedy engulfs two million Palestinians, and the oppression is extremely severe.

Humanitarian aid trucks are piling up at the Gaza border crossings, prevented from entering by the Israeli enemy. According to the Government Media Office in Gaza, over 22,000 aid trucks are currently stalled at the crossings, most of them belonging to the UN and international organisations, as well as various other bodies. Food is there, right at Gaza’s gates, yet the Israeli enemy blocks its entry to starve the Palestinian people and leave them to suffer from hunger as a deliberate method of extermination and torture—a brutal and horrific crime.

The scale of the tragedy and the crime has reached such a level that even a supporter of Zionist Israeli crimes, like the criminal American president Trump, has described what is happening in Gaza as unfortunate, shameful, and catastrophic. Indeed, these descriptions perfectly fit the horrific Israeli crime of starving two million people in the Gaza Strip.

This also applies to every detail of this tragedy, with all its unfolding events. Every child, every woman, and every person—young or old—among the Palestinian people in Gaza has their own story of immense pain and suffering. The scale of this injustice is truly horrific. The accounts shared by the media about this crime, detailing the suffering of children, breadwinners, mothers, women, the elderly, the young, the wounded, and the disabled, are deeply heartbreaking. They are profoundly saddening, catastrophic, and a disgrace to the world. This disgrace falls most heavily on Arabs among Muslims and then Muslims above all others, both Arab and non-Arab. This situation fits the description given by the American president—a clear and open admission of the enormity of the crime, in which the US is fully complicit and plays a central role. It is truly tragic, a calamity, a catastrophe, and a stain on humanity—a disaster in every sense of the word.

Alongside starvation, there is the horrific crime of denying water—an equally terrible and brutal act. The suffering in Gaza is immense, even just to get a drink of water. According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, 96 per cent of households in Gaza face water insecurity. In other words, the vast majority of families endure severe hardship and face serious risks just to obtain a sip of water. Such is the scale of Israeli criminality.

The Israeli enemy also continues to target fishermen who go out to sea in search of food. It targets them right away, killing some and abducting others.

The Israeli enemy also continues its killing effort through American bombs and shells, air strikes, and sniper fire, targeting everyone—children, women, displaced people—especially those seeking food through aid, which is tightly controlled by the Americans and Israelis in these deadly traps and lethal rations offered to the Palestinian people. The proportion of martyrs and wounded caught in these death traps is alarmingly high, making this one of the most heinous crimes committed jointly by the Israelis and the Americans.

Speaking about these death traps, an American officer stated that the aid distribution sites had been designed to be death traps, with armed Americans actively involved in what is happening in Gaza. As an American officer who worked in those traps, he admits that they were designed from the outset as killing traps, intended for the extermination of the Palestinian people. They engineer hunger, and, with the people of Gaza facing extreme famine, some are forced to go there for food. At that point, they are targeted with utter brutality and savagery. The American officer testified that he saw Israeli soldiers firing on Palestinian civilians even with tank shells, mortar rounds, and artillery shells, while the Palestinians were unarmed civilians on the brink of death from hunger. He bore witness to having seen horrific war crimes.

Indeed, many scenes broadcast by the media show various methods of attack, sometimes even through air raids or drones. Israeli soldiers target people collectively during gatherings, while people are waiting, and even when they are scattered. They even target individuals, such as when someone is on his way to deliver a bag of flour to his family. In these attacks, they sometimes use a drone, sometimes a tank shell, sometimes a sniper—employing every method of assault and atrocity.

This was all about the Gaza Strip, where the tragedy is immense. Media outlets publish daily accounts, revealing the horror, atrocity, and cruelty of what is happening. This is all being perpetrated against an Arab Muslim people, towards whom the Ummah bears humanitarian, religious, and moral responsibility.

Regarding Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, this week also witnessed incursions of a kind not seen before. In describing the incursions carried out by the Zionist Jews against the Al-Aqsa Mosque, it is said that this week's incursions are the largest. In a single day, the number of intruders reached 3,969, and among those who took part in some of these incursions were leading Zionist criminals—those referred to as ministers.

Remaining silent in the face of these violations, assaults, and the desecration of the sanctity of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is a disgrace to Muslims, a shame upon them, and a betrayal of a sacred and weighty responsibility, foremost among their religious duties. This silence carries grave dangers: It emboldens the Israeli enemy in its well-known agenda, which it actively pursues—namely, to demolish the Al-Aqsa Mosque and build their alleged temple.

The Israeli enemy is seeking to impose new realities in what is described as 'the temporal and spatial division'. This situation has become virtually an established, ongoing reality. It represents a highly dangerous step in the Israeli enemy's drive to achieve its ultimate objective concerning the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is the destiny of the Prophet's Night Journey, the qibla of the Muslims for seventeen months in the early days of Islam, and a sacred place of immense sanctity in Islam. Such neglect on the part of Muslims is perilous for them in their standing before Allah (Glory be to Him), as well as in all other arenas of struggle with the Israeli enemy—an enemy with whom the conflict is regarded as a comprehensive one, in every domain.

The Israeli enemy continues its efforts to Judaise Al-Quds City. It seeks to establish more settlement outposts on the occupied lands. It persists in demolishing Palestinian homes to shrink the Palestinian presence in the city of Al-Quds. It has a plan it has worked on for years, constantly striving to erode the indigenous Palestinian foothold in Al-Quds, which is a Palestinian city. It aims to reduce the indigenous population there and employs many means to achieve this goal. Furthermore, the demolitions of homes continue to the extent that residents are forced to demolish their own houses. This week in Jabel Mukaber, a large number of homes were demolished, and residents were compelled to destroy their own houses; otherwise, they would face enormous fines if they did not comply. Some were forced to do so to avoid these exorbitant fines, which they could not possibly afford. This week also saw further expulsions of imams and preachers from Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Israeli enemy continues its assaults in the West Bank in every form imaginable and with every detail of them: It persists in killings, kidnappings, and physical assaults. It persists in these actions, alongside the usurping settler herds who operate under a wide-ranging programme and with direct protection from the criminal gangs known as 'the Israeli army'. This programme is a broad campaign of assaults and violations, including the demolition and burning of homes, looting, and the destruction of agricultural crops. Likewise, in relation to livestock wealth, various crimes have been committed, ranging from theft and killing to poisoning. This week, in some areas of the West Bank, the Zionist usurpers poisoned sheep, as occurred north of Ariḥa, targeting Palestinian flocks. There were also incidents of farms and homes being set alight in various locations.

The scale of the assaults in the West Bank is vast, to the extent that some statistics confirm that during this month alone there have been more than 1800 attacks. The Palestinian Authority provides no protection whatsoever for the Palestinian people there. Instead, it collaborates with the Israeli enemy in various ways, particularly in targeting the mujahidin under the pretext of 'security coordination with the Israeli enemy'. Meanwhile, it persistently and stubbornly promotes its mistaken choice represented in negotiations, peace, and refraining from any confrontation with the Israeli enemy. This is a choice that has been conclusively proven to be futile and without any results. Throughout all these decades, it has become clear that the Israeli enemy does not honour any agreements made with the Palestinian Authority or anyone else.

The Israeli enemy is treacherous by nature. In their philosophy, culture, and beliefs, the Israelis do believe that they have no obligation to honour any agreements made with those they refer to as 'the gentiles', meaning non-Jews. In their view, any agreement with non-Jews can be used as a form of deception and a tactical measure to achieve certain objectives. The Holy Quran confirms this truth, stating, {'Why is it that every time they make a covenant, a group of them casts it aside?'}[Al-Baqarah 2:100]. The expression 'every time' clearly indicates that they never honour any charters, commitments, or agreements with others. For them, the issue is about seizing the moment to betray, to shape conditions in their favour, to clear away hurdles, and then to persist in their criminality, oppression, and usurpation.

Today, as in recent days, the Israeli enemy is considering a criminal course of action with two possible paths: either a full occupation of the Gaza Strip or a partial one.

Its hesitation stems from the high cost that the Israeli enemy knows such a move would entail: It is fully aware that a full occupation of Gaza would result in heavy costs and significant losses in terms of killed and wounded Israeli soldiers, and that it would be unable to establish stability. Instead, such a step would plunge it into a never-ending crisis.

Given the fact that this decision entails further escalation and the continuation of the horrific crime of genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli enemy relies on American permission, claiming to have obtained it. Such American permission signifies that the Americans will continue to offer the Israeli enemy full and unconditional support: from supplying shells and bombs to offering political and financial backing, as well as protection and full partnership. This is certain should it proceed with this crime.

Even after the failure of what it called the 'Gideon’s Chariots' operation, the Israeli enemy is now considering a move that is undoubtedly bound to fail. Even if it commits grave crimes and atrocities, it will not achieve the outcome it seeks: to establish a stable and total occupation, assert full control, and bring the battle to a decisive end in its favour. By Allah’s will, this will not happen—nor will it ever.

The current condition of the Israeli army is unstable. It is widely known that it has suffered heavy losses because of its aggression. Thanks to Allah, our fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip delivered powerful and painful blows to the Israeli enemy, leaving a profound impact on the army’s overall condition.

This is why there are explicit admissions that the Israeli army is simply not in a good condition to carry out this criminal move with ease or without incurring heavy costs. Moreover, the outcome itself is so uncertain that even senior criminal figures within the Israeli army have acknowledged that they do not expect to achieve this aggressive objective, nor to do so with stability or without continued resistance and jihad from our fellow mujahidin in Gaza.

They therefore recognise that they cannot achieve their desired outcome: win the battle, secure full control, and eradicate the Palestinian cause once and for all. Instead, they will find themselves slipping into a deep state of attrition, as our fellow mujahidin remain resolute in their resistance, undeterred by any battlefield developments.

However, should the Israeli enemy proceed with this step, it would make it unmistakably clear that it no longer cares at all about its captives. And this has caused deep concern among many Israelis, who see their senior criminal leadership showing blatant disregard for the destiny of those captives—even when it comes to the matter of starvation. In reality, the captives held by our fellow mujahidin in Gaza are suffering just like others in the Strip, facing severe food shortages and enduring suffering. There are videos showing them pleading for food and calling for humanitarian aid to be allowed into Gaza.

Anyway, whatever form the decision takes—whether the Israeli enemy proceeds with this brutal and criminal move, targets parts of Gaza, or pursues another course of action—it still signifies the same thing: continuing escalation with a green light from America. That green light is not merely rhetorical; rather, it reflects full backing and active partnership. It is also accompanied by the complicity of certain Arab regimes and widespread Arab inaction. These three factors together form the foundation of all the Zionist Jewish crimes committed against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and all of Palestine at large.

The most regrettable aspect of all this lies in the current Arab reality. Even when action is taken, it is often the wrong kind—marked by confusion and the absence of a sound guiding vision. The Arab reality today is split between those who plead with the Americans or the Europeans, imploring them to intervene to save the Palestinian people and those who take steps that either go hand in hand with or even adopt negative positions towards the Palestinian people, such as:

  • the so-called two-state solution conference, which demeaned the Palestinian resistance and the mujahidin and demanded they surrender their weapons, among other things; and
  • the situation currently unfolding in Lebanon, where the Lebanese government and certain political parties have adopted Israeli-American demands.

This Arab confusion—marked by inaction and the adoption of American and Western narratives in the face of this clear and glaring injustice—is a disgrace and a scandal witnessed by all nations on the earth. It is a deeply shameful and sorrowful condition: Arabs adopt foolish options and senseless policies in response to the Israeli and American campaign of genocide, one that is marked by tyranny, occupation, and greedy ambitions. They present utterly irrational proposals despite all the Israeli enemy's actions—its violations, killings, crimes, and acts of tyranny—along with its open declarations revealing the depth of its ambitions and the reality of its objectives, and how its crimes have exposed the depth of its savagery, aggression, and hatred.

What do some Arabs say in the face of all this Israeli barbarity, criminality, aggression, and attempts at occupation? They say that the solution lies in disarming these peoples from any weapons to resist the Israeli enemy and in ceasing all forms of resistance to its assaults and crimes! This is the best the genius of Arabs—or some of them—could come up with! In the light of all this criminality, tyranny, and aggression from Israel and America—with all their weaponry and military apparatus—they propose that the solution is to disarm Hamas and the Palestinian factions in Gaza and to strip the Lebanese resistance and Hezbollah of their weapons.

This absurd proposal has no basis whatsoever, except that it aligns with American and Israeli demands. It has nothing to do with any sound or valid reasoning that could serve the peoples of this Ummah, whether in Palestine, Lebanon, or anywhere else. It is all about meeting an American-Israeli demand that serves the Americans and the Israelis in achieving their goals: occupation, domination, subjugation, oppression, forced displacement, and absolute control. This is only because it is what the Americans and the Israelis want—nothing more, nothing less.

This absurd proposal, which openly serves the enemy and fully adopts its demands, paving the way for it to tighten its grip without resistance, is one that no reasonable person on the earth would support in any comparable situation. Whenever a people, a nation, or a country faces an enemy that occupies, kills, and commits genocide, it is staggeringly naive to suggest to the oppressed, whose land is occupied, that what would benefit them and help them gain independence, recover their land, and protect themselves is to be a nation without arms, stripped even of the most basic weapons in their possession!

This proposal contradicts all commonsense, observed reality, and what is universally recognised—as expressed in intellectual, religious, and even philosophical traditions. It defies what is self-evident, and this is truly bizarre. Allah (the Almighty) guides us, as an Islamic Ummah, to what shields us from harm and evil and makes us strong enough to stand up to the wicked, the tyrants, and all criminal oppressors, including the Zionist Jews—these very people whose atrocities witnessed by all and known for their severity and horror, and who are known for showing no regard for any values, morals, laws, religious principles, or anything whatsoever. Indeed, they are completely lawless, savage, and criminal without restraint. While Allah (Glory be to Him) says, {'Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power'}[Al-Anfal 8:60], they argue the opposite: to strip ourselves of every means of power capable of pushing back against this threat!

Weapons are among the means of power; the whole world knows that weapons are a primary source of power. Military strength and capability are among the most fundamental needs in facing enemies, confronting threats, and resisting tyrants, criminals, occupiers, and oppressors. In short, one of the most urgent needs for any people is to possess military capability and resources, with arms at the core. These forces seek to disarm us of even the most basic weapons. They aim to strip our peoples and any movement or faction within the Islamic Ummah of the ability to carry even conventional arms and resist a usurping, occupying enemy characterised by lawlessness and tyranny.

Their rhetoric—promoted through media outlets and echoed by advocates of their agenda—is focused on embedding in the public mindset of Arabs and Muslims that the root of the problem lies in the weapons themselves. As a result, this becomes the dominant narrative adopted by certain components, parties, and officials in Lebanon and embraced by the Palestinian Authority and some Arab regimes, even voiced by officials and in various media outlets: They all argue that the problem facing the Palestinian people and the Gaza Strip stems from the weapons of the Palestinian factions and that the problem in Lebanon lies in the weapons of the resistance. This is the narrative they promote and seek to entrench.

It is appalling deception, and it is both regrettable and saddening that such rhetoric is now being put forward. It falls in line with similar proposals, repeated often by a faction that has chosen loyalty to America, adopted its agenda, fallen into collaboration with it, which eventually leads to serving the Israeli enemy. All of this unfolds in complete disregard for the reality of the Palestinian cause from its inception to this very day.

The Palestinian cause did not begin this year, nor last year. In other words, the Palestinian cause is not just two years old. It has spanned more than a century, going back to the era of British colonial occupation. Following the 'Balfour Declaration' and under British control—with the backing of Western and American powers—Zionist Jews were brought in to occupy Palestine. From the very beginning, what was the problem that negatively affected the Palestinian people, enabling the Jewish Zionists to occupy Palestine? The problem was that they were not prepared to face this danger militarily, nor did they receive the adequate, continuous Arab support—one reflecting full awareness of the threat—to protect themselves and the surrounding nations within this Ummah from this threat.

When the Zionist gangs first emerged—starting as small groups, with some numbering in the hundreds before later growing into the thousands—they used rifles and dynamite in their assault on the Palestinian people. In what would later be called the '48 territories', under the schemes that partitioned Palestine and handed it to the enemy, they attacked villages, easily slaughtering their inhabitants even with daggers, axes, and knives, because those people had no weapons to defend themselves with. They did not unite their efforts to mount an armed resistance to ward off the danger.

One of the most prominent reasons that enabled the Israeli enemy to occupy Palestine was the scarcity of weapons in the hands of the Palestinian people, along with the failure to build a significant military capability in Palestine—drawn from among its own sons—to defend them from danger.

The situation would have been entirely different from what it is today if the Arabs had taken this correct course from the very beginning—building up the Palestinian people into a strong nation, possessing all types of weaponry and an organised, trained military force that could work collectively to ward off danger. At the time, the Palestinian people had no weapons, so the problem was never that Palestinians had weapons. The problem was that they had too few or none at all.

In Lebanon, the Israeli enemy had invaded the entire country, reaching as far as Beirut. It was only after this that the resistance was formed to expel it from Lebanon; it grew, gained strength, and succeeded in achieving this major objective. Since then—from the year 2000 until today—the only factor deterring the Israeli enemy from returning to occupy Lebanon has been the resistance: its strength and its weapons, held by believing men who possess a comprehensive vision and proceed from a faith-based standpoint in confronting the Israeli enemy, its ambitions, tyranny, and criminality. Its ambitions are clear and vast.

It is really foolish for Arabs to put forward the argument that the problem lies in the weapons, and that the solution is to disarm the Palestinians in Gaza and strip the Lebanese of the very weapons used for protecting people in Lebanon. As we have said, it contradicts and conflicts with natural instinct, with tangible realities, and with observable facts. It has no basis whatsoever; rather, it is an American-Israeli demand that some Arabs seek to fulfil, which is a very unfortunate matter indeed!

Thus, we repeatedly emphasise that all Muslims—be they from the elite, governments, or ordinary people—are in need of a correct understanding of the nature of this conflict with the Israeli enemy and its allies, the Zionist Jews and their various arms that work to implement the Zionist agenda. Ignoring and failing to consider this matter—the nature of this conflict, its particular circumstances, who the enemies are, and what they seek—is one of the disastrous reasons why regimes and governments, backed and echoed by certain elites, adopt foolish, catastrophic choices that serve the enemy—in fact, they are its own demands. In the end, the matter degenerates into a situation where the Israeli issues dictates that certain Arab regimes hasten to implement, endorsed by elites within their peoples, while the peoples themselves remain silent, inert, and ultimately adopt those Israeli demands. Every Israeli and American demand is about advancing Israeli interests. The Israelis are not a fair adversary who considers the interests of all or safeguards the welfare of this Ummah. Likewise, the Americans are not an impartial party acting with fairness and concern to say that they also take your interests into account! Rather, they only care about American and Israeli interests, with no regard whatsoever for this Ummah or its rights. This is therefore the case when the Americans and the Israelis call for the disarmament of the resistance in Lebanon, stripping Lebanon of the only means that has provided it with protection on the ground. It is well known to all that the Lebanese army will not defend Lebanon. It does not have the capabilities and resources to confront such a threat posed by the Israeli enemy, which the United States openly supports, nor does it have the political will. Otherwise, it would have defended the country in the past. In fact, it did not defend Lebanon at any stage in the past, nor under any of the previous circumstances. Today, the danger is greater, the challenge is greater, and the Lebanese army is even less capable than before, given the situation on the ground, its limited means and capabilities, and the political complexities that block action.

The same goes for Gaza: They seek to strip the resistance of its weapons, with certain Arab regimes embracing this stance. These very regimes have done nothing for Gaza, so how, then, could they do anything for it afterwards?

This issue requires understanding; the nature of the conflict requires understanding. Decisions and choices ought to be grounded in a genuine awareness of the enemy and of the cause itself. How do the enemies see the Palestinian cause? On what basis do they act? What are the foundations that shape their orientations, decisions, premises, and positions? However, all of this is ignored by the Arabs.

The existence of the Israeli enemy as an occupying entity in Palestine is built on three intertwined pillars. Its ambitions, however, extend far beyond Palestine, with American and Western partnership. Indeed, America and Britain share in these pillars. There is a broad movement behind this project, including Western decision-makers and all those pro-Zionist forces in the West that dominate policymaking in Europe.

They all share in these three foundational pillars. The first is religious belief: a common ideology among Zionists—both the Zionist Jews and those Christians aligned with them. They see it as a divine mandate, even a religious mission, to seize Palestine and a vast region beyond. This includes the Levant, reaching into Iraq and Egypt, and covering wide areas of the Arabian Peninsula—including the sacred sites of Mecca, Medina, Al-Aqsa, and Al-Quds. Their goal is to establish a global regime over this region, one that dominates the world, subjugates Muslims, and works towards their extermination. In their religious doctrine and beyond, Muslims are regarded as evil and not truly human—only resembling humans in outward form. In their view, Muslims are unfit to exist. This belief is firmly rooted in the ideology of Jews—they firmly believe in it. This is also their view of all Arabs—without exception. Even those who align themselves with them, admire them, glorify them, or betray their religion and Ummah for their sake are not seen any differently. Their perception remains unchanged.

There are numerous texts that reveal how they perceive our Ummah and its peoples; to cite just a few, one passage from the Talmud states, 'The Jews are human beings. The non-Jews are beasts.' This reflects a firmly held belief—a religious conviction and a deeply entrenched perspective. They view other peoples—especially Muslims and Arabs—as subhuman. In some Talmudic texts, they are described as lower in rank than dogs and pigs. This is how they perceive Arabs—as beneath even dogs and pigs. It is a view grounded in total contempt. If they do not even acknowledge Arabs as human beings—nor even as creatures equal to dogs and pigs—then isn’t this an extremely hostile perspective? What kind of treatment can such a mindset produce towards Arabs? Another Talmudic text states that all nations are cursed, except for the 'blessed' nation of the Jews. So they curse all Arabs and all Muslims. They consider them a cursed nation that must be destroyed and wiped out.

Another passage from the Talmud states that Allah granted the Jews the right to dominate other nations, shed their blood, and seize all they own. They believe that Allah has given them absolute authority over the blood and property of other nations. This belief leads them to deem the blood of others as legally permissible to spill. Their rabbis issue religious rulings supporting this, and their ideological upbringing instils this ideology from childhood. The same applies to what other nations own: land, resources, oil, and beyond.

When it comes to rape, they legitimise such criminal acts in the most brutal form, even though rape is among the most heinous and abominable offences by common human standards and, more importantly, by Allah’s law. It is condemned by divine law, ethical standards, and moral principles—yet these are all denied.

A passage from the Talmud states that it is permitted for a Jew to rape a non-Jewish woman, but forbidden to marry her. Based on this, some religious individuals among the Jews have justified the rape of Palestinian prisoners in jails and detention centres. For example, the criminal Ben Gvir has declared it a fitting form of revenge. They not only normalise the crime but also portray it as justified and even commendable, despite being a crime universally condemned.

Worse still, another text permits the rape of a non-Jewish girl as young as three years old—one of the most horrific forms of brutality and inhumanity: endorsing the violation of even the youngest children, no more than three years old!

Regarding the permissibility of seizing others’ property, we mentioned that a Talmudic text permits shedding the blood of non-Jewish nations and seizing all they possess. Another passage declares that seizing the property of a non-Jew is always a source of pleasure. They view such acts as gratifying and positive. This reveals their aggressive, savage, criminal, and misguided mindset. They are shaped by a dark cultural legacy—one that breeds tyranny and crime. The psychological formation resulting from this false culture, rooted in grim beliefs, manifests in this way.

Another Talmudic statement asserts that the property of a non-Jew belongs to no one. In other words, they deny that Muslims, Arabs, or any non-Jews have rightful ownership. Even if a non-Jew possesses something, he is not seen as a legitimate owner. In their view, a non-Jew has no right to own anything. That very text also states that any Jew who comes across such property has the absolute right to seize it.

Allah summarised this mentality in the Holy Quran: {'This is because they say, "There is no blame upon us concerning the Gentiles"'}[Ali 'Imran 3:75]. For them, violating others’ lives, honour, wealth, and possessions is justified in their religious doctrine—one firmly held and backed by deep contempt. So much so, they view Arabs as beneath even dogs and pigs, holding not a grain of respect for them.

According to one of their Talmudic texts, whoever sheds the blood of a non-Jew is offering a sacrifice to 'the Lord'. Based on this belief, they permit the killing of children, women, the elderly, and the young. This is clearly stated in another distorted text of theirs: 'kill both men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.' It also commands them to kill everything, destroy everything, and burn everything.

This is who they are. This is a clear reflection of their worldview, psyche, attitude, and actual practice. They committed these very acts in Gaza against the Palestinian people, in full view of the world. These are not merely doctrines they decided to leave behind, just like many Muslims today, who fail to uphold the noble, sacred teachings that could foster goodness, honour, and glory among all nations. The Jews fully implement their doctrines, despite being rooted in evil, darkness, and falsehood. And every time these beliefs are brought into reality, they take on their ugliest form. To the point that even the American President described the situation in Gaza—brought about by these crimes—as shameful, catastrophic, and disgraceful.

Allah (Glory be to Him) has revealed their truth to us, and they themselves expose the depth of their evil nature. They hold a religious belief that they must, as we mentioned, dominate this region and annihilate its peoples. And they consider this a matter of utmost importance, driven by enormous hatred.

Zionist Jews combine religious doctrine with greedy ambitions, for their creed was, from its very foundation, a false construction designed to align completely with their ambitions: to violate other peoples, their property, their wealth, and their lands. This also has to do with pursuing a grand dream of theirs: to succeed in using their domination over our region, with its strategically vital location, as a launchpad for global domination and influence. They are attached to views, ideologies, and beliefs rooted in the idea that they are destined to achieve religious dominion—according to their Zionist vision and beliefs—and dominate the world from this very region. Indeed, they want to turn our region into the headquarters of a global regime—one that enslaves peoples, subjugates nations, and controls all wealth. Their greed and insatiable appetite know no bounds. Though they are among the wealthiest of nations, with vast resources amassed through every forbidden means, they still went so far as to accuse Allah Himself: {‘And the Jews said, “Allah is tight-fisted.” May their fists be tied and they be condemned for what they said’}[Al-Ma'idah 5:64]. They accuse Allah of stinginess, despite the fact that they are one of the wealthiest nations and second to none in plundering the wealth of others.

Look at the statements made by the American ambassador to the Israeli enemy. He said, 'As I say all the time,'—indicating he is actively promoting this idea and this vision—'America has a lot of friends. We have a lot of allies. We only really have one partner: Israel.' He does not see the others as partners. In reality, he considers them mere slaves and servants. When he says 'allies' and 'friends', he’s simply masking the reality. He says, ' We only really have one partner.' He went on to come up with lies against Allah, saying that He (Glory be to Him) chose the Jewish people and gave them a mission to be a light for all other nations. He also claimed that the divine truth will be revealed through them and that Allah gave them a piece of land that could be considered as the most controversial land in the world. This is the American vision. And yet the Arabs go begging to the Americans, pleading with them to return Palestine to its rightful people. Meanwhile, the Americans say this land—not just Palestine, but the whole region—was granted to the Jews by Allah. They say that Allah chose the Jews to be a light to all nations! What light could they represent—those obscurantists, criminals, savages, and enemies of humanity, who trample on human dignity, the sanctity of life, and people’s rights, everything one may hold dear?!

The Speaker of the US House of Representatives made statements during his visit this week to usurped areas in the occupied West Bank—what they refer to as 'settlements'. He said that it is an honour for him to be the highest-ranking American official to officially visit those areas. Considering it a source of honour to support or serve the Israeli enemy is not something new for the Americans. It appears time and again in the statements of US presidents, not just in this administration but in previous ones too. However, in this administration, it is repeated often: that it is an honour to assist the Israeli enemy, to provide it with every kind of support, to fight alongside it, and to offer it everything. They see this as an honour. They support its criminality, tyranny, injustice, the slaughter of children and women, the starvation of entire nations, the extermination of the defenceless, the violation of dignity, rape, and every conceivable crime. And yet they call it 'an honour'! Meanwhile, this Islamic Ummah fails to rise in defence of the oppressed, the ones under assault, in the cause of truth and justice—where true honour resides. It does not act upon its own sound and just principles to establish fairness, nor does it respond to Allah in what truly brings honour. It does not move under the guidance of the Quran, about which Allah says, {'And indeed, it is a glory for you and your people'}[Az-Zukhruf 43:44]—a profound honour for this Ummah.

During that same visit, the Speaker of the US House of Representatives also said that 'Scripture' teaches him that this land was promised to the Jewish people and belongs to them by right, affirming that America stands with them. Such are the Americans—the ones who support crime, back injustice and aggression, and attribute lies to Allah. In fact, attributing lies to Allah is a deeply entrenched habit for them, a legacy passed down through generations. Throughout history, they have carried this deviant path.

It is the same America whose most heinous crime against Japan was commemorated yesterday: the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, followed just days later by Nagasaki. With all its brutality and savagery, it has never apologised to Japan for that atrocity, which obliterated thousands of women and children—an entire city of unarmed civilians—in mere seconds. Yet even with this record of criminality and tyranny, it continues its course of supporting the Israeli enemy.

The Israelis and the Americans are the ones who should have been told: You must not possess any weapons or military capabilities. The Israelis and the Americans—who unleash the deadliest weapons to annihilate peoples and humanity at large—are the perpetrators of genocide in outlook, method, and practice, and they carry it out against human communities. They pose a threat to all societies—first and foremost to our Islamic Ummah and our Arab countries, and to others as well. They are the ones who should be told: Your possession of weapons endangers people—children, women, the elderly, and the young. This should be said to them because of their savage and criminal nature, not to the oppressed—those subjected to aggression, who observe human and moral restraints and bear arms in defence of a just cause. Such is the reality the Arabs are blind to.

Therefore, we say that all the visions and orientations of Arab regimes, elites, and figures that contradict the Holy Quran are blind, benighted, and false, and they inflict heavy losses on the Ummah. The disasters, losses, and tragedies that have occurred in Palestine and beyond are the product of such stupid, ignorant visions, which are not grounded in sound criteria for assessing the cause and the enemy—visions like stripping the Palestinian people of their arms, and stripping Lebanon of the strength of its resistance.

Since the British occupation of Palestine, the slogan and option of peace has often been raised. Later, with the rise of Jewish Zionist gangs and their occupation of large parts of Palestine, the two-state solution was proposed. From the outset, it was advanced as a deception and to forestall any Palestinian or Arab action against the Israeli occupation and control. Decade after decade—seventy years, seventy-seven years, and still today—it continues to be put forward. This is sheer nonsense, folly, and staggering stupidity, and a stubborn insistence on failed, illegitimate options; whereas jihad in the way of Allah (Glory be to Him) is the only successful option.

The steadfastness of the fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip over twenty-two months proves it is a successful option, for it is this remarkable steadfastness that has prevented the Israeli enemy throughout this entire period from fully controlling the Gaza Strip or achieving its objectives—despite the limited material capabilities of the mujahidin. It is, therefore, a successful course of action that the Ummah should support.

The fellow mujahidin in Gaza continue their heroic operations with unparalleled commitment and courage. This week, the Al-Qassam Brigades carried out around twelve varied operations: striking enemy vehicles, sniping its criminal soldiers, shelling gatherings of its criminal gangs, and mounting joint operations with the Al-Quds Brigades. This week also witnessed other operations by the Al-Quds Brigades and other factions.

The Israeli enemy is openly expressing its disappointment, which is clear proof of the effectiveness and impact of the mujahidin’s resistance in the Gaza Strip. That disappointment was articulated by 'the former head of Israeli military intelligence', Amos Yadlin, who said that Israel is facing attrition, as it is bogged down in Gaza and approaching a profound strategic defeat. Many such statements have been made by military leaders, security officials, and others. There are also statements about the options currently on the table among the criminal Zionists regarding the full occupation of Gaza. They acknowledge this would not mean the end of the battle, nor the end of Hamas; rather, it would embroil the Israeli enemy in a protracted war of attrition lasting many years, with the risk of major losses and the loss of its captives.

Regarding the demonstrations in support of Gaza, the Muslim and Arab world witnessed demonstrations in 8 countries, with Yemen ranking first worldwide in public engagement and turnout. There were also demonstrations in America, Europe, and various other countries—seventeen in total—some of which have been met with repression and persecution, as is happening in America and Germany. In the Norwegian capital, large demonstrations took place despite heavy rain, and there were also major demonstrations in Australia.

The Americans continue to harass university students, and the administrative authorities in some universities have even begun collaborating with the government against the students through arbitrary and unjust measures.

In a commendable move, Slovenia has become the first European country to ban the import, export, and transfer of weapons to Israel. This is a good step, and all European governments ought to follow suit if they are sincere in their sympathy for the Palestinian people.

Regarding the support operations of Yemen (the land of faith) in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad, this week's operations were carried out with fourteen drones and hypersonic and ballistic missiles. Some of these struck Lod Airport, with sirens blaring across vast areas of Palestine. Millions of Zionists fled to shelters, and flights at Lod Airport were suspended.

Further strikes targeted the Israeli enemy in Yaffa, Haifa, and Asqalan, alongside naval operations in the far north of the Red Sea. The maritime blockade continues with great effectiveness and impact, as the port of Umm Al-Rashrash, which the enemy calls 'Eilat', remains shut.

As for grassroots activities in our country, this week witnessed many activities:

  • Raymah Governorate hosted a large gathering of scholars and mosque preachers, under the auspices of the principal national body that organises scholarly activity—the Association of Yemeni Scholars. This meeting is a model that religious scholars and mosque preachers across Arab and Islamic countries should emulate.
  • A large cohort graduated from the mobilisation programme at Sana'a University, and they staged a large parade yesterday.
  • Large-scale university marches were held in a number of Yemeni governorates, including Al-Hudaydah and Hajjah. Male and female students at the Quran Academy also had their own marches and events.
  • Students took to the streets in mass marches yesterday in Sana'a, Sa'dah, and elsewhere.
  • Yemen has also seen extensive and dignified activity in the form of tribal gatherings.

As we have repeatedly said, all forms of activity in this country provide an important model for all other peoples.

If the Israeli enemy, the Americans, and even those European regimes supporting this enemy saw that the assault on the Palestinian people and these truly horrific crimes, which even they have now acknowledged for their atrocity, savagery, and ugliness as a catastrophe and disgrace, are met with public reaction in the Arab and Islamic countries similar to what we see in Yemen—nationwide mobilisation in mosques, schools, and universities, with every segment of society playing an active role—this would have alarmed them and forced them to take that seriously. This would have been the case if they saw overwhelming anger across the Ummah, expressed and translated into action. This would have had a significant impact on the decisions and positions of regimes and rulers. However, some regimes and rulers work to paralyse their peoples and push them into a state of silence and inaction. Strangely enough, their peoples comply—though they are hundreds of millions. Thus, a great ummah on this earth—the two-billion-strong Muslim Ummah—has been shackled in an extremely disgraceful state. It is nothing short of a scandal among nations and in the sight of Allah (Glory be to Him). In fact, this is not only a scandal and a hideous disgrace but also a source of grave consequences, for this is gross dereliction and a grave sin—one that grows over time as Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people increase and the tragedy and suffering of the Palestinian people deepen.

Our dear Yemeni people continue their widespread effort as part of a position that honours them before Allah. Continuing this effort is crucial because it is a great and righteous deed, jihad in the path of Allah, and a significant responsibility. Therefore, the more a person continues in this path, the more he accumulates a tremendous record of righteous deeds that draw him closer to Allah and honourable actions that shape his character and enhance his awareness, determination, faith, and human values. This is because following the right path, based on Allah's guidance and teachings, elevates a person, brings him closer to Allah, enhances his awareness, insight, and wisdom, and purifies his soul. However, following the wrong path leads a person into greater blindness, spiritual corruption, and moral decline, eventually plunging him into ruin—Allah forbid.

Maintaining this activity with great momentum is profoundly important, as it is a fulfilment of our responsibility before Allah, an act of obedience to Him, and a means of drawing closer to Him, the Almighty. It is an effort of great significance, even in building our reality as a strong, free, and proud ummah armed with awareness and insight. It is a true embodiment of the meanings of faith-based honour and human dignity, and—above all—it earns the pleasure of Allah, the Almighty.

Last week in Sana’a and some other governorates, major marches and demonstrations took place even under the rain, which is a blessing, as the atmosphere was enjoyable. Participating in these marches despite the heavy rain is an act that brings one closer to Allah, affirming the significance of this effort and showing determination to carry it out regardless of the weather. Likewise, in Al-Hudaydah and a number of other governorates, there has been a wide and significant turnout despite the intense heat—enduring the blazing sun, as in Al-Hudaydah, parts of Hajjah and Ma'rib, Al-Jawf, and other desert areas.

Taking to the streets in all circumstances reflects determination, steadfastness, faith-driven resolve. It reflects the moral and spiritual values that embody—even in terms of human emotions—the words of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) about the people of Yemen, the land of faith: 'They are the most tender-hearted and compassionate of people.' The people of Yemen are a people with deep human emotions, a people who grieve and feel pain when they witness the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza. They are deeply affected by those extremely tragic scenes—the footage of infants and children dying from starvation, the scenes of killing and extermination, the tragedy in all its details. They feel sorrow and pain, and they cannot bear to remain passive, silent, or inactive while the Palestinian people are facing such suffering. This is why, when some of the elderly was asked why he would go out in the rain, he replied, 'The people of Gaza are under bombs and bullets; our turning out under the rain is nothing compared to what they face'—indeed, rain is a blessing from Allah, the Almighty.

I call upon our dear people to take to the streets in a massive, million-strong turnout, Allah willing, tomorrow, in the capital, Sana’a, and across all governorates, striving in the cause of Allah, seeking His pleasure, and expressing support for the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear mujahidin.

We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah! Have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. You are the All-Hearer of prayer. We also ask Him to hasten relief and victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and for their dear mujahidin.

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
