News - Yemen: The Palestinian Mujahedeen Movement strongly condemned the criminal Zionist aggression that targeted civilian sites and infrastructure in Yemen.

In a statement issued Monday, the movement declared that the Zionist attack on Yemen is a direct extension of its aggression against the Palestinian people, reaffirming its solidarity and support for the steadfast Yemeni people.

The statement praised Yemen’s swift response, particularly its missile strikes deep into the heart of the occupying entity, which struck fear into millions of Zionists and once again exposed the failure of the Zionist regime’s defense systems.

It added that the great Yemeni people are paying the price for their honorable and historic stance in support of the oppressed Palestinian people, who are enduring horrific acts of genocide and collective punishment amid total international and Arab silence and complicity.

The statement affirmed that the Zionist regime will fail to break Yemen’s will—its people, army, and leadership—and that the outcome of its aggression will be utter defeat.

The Mujahedeen Movement saluted the courageous Yemeni people and praised the strength and resolve of their leadership. It called on the entire Muslim nation—its people, governments, and institutions—to rise above paralysis and silence, affirming that the Zionist enemy remains the true threat to the entire Ummah.

The Israeli aggression on Yemen marks a dangerous escalation in the broader regional conflict ignited by the Zionist war on Gaza. On Sunday night, Israeli warplanes launched at least 20 airstrikes on civilian infrastructure in Hodeidah, targeting key facilities including the ports of Hodeidah, Ras Isa, and As-Salif, as well as a power station. The strikes followed open threats by the Israeli military to attack Yemeni ports over alleged military activities.

This comes amid intensified operations by the Yemeni Armed Forces, who earlier the same day launched a hypersonic ballistic missile—Palestine-2—at Lod (Ben Gurion) Airport in occupied Jaffa. The strike halted air traffic and forced thousands into shelters, signaling Yemen’s continued commitment to supporting Gaza and deterring Zionist aggression.

Since the war on Gaza began on October 7, 2023, Yemen has positioned itself as a key member of the regional resistance axis, conducting long-range strikes on Israeli-occupied territories and enforcing a strategic blockade in the Red Sea.
