News - Yemen: In a powerful address marking the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, President Mahdi Al-Mashat, head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, extended his congratulations to the Yemeni people and the broader Arab and Islamic nations.

His speech emphasized Yemen’s unwavering support for Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria, while condemning Israeli aggression and expressing solidarity with Yemen’s occupied provinces.

President Al-Mashat declared that Palestine remains a central cause for the entire Islamic and Arab world, not just the Palestinian people. He stressed that no one has the right to concede even an inch of Palestinian land, reaffirming Yemen’s commitment to the liberation of all occupied territories.

The President reiterated Yemen’s principled and unwavering support for the people of Gaza and Lebanon, pledging to stand with them at the highest possible level. He emphasized that Yemen’s stance is rooted in justice and resistance against occupation and aggression.

Al-Mashat called for an end to the Israeli occupation of Lebanese territories, affirming the right of the Lebanese people to resist and expel the occupiers by all necessary means. He described the occupation as a violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty and a threat to regional stability.

The President strongly condemned Israel’s ongoing aggression against Syria, whether through airstrikes or ground incursions. He criticized the occupation of additional Syrian territories and called for international action to hold Israel accountable for its violations.

Al-Mashat expressed deep solidarity with the people in the southern occupied provinces, acknowledging their suffering under the looting and injustice perpetrated by the forces of aggression and their mercenaries. He vowed to continue supporting their struggle for liberation and justice.

President Al-Mashat’s Ramadan message underscored Yemen’s commitment to unity, resistance, and justice. He called on the Islamic and Arab nations to stand together against occupation and aggression, emphasizing that the struggles of Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen are interconnected.
