News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces have once again targeted Lod Airport, known by the Zionists as "Ben Gurion," in order to intensify the air blockade on the enemy and prolong its aerial isolation.

In a statement, Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e explained that the missile force of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a special military operation targeting Lod Airport in the occupied area of Jaffa, noting that it was executed “with a hypersonic ballistic missile of the type ‘Palestine-2.’”

The spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed that the operation successfully achieved its objective by the grace of Allah, causing millions of Zionist settlers to flee into shelters and halting airport operations.

He emphasized that Yemen, its people, its leadership, and its army — will continue its operations in support of the oppressed and starved members of our brotherly Palestinian people, in backing their proud resistance, and in support of their steadfastness as they face this siege and aggression alone, without backing or support.

Addressing the Palestinian people and their resistance, he stated: “Your brothers in Yemen stand with you and by your side. We will do everything in our power to fulfill our duty toward you: the duty of faith, the duty of Arab brotherhood, and the duty of humanity.”

Yemen's military support for Gaza has become one of the defining elements of the regional confrontation with the Israeli enemy, particularly following years of sustained conflict and siege. 

By enforcing a naval blockade on Israeli-linked vessels and developing advanced missile and drone technologies, Yemen has not only bolstered its military capabilities but also shifted the balance of power in the Red Sea and beyond. 

Israel launched the war on Gaza after Hamas led a surprise operation against the regime on October 7, 2023, in response to intensified Israeli violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
