News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces announced the execution of several high-impact military operations, including strikes in occupied Yafa and against the U.S. aircraft carriers Truman and Vinson, as well as the downing of an MQ-9 drone.  

They emphasized their continued "active and responsible confrontation" against U.S. aggression on Yemen for the second consecutive month, vowing to respond to escalation with escalation.  

Additionally, the Armed Forces carried out a dual military operation targeting the U.S. aircraft carriers Truman and Vinson, along with their accompanying warships in the Red and Arabian Seas. This marks the first strike against the *Vinson* since its arrival in the Arabian Sea.  

The statement also noted that Yemeni air defenses successfully shot down an American MQ-9 drone while it was conducting hostile operations in the skies of Sana’a Governorate.  

The Armed Forces warned that "the U.S. military buildup and continued aggression against our country will only lead to more confrontations, targeting, and engagements." They affirmed that "Yemen, with its proud people and faithful leadership, will only grow more steadfast in its support for the Palestinian people," stressing that "the enemy will gain nothing from escalating aggression against our nation except disappointment, failure, and defeat."  

Furthermore, the statement emphasized that "the newly arrived U.S. aircraft carrier will achieve no more than the four previous carriers that failed," and that "Yemen, the free and independent nation, will not retreat from its supportive operations for the Palestinian people until the Israeli aggression on Gaza ceases and the siege is lifted."  

In response to continued Israeli aggression against Gaza and ongoing US-UK aggression against Yemen, the Yemeni Armed Forces have launched a series of attacks targeting Israeli, American, and British interests in the Red Sea and surrounding areas.

As the genocidal war against Gaza intensified, the Yemenis implemented a strategic blockade of key maritime routes, aiming to disrupt the flow of military supplies to their adversaries and exert pressure on the international community to address the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have said they will not stop their attacks until Israel’s ground and aerial offensives in Gaza end.
