News – Yemen The Zionist entity launched a new wave of airstrikes on Wednesday targeting Yemen’s capital Sana’a and Al-Jawf province, striking civilian facilities including a medical station on 60th Street, the Moral Guidance headquarters in Al-Tahrir neighborhood, and a government complex in Al-Hazm. Local media also reported damage to the offices of newspapers 26 September and Al-Yemen.

Brig. Gen. Yahya Sare’e, spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, confirmed that Yemen’s Air Defenses intercepted the hostile aircraft and forced most of the enemy squadrons to withdraw before completing their missions. He stressed that the aggression will not go unanswered and vowed a strong retaliation.

Yemen's President Mahdi Al-Mashat described the aggression as a total failure. “The Zionist aggression against our country has failed. All Israelis must remain on high alert, as retaliation is inevitable. The attack has only given us a greater opportunity to respond with full force,” he said.

Officials and political leaders condemned the strikes as a desperate attempt by the Israeli enemy to manufacture a false victory after suffering heavy blows in Gaza and from Yemeni operations deep inside occupied Palestine, including the recent drone strike on Ramon Airport.

The Israeli enemy has intensified its aggression on Sana’a and other Yemeni provinces in an effort to pressure Yemen into halting its support for Gaza. However, these assaults have repeatedly failed to achieve their objectives and have instead fueled further escalation.

Observers note that the strikes, which caused civilian casualties and damage to public infrastructure, reveal the Zionist entity’s growing frustration and inability to deter Yemen. Far from weakening Yemeni resolve, the attacks have reinforced the leadership’s commitment to continue supporting Palestine and to expand military operations into the heart of occupied territory.
