Global Protests Intensify Against Zionist Atrocities, World Leaders Condemn Escalating Aggression

News - World: Mass protests erupted across multiple continents over the weekend, as tens of thousands marched in solidarity with the Palestinian people and against the ongoing genocidal campaign of the Zionist entity in Gaza. At the same time, world leaders voiced sharp criticism of the occupation’s expanding military aggression in the region.

The largest demonstration was held in Auckland, New Zealand, where over 50,000 people joined a march organized by Aotearoa for Palestine under the banner “March for Humanity.” Protesters carried Palestinian flags and placards reading “Do Not Accept Genocide”, demanding their government impose sanctions on the Zionist entity. Organizers described it as the biggest Palestine solidarity rally in New Zealand’s history.

Parallel demonstrations were reported in Paris, Brighton, Alessandria, and other European cities, with crowds calling for an immediate halt to the atrocities in Gaza, the lifting of the blockade, and unrestricted entry of food and medicine. In Berlin, more than 15,000 people registered to take part in Sunday’s protest under the slogan “Stop the Genocide in Gaza.” German MP Sahra Wagenknecht, a co-organizer, denounced Zionist attempts to discredit such rallies as “antisemitism,” calling the label a false pretext to silence legitimate humanitarian demands. British musician Roger Waters, co-founder of Pink Floyd and a vocal supporter of the BDS movement, is scheduled to address the Berlin protest.

Meanwhile, former Irish President Mary Robinson expressed “shame” over the European Union’s stance, criticizing Brussels for speaking of human rights while refusing to suspend trade agreements with the Zionist entity. She stressed that the most effective way to stop the war is to end arms supplies entirely.

In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim blasted the Zionist entity for carrying out airstrikes on six countries — Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Qatar, Lebanon, and Tunisia — within the span of weeks, describing the escalation as “an unacceptable arrogance” that exposes the aggressive nature of Netanyahu’s government.

The protests come amid nearly two years of genocidal warfare and starvation imposed by the Zionist entity on Gaza, which has killed tens of thousands and devastated civilian infrastructure. Despite mounting international outrage, Western governments have continued supplying arms and shielding the entity diplomatically. Analysts say the growing global mobilization, combined with rising condemnations from political leaders, underscores the widening isolation of the Zionist entity as its aggression expands beyond Palestine into neighboring and distant states.
