News - Middle East: The Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman has congratulated the Islamic Republic of Iran on the failure of the US aggression, praising the heroic resolve and faithful zeal of the valiant Yemeni fighters.

“The US aggression against Iran achieved no significant result. I therefore congratulate the Iranian leadership and people, and I thank the brave heroes of Yemen for their faithful zeal and heroic stance," Sheikh Al-Khalili wrote in a post on the X platform on Monday."

“This stand heralds the unity of the free people of the Ummah and a promising future in which the dark chapter of the hateful occupation of Islamic sanctities will be closed," he added.

The Islamic Republic's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and resistance movements has made it a primary target of what many are calling a broader campaign to suppress anti-Zionist forces in the region. In response, movements such as Yemen’s Ansarullah and Islamic Jihad have emphasized the need for unity across the Arab and Islamic world, warning that the US and its allies seek to crush the will of free nations.

This latest escalation comes as Gaza continues to face a prolonged war, while resistance groups reiterate that attacks on any member of the Axis of Resistance are considered attacks on all.
