I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
In the latest developments of the brutal and criminal Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli enemy continues its atrocities in what has become the crime of the century—now ongoing for seven hundred and three days. The toll of this aggression on the Palestinian people in Gaza includes the killing of more than twenty thousand children and twelve thousand five hundred women, and the complete eradication of two thousand seven hundred families from the civil registry in the Strip. Altogether, this forms part of a staggering total of over two hundred and thirty-nine thousand people killed, wounded, or missing.
The Israeli enemy is carrying out this genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza using every possible means of extermination: It kills through air strikes with American-supplied bombs, through shells, through gunfire—by every conceivable means of killing—indiscriminately claiming thousands of lives, including children, women, the elderly, and the young, targeting everyone without exception. No group is spared: Doctors and medical staff are killed, journalists are targeted, and every section of society comes under attack. There is no exception for anyone—not the old, not the young, not any group of civilians. It is all-encompassing targeting.
The Israeli enemy also employs starvation as a means of mass extermination, a policy it continues to enforce. This has been confirmed by all the major international institutions and organisations that claim to be concerned with such issues, foremost among them the United Nations. Nothing has changed since the UN itself declared famine in Gaza, after waiting a long time to satisfy its strange criteria. The same testimony is echoed across different countries: Everyone recognises that the Israeli enemy is committing a crime of starvation against two million people—an appalling crime, unmatched anywhere else in the world. And the Israeli enemy persists in this.
It also continues with its death traps, turning them into yet another method of genocide for killing those seeking aid, those waiting for aid, and those simply trying to get food. It also targets those in search of water, as it pursues a campaign of extermination through thirst. In doing so, it employs every possible means of extermination—criminal, brutal, grotesque, and horrific—means that defy all values, norms, conventions, and laws, and that are recognised by all of humanity as appalling crimes.
The enemy also continues its relentless destruction of residential buildings and urban areas, seeking to wipe out every trace of life in Gaza. Vast devastation has already been inflicted; according to some estimates, nearly 90 percent of housing and urban structures in the Strip have been destroyed. The Israeli enemy uses American-made bombs for this purpose, alongside methods such as blowing up and demolishing buildings, as well as bulldozing, with the United States supplying it with fresh batches of bulldozers time and again.
It also destroys residential towers and telecommunications infrastructure, seeking to deepen Gaza's isolation, to obscure the truth, and to conceal the full scale of its crimes in the Gaza Strip.
The widespread and systematic destruction of housing, residential buildings, and all signs of life in Gaza has also included thirty-eight hospitals and eight hundred and thirty-five mosques—a staggering figure. The targeting of mosques is one of the enemy's primary aims, a clear and open expression of its hostility towards Islam and Muslims. As sacred religious landmarks, they are among the first sites it deliberately focuses on in its attacks on Gaza.
The destruction has also extended to one hundred and sixty schools and educational institutions, bringing education in Gaza to a halt and depriving the younger generation of their right to education, which is part of the grave injustice inflicted upon the people of Gaza by the Israeli enemy. It targets all aspects of life and all activities, seeking to impose death, destruction, and extermination, alongside the forced displacement of the Palestinian people. This forced displacement has caused immense suffering, with the Israeli enemy cramming hundreds of thousands into cramped areas with no services, declaring them 'safe zones', only to bomb them. This has been repeated time and again since the very beginning of the aggression up until today.
This was about the situation in Gaza. The details are exceedingly numerous in the daily record of Zionist criminality and the genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, which constitutes the crime of the century. The media speak of it; for what distinguishes this crime of the century, committed by the Israeli enemy in this age, is that it is broadcast openly through the media, witnessed by the entire world in all its ghastly, horrific, and savage detail. It is not a crime carried out in secrecy, nor one that occurred in a fleeting moment, only for humanity to discover it after it had passed and ended. Rather, it is an ongoing daily atrocity, continuing for more than seven hundred days, in the most appalling and dreadful manner, while the whole world watches through television and satellite channels, which disseminate live footage for all to see—scenes unspeakably horrific and profoundly painful.
These include scenes of children being killed—whether with air strikes, missiles from drones, live fire, or sniper fire. How many such details and images have been published! Each is enough to pierce the heart, to rouse the human conscience, and to revive a sense of responsibility in any person in whom there remains a trace of humanity. There are also scenes of women being targeted, suffering, and enduring tremendous injustice in the Gaza Strip. Every image of every woman, as published by the media, is sufficient to make us all feel our responsibility to move from a humanitarian, moral, and religious foundation and take action in the face of such heinous crimes and in response to the suffering of the Palestinian people—who are part of the human community, part of the Muslim world, and part of the Arab people. Each scene is profoundly affecting.
The elderly and the aged are also targeted, as are the youth—in fact, all segments of the Palestinian people: doctors, hospitals, the sick, and the wounded. This is not to mention the appalling suffering of starvation, as people are starved to martyrdom, with children hit the hardest of all. Likewise comes the deprivation of water and the targeting of the Palestinian people, even children, when they go to fetch water with immense difficulty and at great risk to their lives. It is a crime of dreadful brutality, of extreme horror, and an act of aggression without parallel anywhere in the world.
There is also the targeting of sacred sites. Just as the Israeli enemy has destroyed hundreds of mosques in the Gaza Strip—more than eight hundred—it also focuses its aggression on Al-Quds and on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is among the most important Islamic sanctities, one of the most highly esteemed and sacred in Islam.
The Israeli enemy continues its daily incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which, as we have said, are intended to condition Muslims so that these scenes become routine, provoking neither outrage, anger, nor emotional response. They become the kind of scenes that stir no sense of responsibility in the hearts of Muslims, provoke no reaction, and come to be regarded as ordinary—as if they were merely strolling through any ordinary street anywhere in the world. This is extremely dangerous. This reflects the religious, human, and moral decline among Muslims today: that the daily desecration of one of their sacred sites—a monument of their most revered religious heritage—has become something regarded as ordinary.
This is part of the Zionist Jewish tactics employed by the Zionist enemy as part of its Zionist project in targeting the Ummah: It works towards taming the Ummah and influencing its psychological, emotional, and spiritual state through numerous methods and diverse means. These include the media front, the ideological front, and various other spheres through which it operates. Its aim is to mislead and corrupt the Ummah, to strip it of its spiritual, human, and moral substance, until it becomes an ummah without pride, honour, or dignity— an ummah tamed in every sense of the word.
The enemy seeks to bring the Ummah into such a state of tameness that it no longer reacts to anything targeting its religion or its worldly affairs. It desires an ummah that shows neither anger nor a sense of duty when its sacred monuments come under attack. It seeks to impose a reality where it is acceptable for it to occupy the lands of our Ummah, kill its children, violate its sanctities, and commit crimes against it—it wants these practices to be part of the daily scenes that people have become accustomed to. It is as if we live in a jungle, with the Arabs as the prey devoured by the wild beasts—where the reaction is no more than the habitual indifference to a prey torn apart somewhere deep in the forest. It is like scenes of gazelles, antelopes, or bulls watching the slaughter unfold, then drifting back to grazing, unaware, unguarded, making no preparations to fend off the looming threat. This is a deeply unfortunate situation.
Moreover, the Israeli enemy continues to alter the Islamic identity of the city of Al-Quds, targeting even names and landmarks, as is the case with the Al-Buraq Wall, which it insists on calling the 'Wailing Wall' even on buses in Al-Quds. So it persists in changing the features and names of the city, in carrying out excavations, and in pursuing its plan aimed at demolishing the Al-Aqsa Mosque and building the alleged 'temple'.
As for the West Bank, the enemy continues to commit all forms of assault with sheer brutality, as the so-called 'Israeli army'—nothing more than criminal gangs—works with gangs of its usurping settlers to carry out different types of assaults: killing, beatings, torturing, burning homes, raids, setting crops on fire, uprooting thousands of olive and almond trees along with other agricultural produce, and targeting livestock. In fact, the Palestinian people in the West Bank are targeted in every way. The Israeli enemy targets them by killing, beating, and forced displacement, with thousands being forcibly displaced. Also, their homes are being occupied and turned into military barracks, and in other cases, families are expelled from their homes, which are then seized. Their livestock is also attacked—sometimes killed, stolen, or burned. The same applies to the agricultural crops. Bulldozing and home demolitions, along with raids, beatings, and kidnappings, have become daily occurrences in the West Bank. The immense injustice inflicted upon the Palestinian people is made clear by the criminal practices of the Israeli enemy.
This week, the Israeli enemy committed several crimes in the West Bank, including:
The Palestinian people are subjected to criminal practices in all their forms. Yet according to the Zionist plan, such actions are not confined to Palestine alone. The Israeli enemy seeks to complete its full control over all of Palestine and to eliminate the Palestinian presence in Palestine itself, only to extend to other lands. In fact, it already carries out operations in neighbouring countries, committing clear acts of aggression in Lebanon and Syria, and plotting against Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and the Ummah as a whole. In fact, all of this is carried out with American partnership.
The American partnership is a full partnership in the same Zionist scheme. The Americans are active participants in the Zionist plan, for they believe in it: Those who control the reins of power in America believe in the Zionist plan and project and consider themselves obligated to implement the plan as a sacred religious duty. Their statements, positions, actions, and behaviours clearly testify to this, as do their culture, curricula, media, and cultural and media activities. Additionally, their policies and official statements reveal this: They openly declare themselves as Zionists and openly express their belief in Zionism.
What does Zionism mean? What is its plan? What is the project it is pursuing? It is a destructive project aimed at our Islamic Ummah; it targets clearly identified countries and the whole region. For this reason, they also refer to it as 'Changing the Middle East' and 'Greater Israel'. The matter is clear: It is a threat directed at this Ummah from obvious, defined entities, which possess a clear cultural, ideological background to its stance and explicit, declared objectives. There is no secrecy or ambiguity. So why do Muslims turn a blind eye to what is clear, to what is openly declared, and to what is already manifest in their reality through enormous ruinous crimes? These crimes include the killing of thousands of the members of this Ummah; the brazen, overt, and aggressive targeting of this Ummah; and the explicit establishment of a reality of unchecked aggression targeting human life, honour, wealth, homelands, and sacred sites. To ignore and turn a blind eye to such a danger is truly a form of clear misguidance, and it signifies being forsaken by Allah, which is a dreadful state, among the gravest perils for the Ummah.
The American ambassador to the Israeli enemy spoke in a media interview about the American position, the American partnership, and the background to that position. This is what I stress in most of my speeches: I call upon our entire Islamic Ummah, all its elites and all its masses, to reflect upon the background to the American position. This is an important matter. The American position is not merely a tactical position or a set of political manoeuvres; rather, it springs from an ideological background. The Americans regard the annihilation of our Islamic Ummah and the establishment of a 'Greater Israel'—meaning the occupation of our homelands, the destruction of our peoples, the assault on our sacred sites, and the erasure of our Islamic identity—as a sacred mission of profound religious and ideological significance. It is also of great importance with regard to what they desire, aspire to, and covet, as they seek to monopolise the region's wealth, occupy its homelands, exploit its strategic location, and make use of everything within it that they covet: its wealth, its resources, its geographic advantages, and so on. They speak openly about why they do what they do. They brazenly violate this Ummah in every respect. It is an important matter to understand the background to this position, the objectives, and the nature of the Zionist scheme, on which they are working.
Among the remarks made by the American ambassador to the occupying entity, he says that his devotion to 'Israel', and conviction that he is carrying out God's work in the Holy Land, is no joke. This means that the Americans are serious in what they do, for—as we have said time and again—it is fuelled by a mix of religious belief, insatiable ambition, and a tempting reality: a vulnerable ummah that aids its own enemies and clings to policies and positions that only serve to empower its enemies. It is an ummah like froth carried upon the torrent, emboldening its enemies to prey upon it. This is something both saddening and lamentable.
Among the measures taken by the American administration—and it is a minor step compared with what it offers the Israeli enemy—was the announcement of sanctions against the Palestinian Authority. They even prevented the President of the Palestinian Authority and its members from attending the United Nations meeting this month, even though it is an annual meeting.
As we have mentioned, when compared to the military, political, financial, media, and all other forms of support that America provides to the Israeli enemy and its partnership with it in all types of crimes, this step is considered one of the least things carried out by the American administration and by the Zionist Americans in support of the Israeli enemy. Nonetheless, it carries important and clear significance that the path being followed by the Palestinian Authority has absolutely no benefit. Hopes for peace through reliance on the Americans, the United Nations, and certain very limited political positions from some Western regimes—the hope that this would secure for the Palestinians the retention of a state, even if only on part of Palestine, even in a form lacking full rights (not at the level of a state in the true sense of the word, but merely within the framework of self-rule and a nominal form) will never be realised. The course of history—throughout this entire period since the Oslo Accords and even before— bears witness to this fact. Allah (Glory be to Him) says in the Holy Quran about the Jews, {'Do they have control over shares of the kingdom? If so, they would not have given anyone so much as the speck on a date stone'}[An-Nisa 4:53]. The speck on the back of a date stone (which is too small a speck) is used by Arabs as a proverbial expression of utter insignificance to such a level.
The Israeli enemy deprives the Palestinian people of even the simplest of rights in Palestine. It denies them the most basic rights, even seizing their goats, their sheep, their trees, and their houses. It even denies them their right to move from one village or city to another. It deprives them of the simplest rights, so will it ever grant them a state?!
The hopes and faith placed on the American position are nothing but a mirage. The Americans are perfectly clear in their openly Zionist orientation, which entails the complete confiscation of Palestinian rights at every level, as well as Arab rights. Trump himself, during his previous term in office, declared that he was gifting the Syrian Golan to the Israeli enemy, and even went so far as to say that he was ready to gift any other Arab lands occupied by Israel, should Israel wish him to do so. This represents the height of disdain for the Arabs and for all their rights.
This step of denying the Palestinian Authority even the simple act of attending a United Nations meeting, intended only for delivering and hearing statements, clearly reveals the futility of the course the Palestinian Authority is pursuing—a course marked by adopting a poor position towards its own people and collaborating with the Israeli enemy under the rubric of 'security coordination'. This path cannot lead to any positive outcomes. Rather, it is a loss and, at the same time, a service to the enemies, particularly given its adoption of negative and harmful positions towards the mujahidin in Palestine. The correct course is that of the mujahidin and the resistance and jihad movements in Palestine.
With regard to the Palestinian steadfastness, the Al-Qassam Brigades launched their heroic military jihadist operation to confront the Israeli enemy, under the name Operation Staff of Musa (Moses). They carried out roughly ten diverse heroic operations, including bombardments, the detonation of minefields, and strikes on military vehicles. Among those operations was the heroic action by three mujahidin who stormed an Israeli tank, killed its entire crew, and set it ablaze. It is a great act of heroism. The Al-Quds Brigades carried out significant operations as well, among them a two-rocket strike on a settlement outpost and a joint operation with the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades targeting an enemy command-and-control centre. There were also various other operations by jihadist factions in the Gaza Strip. The cooperation among the fellow mujahidin from the various factions in the Gaza Strip is a positive, great, and important matter.
With regard to the Israeli enemy's assaults on Lebanon, they continue in every form. Each week brings its own toll: killings, injuries, destruction, bulldozing, incursions, and constant violations of Lebanese airspace—all forms of infringement on Lebanon's sovereignty and grave breaches of the agreement reached with the Lebanese state. There is deliberate targeting of all aspects of life, including prefabricated housing units, as well as attempts to block reconstruction. Added to this are the ongoing political pressures, in which the Israelis act in concert with the Americans, aimed at forcing the Lebanese to abandon their weapons so that the Israeli enemy may complete its plan to take control of Lebanon without any obstacles. In fact, this is the actual aim.
One of the most astonishing ironies is that the Lebanese government has adopted Israeli dictates and American demands in seeking to strip Lebanon of the very strength that defends it, while the Zionist enemies are working to arm their entity on the widest scale, in their thousands and tens of thousands. The criminal Ben-Gvir issues statements calling upon his entire entity to carry weapons. He grants official licences to arm one hundred thousand Israelis and urges everyone to take up arms. Such is the reality with the enemies: They work to amass weapons, and they commit countless crimes once they carry them. Indeed, part of the suffering of the Palestinian people stems not only from what they face at the hands of the so-called 'Israeli army', but also from the rest of the entity—those usurpers who arm themselves and commit all kinds of assaults under the protection of what they call 'the Israeli army'.
It is a striking paradox that while the Israeli enemy seeks to arm everyone within its entity and involve them in aggression and criminality, Arab governments—in compliance with American orders and Israeli dictates—seek to strip their peoples of weapons, especially the very weapons that protect them, confront the enemy, have a proven history of defeating it and safeguarding the Lebanese people.
And it is the same story when it comes to the calls by the Palestinian Authority and certain Arab regimes to disarm the Al-Qassam Brigades and the fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip. It is the same proposition: stripping this Ummah of every weapon, of every means to defend itself, while leaving the enemy free to acquire the deadliest weapons and amass the largest destructive arsenal to annihilate, kill, and crush these peoples without facing any obstacles. In other words, the focus of some Arab regimes—including the Lebanese government, the Palestinian Authority, those embracing normalisation with the Israeli enemy, and even some of the Arab's largest regimes — has shifted towards removing obstacles for the Israeli enemy to commit its crimes and implement its Zionist project. This is an extremely grave catastrophe for the Ummah.
The Israeli enemy continues its assaults in Lebanon. Yesterday, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah delivered a powerful speech—one that covered everything that needs to be addressed about the situation in Lebanon and also offered important commentary on the state of the Ummah and its responsibility to support the Palestinian people, among other points.
The Israeli enemy continues its assaults on Syria, which carry a profound lesson for all Arabs, all regimes, and all those who stand opposed to the idea and culture of jihad and resistance. What the Israeli enemy is doing in Syria is not something to take lightly. It continues its air strikes, which represent one of the highest levels of escalation and aggression, targeting Latakia and the countryside of Homs. Its air patrols over Damascus, the Syrian capital, also continue. The same applies to its ground incursions, with nine incursions in just the past week. This is not to mention its ongoing raids on people's homes, accompanied by beatings, abductions, humiliation, and the violation of household sanctity.
The Israeli enemy also continues to work on what it calls the 'David Corridor', by which it aims to link up with the Americans and reach the Euphrates River. This is a central element in the Israeli enemy's strategy in Syria where it pursues several main objectives, including controlling southern Syria, exercising influence over the overall Syrian situation under the umbrella of American interests, and exploiting the crooked and foolish policies of the groups dominating Syria in their approach to minorities, whereby they adopt a strategy of persecution and extermination, except for those who enjoy American or Israeli protection. This amounts to a form of collaboration with the Israeli enemy. These groups target minorities unless they fall under American or Israeli protection; when they do, the extermination ceases. In this way, these groups seek to convince the minorities that they have no refuge except through that protection. This is a collaboration with the Israeli enemy—an unwise, misguided policy, and one of the most dangerous forms of collaboration with the Israeli enemy.
The Israeli enemy is pressing ahead with its wide-ranging programme in Syria: It violates Syrian airspace entirely and imposes limits on the political and military levels—in fact, on every dimension of the Syrian situation. It asserts control and dominance, extending over a vast area, through which it seeks to reach the Euphrates. And under the present circumstances, given the current realities, it is on course to achieve that objective. All developments—whether from within Syria, from outside, or by those with influence over the Syrian situation—are, in effect, helping to pave the way for these objectives. This is truly regrettable, painful, and deeply saddening. It also poses a serious threat to Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, neighbouring countries, and beyond.
In any case, these are realities that are now evident to everyone, revealing the consequences of various choices and attitudes. However, people must truly perceive and recognise these realities and avoid approaching them with excessive fanaticism, which only blinds and deafens, closing their ears and clouding the insight of heart and mind. This is a matter of utmost importance.
The Israeli enemy continues its efforts to impose a reality of unchecked aggression—one it seeks to extend across the entire Ummah, with no Arab or Muslim country spared. Its aim is to render every country in the Islamic world, Arab and non-Arab alike, subject to its unchecked aggression. In this very context comes the assault on Qatar—a sovereign nation with regional clout, extensive international ties, and strategic partnerships with major powers in critical programmes. Qatar also plays a pivotal role in peace negotiations aimed at ending the aggression on Gaza and facilitating prisoner exchanges. Therefore, the Israeli aggression against Qatar is two-fold:
Through this act of aggression, the Israeli enemy has proved to all Arab states—both in the Gulf and beyond—that it is working to extend its unchecked violation of their sovereignty. It has also proven that it has no respect for any of their rights—not sovereignty, nor any other principles. There is no doubt that it undertakes such actions with full confidence in American support. It relies fundamentally on American tools and resources, as well as the American strategic partnership. The Americans, therefore, stand as a direct partner in imposing this unjust and brutal reality of unchecked aggression against the entire Ummah, targeting all its countries and peoples. This is a grave crime.
This crime has triggered widespread condemnation and outrage across the globe. Many governments and regimes have voiced strong criticism with clear condemnation. However, the central problem in responding to such aggression and what the Israeli enemy is doing against our Ummah—whether in Gaza, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, or elsewhere—is that issuing statements has become the ultimate response. In other words, most governments and regimes do no more than issue statements. These are just words on paper, containing language that ranges in tone, with some showing no difference from those of some Western regimes. They take care to avoid any language that might offend the Israeli enemy or express clear condemnation, carefully crafting statements devoid of any meaningful rebuke. This has been evident in many Western statements, which scrupulously avoid criticising the Israeli aggression against Qatar. The same evasiveness appears in statements on Palestine and other regions. As for Yemen, they frequently remain silent, or worse, issue remarks that openly support the Israeli enemy and justify its crimes.
Ultimately, when statements and declarations become the only response, that is where things go wrong. This is a profound failure, especially in the Islamic world, in Arab countries and beyond. One might expect this from Western countries that have long supported the Israeli enemy and shared in its ambitions and hatreds. What is surprising is for our Islamic world to behave this way: to do no more than declare solidarity through statements written on paper or announced in the media.
If such statements and declarations were backed by concrete action, they would carry real weight and influence. Yet not a single Arab country that has normalised relations with the Israeli enemy has cut ties in response to what it has done to Qatar or what it is doing to Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen—to the Yemeni people. Even in the face of what happened to Qatar—which represents an insult to all Gulf nations and a violation of their collective sovereignty—not a single Gulf state has even taken the minimal step of severing diplomatic relations with the Israeli enemy as an act of solidarity with Qatar. Such a step would have been a true and tangible expression of solidarity.
This has become the ultimate level of the Arab response to what is happening in Gaza, to what the Israeli enemy is doing against any Muslim country, such as Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen, and what it committed against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Israeli and American enemies know this well, and so do Western regimes that support the Israeli enemy, such as Britain, France, and Germany. They all recognise the limits of the Arab and Muslim response: at best, an Islamic or Arab summit, or individual statements from governments and leaders that amount to nothing more than a few lines on paper, broadcast in the media. To avoid taking even the most basic steps—such as cutting diplomatic, economic, or political ties—is a grave danger to the Ummah. It has emboldened the Israeli enemy to persist in the crime of the century against the Palestinian people in Gaza and to violate the sovereignty and sanctity of nations across this Ummah, striking here and there without restraint.
This unchecked Israeli aggression stems from the total absence of concrete action by Arab and Islamic regimes. The highest ceiling of response has been reduced to mere phone calls of solidarity or written statements, without a single practical step. This represents a profound threat to our Ummah.
This approach is followed by no one except Arabs and Muslims. There is not a single university, school, or institution anywhere that would propose such an approach as a viable strategy for any nation, people, or country faced with aggression like that of the Israeli enemy against our Ummah. Nowhere on the earth—not in any nation, nor in any university, school, or institution—would you find such an approach, for it defies even basic human instinct. It is sheer stupidity, a blindness without parallel. It is sheer stupidity for anyone in the world to be content with merely writing a few lines broadcast in the media in response to what the Israeli enemy is doing: mass killings, humiliation, violations of sanctities, desecration of sacred sites, disregard for sovereignty. This is a strategy of utter folly—one of excessive stupidity, manifest error, and blindness without redemption. And it grieves us profoundly.
Through its aggression against Qatar, the Israeli enemy has expanded its doctrine of impunity, extending it to the Gulf states and the broader Arab world. This is unmistakably clear. What is truly shocking and appalling is what has been reported in the media: There are reports that say the American president, Trump—the criminal infidel—was directly complicit in the deception by presenting what he called a 'proposal' to draw the negotiating delegation in Qatar into a meeting, only for them to be struck while assembled. We give thanks to Allah that the operation failed, and we congratulate our brothers in Hamas on the failure of this Israeli assault. However, this act remains a grave violation and a stark warning to every Arab and Islamic country. It shows Israel's complete disregard for Qatar's central role in peace negotiations and for its regional and international relations.
Regarding the demonstrations in solidarity with Gaza, demonstrations occurred in thirteen countries, most notably a large demonstration in Belgium and another in Mexico. In Britain, however, around three hundred demonstrators were arrested. Meanwhile, the Freedom Flotilla continues its symbolic efforts to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people against the blockade.
The support operations from Yemen (the land of faith) in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad included a magnificent and unparalleled celebration of the blessed anniversary of the Prophet's birth. This vast and extraordinary commemoration of such a great and blessed occasion, in which our dear people came out in their millions in an unprecedented display unmatched anywhere in the entire world, was distinctive because it took place as part of a practical framework.
Our dear people, with their faith-based identity, embody the Prophet's words in their reality: 'The belief is that of the Yemenites, and sagacity is that of the Yemenites.' They demonstrate this through their practical stance, striving in the path of Allah and raising the banner of jihad in a time when most Muslims have faltered. They actively support the Palestinian people, showing a sincere stance and waging a determined battle in which they have offered sacrifices from the very first day. Until now, hundreds of martyrs and wounded individuals have fallen for this just stance, in support of a just cause, and as part of a movement that is jihad in the path of Allah. It is also aimed at attaining Allah's pleasure, fulfilling His blessed and valuable commands, and acting in accordance with His vast and profound guidance in the Holy Quran and in the life of His Messenger (PBUH&F). Thus, this year's commemoration was truly exceptional.
The theme of jihad in the path of Allah, as exemplified by the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F), was a defining feature in this year's commemoration. The chosen slogan was the blessed verse: {'But the Messenger and the believers with him strived with their wealth and their lives. They will have all the best, and it is they who will be successful'}[At-Tawbah 9:88]. This is because this blessed verse carries a profound and expansive meaning about the true course taken by the Messenger of Allah and those who believed with him, highlighting how their jihad encompassed both wealth and soul and how it yielded great outcomes in this world and in the Hereafter: {'They will have all the best, and it is they who will be successful'}[At-Tawbah 9:88].
In the face of immense challenges and dangers, primarily the Jewish-Zionist threat, Muslims are in dire need of returning to the Quran and to the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (PBUH&F). They must draw lessons and insights from his blessed life and be guided by the vast guidance of the Quran, through which they come to recognise the enemy, understand its danger, grasp the nature and scope of the conflict with it, and accordingly learn how to act in a correct, wise, and fruitful way that yields significant results, earning Allah's support, victory, and aid.
Islam—through its Quran, Prophet, and sacred, blessed teachings—is far too exalted, too great, and too holy for its outcome to be the humiliating condition we see today among Muslims in the light of what the Israeli enemy is committing against the Palestinian people and the peoples of the region. This state is shameful in every sense of the word. Such a state cannot whatsoever be the fruit of a genuine connection to Islam's Prophet and Quran. Rather, it stems from deviation, neglect, heedlessness, and the distortion of vital concepts in this great religion, as well as a deception imposed on the Ummah to tame it for the benefit of its enemies.
Opposite to the paths of peace which Allah has guided to in the Holy Quran, saying: {'with which Allah guides those who seek His pleasure to the ways of peace'}[Al-Ma'idah 5:16], other alternatives—what they call 'peace' through reliance on America—merely amount to surrender and subjugation before the enemy, pinning hopes on America, on those who embrace the Zionist creed. This is truly horrific and bizarre; it is to the extent that they call America the 'sponsor of peace', which is a disaster and appalling stupidity. Even applying such a label is in itself a crime and a sin.
Relying solely on statements and declarations as a stance is a failed and hollow option. The Ummah is truly in need of jihad, for it is a means of both protection and strength. Only jihad can deliver it from its dire and degraded condition on every level. This Ummah is suffering from a deterioration in morale, in the moral reality, and even in the realm of values and ethics. It has lost its dignity and pride; the human conscience is dying within this Ummah, and we witness this death on a large scale within it.
The revival of this Ummah can only come through a religious and faith-based awakening that embraces every dimension, with the educational field at the forefront. Such a revival cultivates the Ummah's virtue, morality, and values, restoring it to the required spiritual stature. This Ummah is not lacking in resources; despite its vast size, numerous countries, hundreds of millions of people, military and material capacities, and all other potentials, it suffers from a frailty of spirit. It also lacks vision and insight and suffers from false notions, including those of taming and surrender to the enemy. Therefore, this Ummah is in urgent need of a religious and faith-based revival.
Jihad in the path of Allah is an occasion for construction and comprehensive cultivation; it is not merely a military action on the battlefield—though that is an essential part that cannot be set aside. This military action must be accompanied by a revival of faith and morals; the building of capacities and resources; the unification of the Ummah around a rightful stance; and the rekindling of a sense of responsibility, as it is accompanied by a broad character refinement, which is vital when bound to a principled position.
All educational efforts, if detached from jihad, remain limited in effect and outcome. If the educational aim is to bring a Muslim to attend congregational prayer—in which this is considered the ultimate aim—then the Ummah remains trapped at a degraded level. While this is necessary, it should not be the ultimate aim.
Jihad represents a magnificent, lofty ceiling that elevates the Ummah, rescuing it from a humiliating state of frailty and widespread weakness in values, in morals, and even in the most natural and basic human feelings. This decline is indeed alarming. The remedy lies in making jihad in the path of Allah the guiding framework for rebuilding the Ummah—morally, educationally, culturally, and in terms of capabilities and potential. This is how nations across the world advance: They transform challenges, adversaries, enemies, and dangers into incentives for growth, building themselves up to ever higher levels. Meanwhile, our Ummah has allowed the standards of educational, economic, and overall development to fall alarmingly low—far beneath what Islam, the Quran, the Messenger, human nature, reality, and even challenges demand. These levels are disturbingly abnormal!
Jihad builds a person's awareness, insight, knowledge, and understanding. It solves the problem of ignorance—an ignorance even worse than that of the pre-Islamic era. This ignorance is one of concepts, where almost everything, especially matters of greatest importance, is misperceived. This also extends to all other aspects: awareness, faith, wisdom, correcting one's path, and setting priorities rightly. In fact, the truth is clear, and so is this just cause. Yet what is required is to take a stand and act. The Zionist scheme represents the ignorance of our age, and its danger looms over every aspect of our lives, affecting all human societies, especially Muslims.
The Prophet's march of jihad was distinguished by its perfection. It was a march of guidance for all generations, closely connected to the Holy Quran, which presented it precisely on this foundation: a march of guidance for every generation. So why do Muslims not turn to it, study it, and teach it to benefit from it, follow it, and act upon it? Why this turning away?
There is a vast scope when it comes to confronting the Jews and their soft war, which is a matter of immense significance. The extensive discourse about them in the Holy Quran offers profound and essential guidance for the Ummah, revealing their true nature as bitter and malevolent enemies, explaining the nature of the conflict with them, and outlining what is required to defeat them. Never before has attention to this discourse been so urgently needed. Why, then, do some turn away?
That is why I call upon our dear people to continue dedicating attention to all activities linked to this theme throughout this month, the Prophet's season. Foremost among these are the Friday sermons in mosques and the sermons in schools. These awareness-raising activities must remain centered on this very theme.
As for the military support operations, thirty-eight operations were carried out over the past two weeks using both missiles and drones. The operations by the Drone Air Force conducted numerous and effective operations, launching twenty-three drones to strike multiple targets in Al-Khudeira, Yaffa, Isdud, Asqalan, the Naqab, and Umm Al-Rashrash. Among these were the successful operation targeting the airport the Israeli enemy calls 'Ramon Airport' and another significant operation directed at Lod Airport. There were also two operations targeting Israeli commercial ships in the far north of the Red Sea.
Regarding university activities, Yemeni universities held remarkable rallies, setting an example for all universities. In addition to these rallies, we hope, Allah willing, that university activities will also focus on scholarly studies, research, and seminars concerning the Palestinian cause, the Zionist enemy, the background of the American position, and the true agendas of the Israeli and American enemies—the foundations of these agendas and their objectives. This is an area that deserves close attention, including exploring solutions that can guide and save this Ummah through the blessed Quranic vision.
Turning to another issue, the Israeli enemy, prior to the occasion [the anniversary of the Prophet's birth], targeted the Prime Minister and his fellow colleagues who served in civilian ministries (May Allah have mercy on them all). We gave a speech on this act of aggression, affirming that it does not represent any military or security achievement for the Israeli enemy. There was also a speech from the President, along with numerous statements and remarks from others, and a large public funeral ceremony was held in honour of the martyrs (May Allah have mercy on them).
By committing such a crime, the Israeli enemy reveals its moral decline, adds to its growing record of criminality, and only strengthens our people's resolve, clarity of vision, and steadfastness.
Yesterday's aggression by the Israeli enemy targeted media institutions in Sana'a and a fuel station for the health sector. It also targeted civilian institutions in Al-Jawf Governorate, including the civil government complex, a branch of the Central Bank, the Civil Status Authority, and other civilian buildings.
This is the Israeli enemy for what it truly is: a criminal enemy that deliberately targets media institutions in crowded areas of Sana'a—whether residential neighbourhoods, damaging homes owned by Yemeni citizens, or public spaces filled with passers-by. Its aim is indiscriminate harm. However, such actions signify no achievement; they are acts of moral bankruptcy, pure criminality, and aggression. These crimes will not shake our people's will. On the contrary, they will only deepen their determination and resolve, for they understand the justice of their cause.
As we have said, our country—both the state and the public—stands in a sincere position, engaged in a serious battle, fully aware of its sacred importance, magnitude, the value of sacrifices in the sight of Allah (Glory be to Him), and its impact on reality. It is preparing itself to be fully capable of facing this enemy.
Could there be any alternative options other than surrender and accepting the reality of unchecked aggression, as some in this region do? Given their spirit of faith and their trust in Allah, our people would never accept submission, subjugation, surrender, or abandoning their principles and values.
This is a battle we undertake in support of the Palestinian people, as a religious obligation, a humanitarian duty, and a moral and ethical responsibility. We also fight it because we recognise that the Israeli enemy is an enemy to all of us, a threat to all of us, targeting the entire region. Therefore, this matter concerns a sacred religious obligation, and it also involves our responsibility towards ourselves. We understand who the Israeli enemy is, what it seeks, what the Americans aim for in partnership with it, and what the Western regimes that support it intend.
We stand in a position that is both crucial and necessary by every measure. It is necessary to preserve our humanity, so that we do not fall beneath the threshold of human decency, do not lose our sense of humanity and become as if we are nothing but a nation of sheep and chickens, a failed people stripped of conscience and moral values.
This position against the Israeli enemy is essential to remain human, to preserve our humanity. It is also essential by the standards of faith, religion, and ethics. It is essential in this world and for our future in the Hereafter—for our future with Allah (Glory be to Him). It is essential for us to stand with pride, resilience, honour, and dignity and to build ourselves to be strong in an age when only strength matters—to be strong in faith, strong in spirit, strong in determination, and strong in building ourselves with all means of strength.
If not this, then what are you relying on?
It is Allah (Glory be to Him) alone Who can truly benefit us when He sees our reliance on Him, our trust in Him, our faith in Him, our commitment to His guidance and light, and our obedience. He is the best of supporters and allies. When we make sacrifices in the path of truth, it does not mean that others in the Arab and Islamic world will live in peace and comfort. This entire region is targeted and drained in conflicts that often serve the interests of the Israelis and the Americans. The sacrifices we suffer are far less than the losses and attrition we would suffer if we took any other course; other choices lead only to waste and attrition, bringing neither value nor benefit in this life or the next. But when our struggle is for Allah (Glory be to Him), there is only honour, dignity, goodness, and the outcome Allah has promised in the Holy Quran: {'And the [best] outcome is for the pious'}[Al-A'raf 7:128].
Every sacrifice we make and every stand we take is genuine and resolute:
We have received a message from the Al-Qassam Brigades, in which they call upon the members of our Ummah to earnestly turn to Allah (the Almighty) to relieve the distress of our brothers in Gaza. This should be done by performing two humble rak'ahs in the depth of the night, followed by reciting the following supplication one hundred times: 'There is no god but Allah, the Great, the Forbearing; there is no god but Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne; there is no god but Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the Noble Throne.' Having recited that supplication, one should pray for relief and deliverance for the people of Gaza, Allah willing. This, by Allah's will, is meant to be performed on Thursday evening, 11 September 2025—the night of Friday. This is to say, tonight, the night of Friday. We urge everyone to pay attention to this call and participate widely.
Supplication and turning to Allah in earnest prayer are an essential part of the path of jihad in the way of Allah, the Almighty. We move forward on the path of Allah by seeking refuge in Him, relying on Him, and placing our trust in Him. And a fundamental way we express this seeking refuge in Allah—asking His aid, victory, and relief—is through supplication, which goes hand in hand with taking action, as emphasised in the Holy Quran and as exemplified in the movements of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F). This spiritual initiative is therefore connected to the practical effort and aligned with it.
We call for special attention to supplication on the blessed night of Friday, urging everyone to engage in continuous prayer and seek refuge in Allah while—as we have said—making effort on the ground and responding to Him.
I call upon our dear people to participate in great million-strong demonstrations tomorrow, Friday (Allah willing), in the capital, Sana'a, and throughout the other governorates and public squares. This is about responding to Allah, performing jihad in His cause, seeking His pleasure, as well as supporting the oppressed Palestinian people, showing solidarity with all members of our Islamic Ummah, and affirming our steadfastness in confronting the Israeli enemy, regardless of its crimes or assaults on our country. It is also to affirm that we remain steadfast, no matter how many martyrs or sacrifices we offer in the path of Allah (the Almighty), for Allah is the One Who generously accepts those sacrifices and rewards our people with the finest recompense: victory, honour, vast care, and the same rewards He grants His believing, responsive servants in the Hereafter.
These demonstrations also take place in the Prophet's season. We are still immersed in the spirit of this blessed occasion, from which we draw great lessons from the life of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F)—lessons in steadfastness, faith, awareness, insight, dignity, and the continuation of jihad in the path of Allah, encompassing vital educational, moral, and practical dimensions.
Furthermore, we affirm our solidarity with all those among our Ummah who are being targeted, including Qatar, the negotiating delegation, the Hamas movement, and all members of our Ummah facing aggression from the Israeli enemy.
We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah! Have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. You are the All-Hearer of prayer.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
