News - Yemen: The Ministry of Health and Environment has announced that three civilians were injured as a result of a US aggressive airstrike targeting the capital, Sana'a.

In a brief statement, the ministry reported that three citizens were wounded in an initial toll following an American airstrike last night on the Asr area in the Al-Wahda district of Sana'a.

The ministry condemned the US targeting of civilians as a blatant violation of all international and humanitarian laws and conventions, holding the American administration fully responsible for these crimes.

As part of its support for the temporary Zionist entity, the United States carried out a series of airstrikes on Thursday evening against the capital and several other governorates.

On the eve of Yemen’s weekly mass demonstrations, the US launched a series of aggressive strikes on Thursday targeting the capital Sana'a and the governorates of Sa'adah, Al-Jawf, and Sana'a province, injuring several citizens. The attacks included a strike on the Asr area in Al-Wahda district and another on Hamdan district in Sana'a province.

The US also launched three airstrikes on the Kitaf district, five around Sa'adah city, and four more on the Khabb and Al-Sha'af districts in Al-Jawf governorate.

Since mid-March, the US has carried out hundreds of airstrikes across Yemen in an attempt to pressure the Yemeni people into abandoning their support for Gaza. However, Yemen’s leadership, people, and military remain steadfast in their stance and committed to continuing their operations in support of the Palestinian people.

Today, mass rallies are being held in the capital Sana'a and hundreds of other free governorates under the slogan: “With Gaza and Palestine, in Confronting the Murderers and Arrogant Powers.”
