According to the report, one meeting took place in the mountains of al-Dhalea, where a senior Yemeni mercenary commander received an Israeli representative on the ground — not virtually or through media forums — underscoring the depth of ties being forged. During the encounter, the commander reportedly declared: “We and the Americans are in the same boat against our common enemy,” openly outlining the doctrine that underpins the cooperation.

The interaction went beyond rhetoric. The mercenary commander presented his Israeli guest with a detailed list of military equipment requests, described as essential for planned ground operations intended to complement Israeli airstrikes in Yemen.
