News - Yemen: The leader of the revolution called on the nation to "respond to the American crime of burning the Holy Quran with condemnation, denunciation, and anger, and to contribute to greater awareness and momentum towards the Quran and the Prophet." 

In his weekly speech on Thursday, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi pointed out that "the Zionist soft war against Muslims is a dangerous war on the nation, aiming to enslave, humiliate, and dominate it."

The Leader stated that "the war waged by the enemies against the symbolic status of the Prophet Muhammad - peace be upon him and his family - and the Holy Quran seeks to separate the nation from the most important sources of guidance." He explained that "the repeated crimes of burning copies of the Holy Quran, as happened in America by an American Zionist, are part of a stance declaring hostility towards the nation, its message, its Quran, and its sanctities."

Addressing the Islamic nation, he said: "When you see what the Americans, Israelis, and their agents are doing by burning the Quran, which is under security protection, this is part of a stance." He emphasized that "the issue of burning the Holy Quran is not within the framework of their disbelief in the Holy Quran; rather, it is an expression of a hostile stance within a comprehensive and integrated plan to destroy the nation."

He denounced that "the state of the two-billion-strong Muslim nation towards the disgraceful situation regarding what is happening in Palestine is humiliating," pointing out that "the cultural, psychological, and intellectual constraints in the soft war have shackled the nation for humiliation, corruption, domestication, subjugation, and the emptying of humans from their human content."

Sayyed Abdulmalik urged the peoples of the nation to "benefit from the model of our Yemeni people," as "our nation should not insist on this degradation." He stressed that "the nation, whose stance no longer rises to the level of some non-Muslim countries, needs to consolidate religious responsibility."

He revealed that "in the Arab reality, takfiri mobilization is directed to serve the Israeli enemy," asking: "If takfiri mobilization were directed against the Israeli enemy, what would the result be?"

The Leader explained that the Yemeni people have made the occasion of the Prophet's birthday an important and great "educational, cultural, and mobilizing station," noting that popular activities are diverse and extensive, led by intensive preparatory events for the occasion.

He pointed out that "our dear people draws the greatest lessons from the biography of the Prophet Muhammad - peace be upon him and his family," emphasizing that "there is a great impact in reviving the occasion of the Prophet's birthday in this beneficial and useful manner."

The Leader clarified that "among the most important features of our dear people's way of celebrating the Prophet's birthday are two fundamental aspects: first, they move to revive the occasion within the framework of practical stance, and second, they rely on the Holy Quran as a primary source for the Prophet's biography."
