News - Middle East: The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday that 60 martyrs — including two recovered from under the rubble — and 343 wounded were brought to hospitals across the Strip during the past 24 hours.

The ministry explained in its daily statistical report that many victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the roads, preventing ambulance and civil defense teams from reaching them until now.

It noted that the overall toll since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023, has risen to 62,064 martyrs and 156,573 wounded, while the toll from March 18, 2025, until today stands at 10,518 martyrs and 44,532 wounded.

The ministry further stated that among the “bread-seekers” victims in the past 24 hours, 31 were martyred and 197 wounded while attempting to obtain humanitarian aid, bringing the total of such victims to 1,996 martyrs and more than 14,898 wounded.

Gaza hospitals also documented three new deaths due to famine and malnutrition, including two children, raising the total toll of hunger-related deaths to 266, among them 112 children

Israel unleashed its brutal Gaza onslaught on October 7, 2023, after the Hamas resistance group carried out its historic operation against the occupying entity in retaliation for the regime’s intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people.
