These speeches formed a complete school of thought—an invaluable legacy for his followers and a historical record of Hezbollah’s foundation and rise. He achieved both victory and martyrdom together.
For Yemenis, he was one of the most prominent defenders of their cause. His speeches never failed to express full support and solidarity with the Yemeni people. In a speech on March 1, 2016, the martyr once declared that "the greatest and most honorable thing I have ever done in my life was my speech on the second day of the aggression against Yemen." He affirmed that no injustice on earth was comparable to the suffering of the Yemeni people, shedding tears for them in front of his audience.
The martyr Sayyed also wept during one of his televised Ashura speeches when he mentioned his grandfather, Imam Hussein ibn Ali (peace be upon him). He was unable to complete his sentence as his emotions overwhelmed him, moving his followers to raise their voices in devotion.
Even when reciting supplications to his supporters, his voice would often choke with emotion.
In this regard, Mohammed al-Faraj, a member of Ansar Allah’s political bureau, stated: "If circumstances allowed, most Yemenis would travel to Lebanon to attend the funeral of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, as they regard them as their own martyrs above all else."
He emphasized that the martyr leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, has been a symbol of victory, pride, and the “honest promise” for Yemenis since the early 1990s. He stood with the Yemeni people when others abandoned and conspired against them. "The people of Yemen are known for their loyalty and will never forget those who stood by them in their darkest and most challenging times," he said.
He further noted that Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was not confined to Lebanon, nor limited by sectarian or political boundaries. Instead, he was a transcendent figure, uniting diverse backgrounds and ideologies. He embodied nobility, ethics, eloquence, and clarity of expression.
The martyr leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, never left a cause, an occasion, or an event without addressing it in his speeches. He provided all the answers and messages—both to friends and foes alike.
After every speech, television networks—local, Arab, and even Israeli—would dedicate live segments to analyze his words, interpret his body language, and decode the messages within his backdrop and facial expressions.
This attention was not limited to television; newspapers and social media platforms also followed suit. Days before any of his speeches, an unprecedented anticipation would build, and once he spoke, activists across the digital sphere would extract and share his key statements, spreading them widely before and after the speech.
