What the criminal and fascist US has suffered in Yemen—despite its continued aggression across the world through subjugation of peoples, occupation of countries, destruction, looting, abductions, and repression—stands as clear evidence of the power of this Qur’anic project. The blows inflicted by the Yemeni people and their Armed Forces have shattered US a
Yemen:
As Yemen approaches the anniversary of the Martyr of the Qur’an, may Allah be pleased with him, the country stands at a pivotal moment marked by profound local, regional, and international transformations. A close examination of these developments reveals the depth and significance of the leadership and the integrated Qur’anic project embraced by the Yemeni people—one that has proven capable of breaking the equations of US hegemony and confronting Zionist tyranny.
rrogance and forced Washington to acknowledge failure, offering a living testament to the project’s effectiveness.
This reality raises fundamental questions about what distinguishes Yemen from other countries. Is it merely a matter of weapons and material power, or is there a deeper factor rooted uniquely in Yemen? The ongoing events point to a source of courage, confidence, and resolve that enables Yemeni fighters to confront the US directly, target its most advanced weapons and warships, and compel American aircraft carriers to retreat.
Observers continue to ask what grants Yemeni fighters this strength, and what has forced an openly arrogant US leadership to admit failure despite its well-known bravado. The answer, increasingly evident, lies in the source of faith, certainty, and reassurance that sustains the Yemeni people and empowers their stance.
The unfolding events in Yemen and across the world have become a clear and accessible indicator of where truth lies and where falsehood resides. Over just a few years, realities on the ground have made it possible even for ordinary people to distinguish genuine positions from deceptive ones, without complex analysis.
This becomes especially clear when examining the outcome of the long-running war on Yemen. For nearly sixteen years, the Saudi-US-led coalition has waged aggression under the banner of so-called “legitimacy,” cloaking itself in religious, national, and patriotic slogans. At the same time, those resisting the aggression were demonized, accused of being “coup forces” or foreign proxies, while extensive media campaigns attempted to invert reality and portray the aggressors and their local tools as representatives of the nation and the people.
Over time, however, results have imposed themselves as the ultimate measure of truth. Sound premises have led to sound outcomes, while false foundations have resulted in fragmentation, infighting, and collapse. This raises a central question: if the objectives of the coalition’s local affiliates had truly been legitimate, how did they end up divided and weakened despite massive financial, military, and political support?
A closer look at the so-called “legitimacy” reveals that it amounted to little more than externally funded local tools, later transformed into arenas of conflict among foreign powers, at the expense of Yemen’s unity and stability—particularly in occupied areas.
In stark contrast, the besieged Yemeni people have demonstrated remarkable resilience. Despite years of war, blockade, and international pressure, Yemen has reached a level of strength that enables it to confront the US and the Israeli enemy, while openly supporting the most just Arab and Islamic cause: Gaza and Palestine.
The ability of Yemen’s leadership and people to take a historic decision in support of Gaza—one that far wealthier and more powerful Arab and Islamic states failed to make—has become a focal point of regional attention. After overcoming foreign-backed internal tools, Yemen defeated the Saudi-Emirati coalition and proceeded to confront global powers directly, inflicting blows that American officials themselves acknowledged as unprecedented since World War II.
At the same time, Yemen has managed to maintain security and institutional cohesion in Sana'a and other free areas, in sharp contrast to the chaos, violence, and fragmentation seen in occupied regions.
This contrast reflects a clear Qur’anic analogy: the forces claiming “legitimacy” resemble a corrupt tree with no roots, while the Qur’anic project and the Yemeni people resemble a good tree—firmly rooted, growing stronger with every wave of aggression. As pressure has increased, the project has grown more entrenched, rising from confronting regional aggressors to challenging the US and the Israeli enemy directly, and presenting itself as a living expression of the will of the Ummah.
The current reality, as repeatedly articulated by the Yemeni leadership, demonstrates that sound and sincere foundations inevitably lead to strength, progress, and successive victories. Conversely, false premises lead to disgrace, failure, division, and eventual collapse.
The situation of foreign-backed local factions has become increasingly exposed, marked by fragmentation and internal conflict. Recent clashes between Saudi and Emirati-backed forces through their local proxies serve as further evidence of this trajectory.
As time passes, these groups lose the power, privileges, and stability they once hoped to secure under foreign patronage. They have become expendable tools in a broader struggle among aggressor states seeking to plunder Yemen’s resources, divide its people, and subjugate its will in service of US and Israeli projects.
Recent events in Hadramout, Al-Mahrah, and other southern governorates reflect this reality, as Emirati-backed factions launched attacks, seized areas, committed abuses, and raised their own flags, only to retreat rapidly amid shifting regional calculations.
These developments underscore the conclusion that neither the UAE nor Saudi Arabia holds any legitimate right to determine Yemen’s future, nor to present themselves as mediators while simultaneously leading aggression that has killed thousands of Yemenis, destroyed the country’s infrastructure, and imposed prolonged suffering on its people in service of US and Israeli agendas.
The Yemeni leadership has long warned that those who mortgage themselves to foreign powers are destined to lose. Events have repeatedly confirmed this assessment, even for those who once dismissed it.
In contrast, the Yemeni people—despite years of war, blockade, and hardship—have demonstrated extraordinary resilience, driven by confidence in Allah, trust in their leadership, and commitment to an independent national project that seeks to restore Yemen’s sovereignty and resources to its people.
The growing military pressure on Saudi Arabia itself, including missile and drone operations deep into its territory, has further altered regional equations, producing outcomes far greater than those anticipated at the start of the war.
These realities reaffirm that no nation can rise or achieve liberation without a clear project and conscious leadership. With such foundations, weakness can turn into strength, division into unity, and defeat into victory—making sacrifice a necessary price for dignity, freedom, and independence.
This reflection coincides with the anniversary of the Martyr of the Qur’an, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, who laid the foundations of this project and provided an enduring model of insight, sincerity, and steadfastness.
Through this Qur’anic project, Yemen has been able to bypass internal and regional tools long relied upon by its enemies, confront the primary adversaries of the Ummah directly, and redirect the compass of conflict toward its true axis.
The experience of Yemen, observers argue, has demonstrated that faith, awareness, and principled commitment can defeat even the most powerful instruments of oppression. What has unfolded is not a coincidence but the outcome of a clearly defined faith-based project that continues to advance with determination and divine support.
As Yemen stands on the threshold of a new and inevitable phase of confrontation, the lesson remains clear: steadfast adherence to the Qur’anic project—as a living methodology rather than a slogan—is the essential guarantee for sustaining resilience, protecting achievements, and confronting future challenges.
