News - Yemen: Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi has called on the Yemeni people to take part in an unprecedented million-man march tomorrow, Friday, in solidarity with the Palestinian people and Gaza.

In his Thursday speech on the latest developments, Sayyed Abdulmalik said, “We are in an exceptional phase, amid the disgraceful and appalling failure of most Islamic countries.” He emphasized that given the unprecedented suffering endured by the Palestinian people, tomorrow's mass mobilization must also be unprecedented.

He stressed that supporting the oppressed Palestinian people amid their immense suffering is a moral and humanitarian duty, driven by faith and human values. He expressed hope for large-scale participation in the capital, Sana’a, as well as in other provinces and districts.

Addressing the Yemeni people, the leader said: “Your continued weekly marches, with such powerful momentum, are a form of jihad that will not be lost with Allah. They reinforce our spiritual and humanitarian values.”

He praised last Friday’s demonstrations and vigils, describing them as massive, impressive, and worthy of the Yemeni people.

Since the onset of the Israeli war on Gaza in October 2023, Yemen has positioned itself as one of the most vocal and active supporters of the Palestinian cause. Under the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, Yemen has combined military actions—such as missile and drone operations targeting Israeli-linked assets—with widespread public mobilization.

Mass protests have become a weekly show of solidarity, with hundreds of thousands flooding the streets of major Yemeni cities. These demonstrations are not just symbolic—they represent Yemen’s broader stance that support for Gaza is a religious, moral, and national duty.
