News - Middle East: Almasirah Media Network considered the cowardly targeting by the Israeli enemy of six Palestinian journalists in Gaza a crime against journalism and proof of the Zionist failure in the field of words and images.

In a statement issued on Monday, it said that “the repeated and deliberate targeting by the enemy of 238 journalists since the start of the genocide war in Gaza is a desperate attempt to silence the voice of truth and conceal Zionist brutality.”

It explained that this Zionist crime comes as part of escalating the pace of genocide, displacement of Gaza’s residents, and the liquidation of the Palestinian cause, stressing that the crimes of the Israeli enemy in Gaza are carried out in full partnership with the US and Western countries, and in collusion and cooperation with most official Arab regimes.

The number of journalists martyred in Zionist attacks has risen to 237 after the targeting of a journalists' tent housing an Al Jazeera news crew.

The death toll since the start of Israel’s genocidal war is nearing 61,000, with over 150,000 injured.
