News - Yemen: The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, and the Palestinian Media Forum have strongly condemned Wednesday’s Israeli airstrikes on Yemen’s capital Sana’a and Al-Jawf province, describing the attacks as part of a broader US-backed aggression against the Arab nation.

In a statement, the PFLP stressed that the strikes on Yemen form an extension of Israel’s escalating crimes across the region, including Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and beyond. The Front called for a massive global uprising to confront Israeli atrocities, emphasizing that Yemen’s historic resilience and the steadfastness of its people and Armed Forces will remain unshaken.

The Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement said the Israeli aggression on Yemen reveal the entity’s deep fear of Yemen’s growing military capabilities and steadfast resistance. 

The movement praised Yemen’s Armed Forces and the leadership of Ansarullah for their strategic achievements against Israeli ports and airports, framing them as a historic embodiment of the interconnected struggle of Arab resistance fronts from Gaza to Sana’a and Beirut.

The group further asserted that Sana’a today stands not only as a resilient capital but also as a forward front for the entire Arab nation in confronting the joint Israeli-American-Western project of blockade and aggression. It reaffirmed that the battle is one, the enemy is one, and victory is inevitable, urging Arab peoples to expand political and popular confrontation with Zionist and American hegemony across all fronts.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Media Forum condemned Israel’s targeting of the Yemeni newspapers 26 September and Al-Yemen in Sana’a, describing the attack as a war crime aimed at silencing free voices and suppressing the truth. It said the strike reflects Israel’s systematic approach to muzzling the press and concealing its crimes against the Palestinian people and the wider Arab world.

The condemnations come after Israeli warplanes carried out deadly airstrikes on Sana’a and Al-Jawf, killing at least 35 civilians and injuring over 130 others, according to Yemen’s Health Ministry. Civil defense teams continue to search for victims trapped under the rubble. 

The attack marks one of the deadliest Israeli escalations against Yemen since ppl the Zionist entity began targeting the country in response to its support for Gaza and strikes on Israeli ports and airports.
